Never had a bad order from Joes the breakfast box where you can you choose what you want is fab delivery can be long but that’s because they are so busy

Always go for the breakfast muffin - sausage, hash browns, bacon, egg, black pudding and cheese, mouthwatering. Great value for money. Always friendly, efficient staff. If you're passing through, stop off and give it a try. You certainly won't be disappointed

Waited 50 minutes for it to arrive and it arrived like warm, I didn't really enjoy it but the milkshake was nice, maybe if you can start adding a none meat option to your menu would be nice

Breakfast wrap was amazing thankyou for swapping some items in the wrap some places don't even read the notes but you did so thankyou, will definitely be ordering again

Not used this placde for a long time but was very n nice as always.

The food quality was good I do enjoy food from Joe's Diner. There was a delay in delivery time, ok I don't mind that but I can't believe your charging 95p for rizla paper thin black pudding. And fries are no substitute for chunky chips, I'd have rather you not sent anything. Fries went in the bin awful.

Due to many uber eats orders the walk in service and waiting time is extremely slow..we wait 30 minutes for a breakfast with mushrooms missing from the order

Absolutely incredible food. The breakfast sandwiches are so big they could feed a small army, and the signature hot chocolate is delicious. Will definitely order again.

Would order from here regularly as the food is spot on but last few orders haven’t been as good. Been items missing or delivery has taken ages! Ordered two bacon, egg and cheese neither had egg!!! Order took almost 1hr and 30 mins too!

sausages baguette was under cooked had to put sausages on bread as baguette fell apart into little bits no ketchup.my son only eats from here and past 3 orders was bad so think he won't want it anymore .this was last takeaway place he will eat from too

Ordered a sausage and spam and cheese muffin and let me tell you best muffin I've had! And I love how their breakfast menu is still on till 1pm

The food is OK and reasonably priced but I've ordered twice now and both times items have been missing, the 1st was 2 portions of potato cake and egg this time it was only fried bread but I've paid for it and not received it

Dissapoimted ordered 3 c beef muffins asked for no tomatoes and salad cream got no salad cream and tomatoes inedible for one person

Requested banana on one off the waffles and it didn’t come with any, the baguette ordered should’ve had mushrooms and brown sauce additional and it didn’t… so I have been charged for items and not had them

Food was 35 minutes past the late estimated delivery time which was almost two hours from ordering. Food was good just a little on the cold side. Support when I rang the restaurant were apologetic and polite. Have ordered from here numerous times and this has never happened before. Food is usually early.

My items were never delivered. The app said enjoy your food. When I called no one answered and it went straight to voicemail. We’ve been a regular at joes for months… can say this will be the last time we order as there’s always something missing or wrong with the food

Food was nice perfect. At first the driver forgot to give me my coffee so I rang up and the driver came back with it very quickly. The woman on the phone at Joes Diner was polite too. Good all round.

Cheese n onion pie was a bit cheesy but chips curry n cheese was really nice today.

Pie was overly hard, squasheProbably cooked and had no filling in it, probably cos it was hard and squashed. Probably cooked wrong, stale and reheated or something.

Very impressed with food and delivery this morning.

Most of the chips were stuck together this time which meant half of what I paid for couldn't be ate. Pie was really nice though as usual.

Third time in a row we’ve had issues with our order. This time the egg and cheese baguette was no that at all, wrong kind of egg and all thrown on a muffin. Club snadwhich was thrown all over the other items in the bag and had to be reconstructed, big disappointment.

Awful. the cheese wasn't melted properly on the chips and didn't quite taste right someone decided it would be a good idea to hide burnt toast in the middle of the club sandwich rather than take the extra 2 minutes to do some more toast. disapointed

After yesterdays mishap, I decided to order again. The shop delivered to me the missing pie from yesterday and also gave me some free extra treats as an apology. Can't ask more than that.

I ordered sausage chips and curry. There was NO sausage. I ordered steak and kidney pie and kit kat. There was NO pie or kit kat. When the delivery driver arrived, he sat outside in his car and phoned me. I answered and there was no answer. So I had a feeling he was outside. I went to the door and he opened his car window and showed me the food I'd ordered. He just sat in his car. So I said 'Get out the car'. He got out and said 'Sorry sorry I was on the phone'. Not acceptable and rude. I will say that the owner of Joes Diner phoned me to apologise for me not receiving the items and will refund on my next order. He came across as a genuine and down to earth fella.

I always order from Joe's Diner, great food and drink, and desserts. Very worthy of the 5*

I have ordered from here a lot of times and I can only say this is the best breakfast place you can order from. The mega muffin isn't for the light-hearted, but it is incredible.

I am giving 1 star as the food hasn't arrived i have been waiting outside since 11:25 AM i come back upstairs at 11:55AM to a message saying my food has been delivered i will not be using you again and the past 3 deliveries before i have been lenient on orders being wrong.

Amazing food, ordered from here a few time and quality is incredible, so tasty and the salad is Fresh, highly recommend

After my last two bad orders, it was nice to get back to a nice quality order. Food was tasty and filling. The usual delivery drivery was polite again.

Tea was hot but expensive. Pie was hot enough. Scrambled egg was warm enough to be edible. Chicken burger was awful. Fresh salad on it but the actual chicken fillets were cold and rock hard. Also I forgot to mention on my last order, the muffins were stale and I ordered a blt. When it arrived,, there wa just 2 slices of cold bacon, no tomato or lettuce. What a joke.

The food is always high quality from here but the delivery time today was quite late so that made the food nearly cold which was disappointing. Delivery said 11:40 - 12. Arrived 12:17. Friendly delivery driver apologised for late delivery so polite.

Fantastic as always. Portions are huge and the food is really nice. Great value. Always delivered early and always delivered hot.

Had an item missing from my make your own box no scrambled egg

First time ordering from here and glad I did. I ordered The Big Stack for breakfast and it was very tasty. I gave easy directions on the note and the friendly driver found my address with it. Some other drivers from other takeaways don't read this and can't go to the wrong place. Idiots. Anyway, I'd order from here again.

Waited over time. The diner did message to inform us of this. When it came it was freezing. The club sandwiches weren't toasted or cut in half. Disgusting chips and gravy. Would not recommend at all
