Sausage sandwich muffin was hard not fresh at all , bacon on breakfast was mainly fat really poor

Order via ubereats.. completely wrong order sent, reported through uber and was only refunded £5.33 when the order was over £15 and incorrect after waiting over 40 mins to. Rang the store.. their response was there’s nothing we can do once it’s gone out and to just reorder again? So twice the money for half the order.. uber won’t refund full, even tho I provided pics. Companies should have more say over things like this.

The Make Your Own Breakfast option seems expensive, I built my own stack and expected a large muffin, luckily I had muffins at home, it's way cheaper to use the breakfast section. Food excellent, very disappointed with no muffin from what you pay.

wasn't best pleased when I ordered a meal and I just received the burger. tried to receive the refund from just eat but wouldn't do it. apart from that it was great

I would give lower if I could, I took 40 minutes for our food and it was cold stone cold the chicken must have been pre cooked because if he had just cooked it I would hope it would be hotter than what I was given. The buns where crumbling in my hands and the chips had a very strange taste like they had been cooked in old oil Over all zero stars

it's hard to diet when this place is so good. never had a bad order if its ever running late they all notify me. and anything they don't have in they call to replace it. really good place and staff are always polite 👍

The first order of Sausage bacon and egg had cheese on which I didnt order but that was changed when I let Joes Diner know. Thanks for the exras aswell Joe. I didnt expect that.

Always go for the breakfast muffin - sausage, hash browns, bacon, egg, black pudding and cheese, mouthwatering. Great value for money. Always friendly, efficient staff. If you're passing through, stop off and give it a try. You certainly won't be disappointed

Waited 50 minutes for it to arrive and it arrived like warm, I didn't really enjoy it but the milkshake was nice, maybe if you can start adding a none meat option to your menu would be nice

The food quality was good I do enjoy food from Joe's Diner. There was a delay in delivery time, ok I don't mind that but I can't believe your charging 95p for rizla paper thin black pudding. And fries are no substitute for chunky chips, I'd have rather you not sent anything. Fries went in the bin awful.

Would order from here regularly as the food is spot on but last few orders haven’t been as good. Been items missing or delivery has taken ages! Ordered two bacon, egg and cheese neither had egg!!! Order took almost 1hr and 30 mins too!

sausages baguette was under cooked had to put sausages on bread as baguette fell apart into little bits no ketchup.my son only eats from here and past 3 orders was bad so think he won't want it anymore .this was last takeaway place he will eat from too

The food is OK and reasonably priced but I've ordered twice now and both times items have been missing, the 1st was 2 portions of potato cake and egg this time it was only fried bread but I've paid for it and not received it

Requested banana on one off the waffles and it didn’t come with any, the baguette ordered should’ve had mushrooms and brown sauce additional and it didn’t… so I have been charged for items and not had them

Food was 35 minutes past the late estimated delivery time which was almost two hours from ordering. Food was good just a little on the cold side. Support when I rang the restaurant were apologetic and polite. Have ordered from here numerous times and this has never happened before. Food is usually early.

My items were never delivered. The app said enjoy your food. When I called no one answered and it went straight to voicemail. We’ve been a regular at joes for months… can say this will be the last time we order as there’s always something missing or wrong with the food

Food was nice perfect. At first the driver forgot to give me my coffee so I rang up and the driver came back with it very quickly. The woman on the phone at Joes Diner was polite too. Good all round.

Cheese n onion pie was a bit cheesy but chips curry n cheese was really nice today.

Pie was overly hard, squasheProbably cooked and had no filling in it, probably cos it was hard and squashed. Probably cooked wrong, stale and reheated or something.

Very impressed with food and delivery this morning.

Most of the chips were stuck together this time which meant half of what I paid for couldn't be ate. Pie was really nice though as usual.

Third time in a row we’ve had issues with our order. This time the egg and cheese baguette was no that at all, wrong kind of egg and all thrown on a muffin. Club snadwhich was thrown all over the other items in the bag and had to be reconstructed, big disappointment.

Awful. the cheese wasn't melted properly on the chips and didn't quite taste right someone decided it would be a good idea to hide burnt toast in the middle of the club sandwich rather than take the extra 2 minutes to do some more toast. disapointed

After yesterdays mishap, I decided to order again. The shop delivered to me the missing pie from yesterday and also gave me some free extra treats as an apology. Can't ask more than that.

I ordered sausage chips and curry. There was NO sausage. I ordered steak and kidney pie and kit kat. There was NO pie or kit kat. When the delivery driver arrived, he sat outside in his car and phoned me. I answered and there was no answer. So I had a feeling he was outside. I went to the door and he opened his car window and showed me the food I'd ordered. He just sat in his car. So I said 'Get out the car'. He got out and said 'Sorry sorry I was on the phone'. Not acceptable and rude. I will say that the owner of Joes Diner phoned me to apologise for me not receiving the items and will refund on my next order. He came across as a genuine and down to earth fella.

I always order from Joe's Diner, great food and drink, and desserts. Very worthy of the 5*

I have ordered from here a lot of times and I can only say this is the best breakfast place you can order from. The mega muffin isn't for the light-hearted, but it is incredible.

I am giving 1 star as the food hasn't arrived i have been waiting outside since 11:25 AM i come back upstairs at 11:55AM to a message saying my food has been delivered i will not be using you again and the past 3 deliveries before i have been lenient on orders being wrong.
