Very tasty ice-cream, friendly service and great location. Seemed the more popular ice cream place nearby, which is q good sign. Not particularly cheap, but no where is nowadays. Definitely recommend

We never get the choice of six dairy-free flavours, let alone absolutely delicious ones. Plus the girls behind the counter were friendly and efficient AND it was fantastic value! Can’t wait to return!

It looks just like any other seaside ice cream parlour, but this was not the usual sugary, chemical filled rubbish. My pistachio ice cream was imported from Italy and was full of nuts and flavour without the fake colouring. I believe most of the other ice cream is produced on site with the emphasis on authentic flavour. Good staff too - they know their productI I would come back here for my daily pudding if I could.

Delicious ice cream with lots of choice of flavours, not just the usual ones. Good selection of gluten free options and gluten free cones available too which was much appreciated by our coeliac family member. Highly recommend.

Fantastic range of different flavours of Ice Creams, my 16 year old son who has autism couldnt believe his eyes. The Ice Cream was lovely, the staff very polite and friendly

I'm from Wales so know a good ice cream (Joe's, cadwaladers etc) but this is the best I've tasted. The young lady behind the counter was lovely. Sadly my first icecream was plucked from my hands by a greedy seagul , so I returned the next day and made sure to get 3 scoops to make up for the previous theft. Great prices too! Definitely recommend.

sooo many flavours, it's so hard to choose but I'm glad I went for coconut and the raspberry cheescake, 2 big scoops! they also do spaghetti ice cream, looked weird so didn't try it. The flavours changed every day so it's even more appealing.

I visited Ilfracombe yesterday and had Salted Caramel Ice Cream from this wonderful Ice Cream ship. I can honestly say it was the best Salted Caramel that I have ever tasted. Cannot wait to visit again💕

Worth the queue! Fair sized ice creams which are delicious! I’d personally go without a flame next time but the salted caramel and kinder buenos were delicious.

This is called Joeys and is just at the start of the quay shops selling such delicious ice cream in a variety of flavours. They have special flavours of the day and it changed regularly. We came here most days- couldn’t resist 😋

Exceptional ice creams. Can't beat the Snickers or Oreo flavours. Will always make a special trip here when in the area.

You have to visit this ice cream shop and it’s well worth the queue as it’s so popular! Reasonably priced too, lots of choices and flavours and I loved the vegan options especially the salted caramel! Good service, friendly and helpful, even on a damp Monday night but still a delicious treat!

Opted for a two scoops in a tub and highly recommend the Milky Bar white chocolate ice cream. Friendly, quick service and they accept card payments too. A happy visit.

Sooo many flavours to choose from. Already planned a return visit . Offers options from 1 scoop cones to 3 scoop cones and tubs. Generous Size 1 scoop sampled- a Salted Caramel and Hubby Creme Caramel. Both stunning..Nice friendly staff too.

A good selection of quality ice creams and sorbets. I thoroughly recommend the 'cream tea' ice cream topped with blood orange sorbet ;-)

We have been to the town before but missed this ice cream place! They had a chart up for ingredients as our daughter had to avoid egg and milk and were warm, welcoming and helpful. The ice cream was fantastic with a huge choice! We will be back!

Went to Ilfracombe for a week and thankfully discovered this gem on our first day as every day after a meal out we went to Joeys and had a two scoop ice cream plus an occasional one scoop on the odd afternoon. With so much choice I did my best to try as many as I could so over the week tried 17 different flavours. All were really good and a pity we were only there for one week although my waist band may have suffered had it been a fortnight. The staff are all very friendly so if passing make sure you give them a try and I guarantee you will keep coming back for more.

We stopped off to have an ice cream and we couldn't believe the selection of ice creams available and not to mention the biggest cone we have ever seen! We were not daring enough to try the big cone, however there was a lot of choice with both cones ad ice cream. The ice cream was so soft and creamy it was just lovely! I think this is the best ice cream parlour in Ilfracombe, it is a must to visit!

Yum Yum and a really good choice of flavours. Especially impressive as visited in October. In such a good location too to find a bench and overlook the quay whilst eating the goodies.

The homemade selection of gelato is just breathtaking ! Cannot pass this place without trying what it has to offer, even having a window nxt to the counter where the gelato is made! Tried the salted caramel and milkybar which were both out of this world, gelato how it should be!

Only one complaint not seen open late as every night after a meal we wanted the best ice cream in Devon. We just had to make do with the day! Loads of flavours and l ones to chose you really can't go wrong

We can't visit the harbour without having an ice cream from Joey's. Amazing range of flavours that adults and kids love. Just make sure you hold it close to you so that the seagulls don't steal it!!

Wow what a find! We had various ice creams in tubs and cones. I had cherry cheesecake and bounty together in a tub, a good portion and only £3.20 which you pay at some places for a vanilla cone and a flake. Everyone enjoyed their choices of chocolate, blackcurrant etc.

Wow, such an amazing range of delicious ice creams. I had the pistachio which was wonderfully nutty and no colourings (it was not lurid green). Hubby had the pineapple and it was just like having a sweet, juicy, ripe pineapple which had been frozen. Yum! Our friend had the vanilla which was declared the best ever. I can only think that we will return there if we visit Ilfracombe again.

Waited all day for the very best in Icecream! We had cherry cheesecake, vanilla & hazelnut & choc! All amazing!!!

Large coconut ice cream with ammoretti biscuit pieces. Need I say more? The ice cream is divine and any queues worth the wait.

You will not buy a better ice cream in Devon. So much choice, something for everyone even flavours you have 't tasted before you really won't get bespattered . lovely staff. fixtures and fittings very clean. You really must give it a try.

Had the spaghetti ice cream and it was delicious. Loads of different flavours to choose from. Would of loved to have tried them all but was only there for 7 nights!

Visited this ice cream shop frequently throughout my stay in Ilfracombe. Offers some unique and interesting flavours like Jaffa Cake, coconut, pineapple and blood orange (which was absolutely beautiful). They offer a variety of toppings including sprinkles and crushed meringue pieces - which I recommend. Staff were lovely as well, even when I took forever to decide which flavour I wanted.

Card payments welcomed if you don't have cash even though there's a 25p fee. There is an allergy board stuck up so you can easily see exactly what you can eat. My son has only had sorbet before and they actually had everything free mint choc chip - it tasted great too! Definitely worth a visit

What a choice of ice cream! We opted for jaffa cake, tuti fruity, honey, coconut, cherry and vanilla! We couldnt just pick one we had to have two! So good! You will not be disappinted!

Yummy ice creams. Also great if your dairy free or have any allergy as there is a board that makes it very clear with four dairy free choices.

We had the Ferrero rocher, tiramisu, snickers and coconut. We're not at all disappointed. If we had room we would have gone back for more!

We stopped here for ice cream while we stayed in Ilfracombe, we thought it must be good as the queue was quite long, I had rum and raisin and also salted caramel, it is definitely in my top 5 ice creams ever, the others in our group all thought very highly of it. A definite recommend, whatever the weather. Enjoy.

Being from North Devon I have always been pretty loyal to Hockings Ice Cream but during a family visit we were treated to an Ice Cream from Joe Deluccis and my god the variety of amazingly tasty flavours was totally overwhelming! All four of us had two scoops each and were all a little in awe of each others choices also so we had to return the next day too.
