Great burger and chips but the bun was too small and fell apart. They've also got a cool soft drink machine with free refills.

Piss on the toilet seats. Worst five guys I’ve ever had and I’m a five guys lover. People serving were ok and quick but the burger was cold and felt like it had been taken off the job 10 mins ago haha. Restaurant was not very clean at all, strongly do not recommend.

This five guys isn't up to the quality of the others. I've had five guys before and they all tasted delicious. I especially loved the oily meat patties. When I came to this five guys on my birthday however, I was disappointed. The burger patty was very dry. The whole burger was dull. It felt like a waste of money. If you want to try five guys try going to one in another town.

Crap experience here. If you have the same, make sure you get a refund in store. I was contacted below by 5 guys who asked me to fill a form in to address the issue. They never responded. Review: One star. Felt like having some fries at the weekend, a quick pitstop in Five Guys Brighton. £3.45 but I had good memories of their fries until I ate some at this branch. They were overdone, some burned. I complained and they gave me another portion, but they were similar if not worse. The staff insisted they were not burnt, and one said it had something to do with ‘different type of potato’ they started using. All the fries looked like this coming out the fryer, so before you order, go and look at what’s coming out. Five Guys: (re)train your staff about cooking temperature and/or time? The fries here were bad. You get a star for still serving the free peanuts. I thought to ask for my money back but the dude seemed really stressed and I didn’t feel like having an argument on my weekend about some bad chips. ‘They’re NOT burned mate.’ If you say so. Can you tell from the photos which portion of fries was the one they accepted was burned and then replaced, and which was the replacement portion they insisted was not burned? Update: it's been almost a year, I contacted the company as requested but never received a response, and still avoiding 5 Guys in Brighton! Save yourself the disappointment and spend your money somewhere that serves decent chips.

Wir waren dort um Pommes und zwei Milchshakes zu konsumieren. Von der Bestellung bis zum Erhalt der Ware gab es keine lange Wartezeit. Die Pommes sind zu empfehlen. Sie achten darauf, die Ware möglichst regional ist. Wenn man Softgetränke bestellt erhält man einen leeren Becher, den am am Automaten beliebig oft auffüllen kann. Beim nächsten Mal werde ich die gratis Erdnüsse in Anspruch nehmen. Um schnell einfaches und solides Essen zu haben ist das eine gute Adresse.

Delicious burgers, cooked fresh to order, with your choice of sauces & garnishes. Burgers are a really good size which justifies the price. The skin on fries are so, so in my opinion, but the burgers more than make up for it.

Stopped in for a quick snack while out shopping. Ordered a small portion of fries and a chocolate milkshake. What I love most about Five Guys is a small portion is enough fries for two people to enjoy and it’s so reasonably priced. Milkshake was the perfect consistency of thick and creamy but not too thick you can’t drink.

Shocking experience, no idea of service menu hidden behind counter. Staff impossible to find for assistance. Left before trying the food. The staff put us off.

Už při vztupu na vás design restaurace udělá příjemný dojem. Poté vám ho zpříjemní ještěvíc obsluha která je fakt boží. Jídlo je sice drahé ale nasytí vás na dlouhou dobu. Do burgerů nedávají zeleninu ale když si obědnáte malé hranolky, tak tu zeleninu v burgeru prominete, hranolek dávají opravdu dost;)

The food is very nice, although the regular fries are not a really big portion for the price and also they used to put more fries in the bag what they didn’t do this time.

Food was awful - hotdog was inedible. Cheeseburger was soggy and tasteless. Long wait for the food which is crazy as it is theatre audience customers.

Great five guys as always. Food was amazing the drinks machine had all the options available. The service was very quick and pleasant. The toilets require a code found on your receipt and the dining area is slightly smaller than other ones ive been to but thats not a problem.

Ben and his team were awesome — he gave me good intel about the hill to the station (so I could figure out timings), and I’ve never seen a hotdog cooked so quickly, let alone be so tasty!! Can never recommend the Five Guys beef hotdogs enough, but the team were so helpful, and I managed to catch my train too 🤣 thanks so much guys!!

