The service is awful the barrista doesn’t like to serve customers apparently, we been waiting for long minutes

Stopping here for a coffee was a big mistake. The barista said he would tell us when our drinks were ready but he didn’t. When I went in to investigate, I found my tiny cup of flat white coffee going cold on the counter. Another customer complained that the same thing happened to her. The barista had also told my girlfriend she could have an iced mocha, but it turned out they don’t offer this after all and she got an iced coffee instead. She told another barista her order was wrong and she was given a hot mocha instead - also wrong. At this point, she asked for a refund but was told refunds aren’t given, so she had to compromise for a coffee shake - not what she’d wanted. Next door to Joe and the Juice on this parade of shops is a Pret, a Paul and a Starbucks - I’d recommend getting your coffee from one of them instead.