Okay, so it's a better burger than your average fast food outlet, albeit less fast more food, but hardly meriting such a high price tag. The meat is tasty and well cooked (not pressed and dry like most places), but it's not a spectacular affair. That said, I'd have preferred a more obvious choice of one patty for less money, which is effectively the kid's option. Chips are nice and not oversalted, and the provenance of the spuds makes it feel more homely. Just could be a couple of quid cheaper, both mains and sides. To maximise on your meal you could go crazy with free toppings but then you stray away from burger territory into impossible kerplunk sandwich zone. Nobody wants an impossible kerplunk sandwich without the necessary tools and appetite. Sorry, but not as great as I expected for the money.

Payed 55 Pounds for 3 burgers, 3 fries and 3 drinks. From my point of view: a lot of money for this kind of fastfood. Bread was too soft, no crispyness at all. 2 of the fries were put into paper drinking cups, the 3rd portion fries was just thrown into the paper bag. Sorry, for 55 bucks not expected that at all. My 1st and last visit at "the Guys"....

My visit included one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a fast food restaurant. I placed my order through my phone as there was quite a large queue at the till and I didn’t really want to speak to anyone at that point. Once I had ordered I realised that the queue was due to a large group of what looked like exchange students who were all ordering separately crowding the small till area. Because of this, I was expecting my order to be delayed as the group had ordered about 20 separate tickets altogether. The second these orders started coming through, the entire Five guys team turned up the gas and started working like a machine! Everyone knew their posts and put their heads down and smashed through them. Huge props to the entire team who clearly know their stuff and knuckled down to get the job done. I would like to highlight two staff members who dealt with me personally during the busy rush. The two gentlemen (Elliott and Aaron) who took care of my order were very kind, apologetic and lovely human beings who I wanted to personally thank, but it was still busy as I was leaving so I didn’t get the chance to do so. My order was not even delayed but both Elliott and Aaron clocked I had been standing by the online pickup desk for a few minutes and came to check on me and reassure me that my order was on the way. During the huge rush of orders, the large group of students crowded the pick up desk but Elliot kept his cool and called out each number for the orders as they came and served everyone quickly. I left your five guys store today after having a lovely meal and although it was so busy at the time I had ordered, I was really made to feel like a valued customer due to the actions of the entire Brighton Five Guys staff team. Thank you so much. Will definitely be back again when I’m in Brighton.

Food ok, barely any flavour...had burger and chips with a few toppings, slimey, bun was wet, chips tasted old. Constantly shouting out numbers, just get a screen with the numbers surely, it's so loud!!! Went to the loo, omfg!!! Worse than public toilets on the street. Didn't look like they'd been cleaned for a week. WILL NOT RETURN!

The burgers were absolutely delicious and the shakes was very tasty and they weren’t too sweet and the atmosphere was really American. But the toilets were not great not terrible.

Wow!! Thats all i can say, wow. Five Guys?? More like Five STARS!! Ive had my fair share of burgers, milkshakes and fries... but let me tell you this, there is nothing like the experience ive had today. The only say i can describe this feeling is if God Himself decended from heaven descended from heaven and gave you one BILLION dollars!! The place is clean, the service is second to none, and Natallia made me feel like I had a friend the second I met her. Great food and service but it’s best to avoid on weekends nights. The service is really trying their best to clean but they are spread a bit too thin. Staff is overall friendly and runs a tight ship.

I came in by myself, Luke who took my order was amazing , giving me recommendations and explaining everything to me. This man should get a pay rise, he was so nice as a woman by myself ordering he was so patient and took me through every burger and all the options !!! All the other staff were moody but he was so nice and talkative . Will definitely be back just because of him!

Dived in from the rain last night for a quick bit of grub as our normal place was queueing out the door. Ordered a cheeseburger, a bacon cheeseburger and large fries. Winced at the price... £28.55 for 2 burgers and chips, first alarm bell. Then I stood and watched for nearly 20 minutes as the burgers sat on the flat top for way too long, then sat wrapped in foil for even longer. It was overcooked and lukewarm sadly. The fries, like they dredged the ocean for salt and then put it on top. Not great, not even actually good. Won't be returning.

Alright, mi rate Five Guys suh high, it blow mi mind! From di first bite of di cheeseburger and fries, mi know seh dis was di real deal. Di bun was soft like a pillow and di beef patty was straight fire, so juicy and seasoned to perfection. Di cheese just melt inna mi mouth and di ketchup and mustard did a wicked combo. And di fries? Great burgers, however, I would not recommend ordering a burger “with everything.” Somehow, the mushrooms, jalapeños, and bell peppers didn’t feel right on the burger. Also, instead of getting the four orders of fries that we ordered, we received one order. Very busy place. Hard to find an unoccupied table.

Visited for the second time today and I’m sorry but five guys is just not worth the hype. It’s far too expensive for what it is. The burgers are average and are not worth £10 each and putting a few extra fries in a bag might seem to add value but in reality these cost barely anything to produce. £40 today for 1 large fries, two burgers, a hotdog and two drinks. Won’t be returning.

Really disappointing burger, very average chips and a massive bill... I have know idea what the hype is about. It was simelar to a Burger King burger... I guess a big chain now that churns out poor food... If you want a decent burger try Burger Brothers around the corner... I don't think they are a chain...

리틀 햄버거 주문했는데 크기는 내가 먹던 그 햄버거 크기로 작지 않고 배불리 먹었다 하지만 기본 햄버거만 주문하면 빵과 패티밖에 없었다 ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ 토핑 추가 안하면 소스조차 없다는 것을 몰랐는데 말이라도 해주지 ㅜㅜㅜ 소스라도 줄 수 없냐고 했더니 안된다고.. 토핑 무료이니 모두 빼먹지 말고 가득 넣어드시길! 하지만 꽤나 맛이 좋았음 ㅋㅋ 근데 땅콩이 더 맛있었던건 안비밀 짭쪼롬 하니 꼭 바프같았다 ㅋㅋㅋ

Sorry but I won't be here again, I like how their idea of a vegetarian burger is just slapping raw pepper and lettuce in a brioche bap for like £7?? I had better expectations than that. Looks nice if you're a bit of a meat lover. Other than that don't go here if you're vegetarian, you'll get ripped off.

Very average for the price, and the restaurant was filthy. I went in for an early lunch so the place was very quiet. Tables and floor were filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly from the day before. On top of that a simple meal cost over £18. Burger, fries and a drink should not cost that much in a fast food restaurant, and if it does I want to hear why. I won't be rushing back.

Don’t believe the hype. First experience with a five guys and it will doubtful be the start of a long relationship. I was going to a concert at the dome, and my friend was very keen to try one of these ‘legendarily good” burgers Reluctantly (as I am abstaining from meat at present) I ordered a vegetable sandwich, he a cheeseburger, we both had small fries, a beer and a coke - well that was £32.00 - for burger and chips in a paper bag. So firstly - Five guys, I don’t need half a metric tonne of chips on top of my ordered selection, and I just felt wasteful as they all went in the bin. Secondly - some limp chopped up vegetables in a cheap bun is perhaps a literal veggie sandwich - but really ? definitely not the best interpretation in my opinion. My pal liked his cheeseburger, but liked it to the tune of £10 ........ hardly. I love a fast food treat, but other than the very pleasant young lady who served us, and the remarkably clean toilet, I was woefully unimpressed. There are numerous establishments I can visit for half or a third of the price that might not offer exactly the same, it’s close enough. Five guys is not for me.

Five Guys have replaced the Big Mac as my favourite burger. While they’re more expensive, the quality of the food is clearly better and tastier. All I need is a five guys burger with a Big Mac type sauce and I will have a burgasm!

After going to that place over and over again with my tiny 10 pound dog, I was abruptly refused service today even though I only wanted to get takeaway and leave. No signs for that information anywhere, just a rude manager whose only words were 'Dogs are not allowed in here'.

Holy moly this wasn't good. Lack of veggie options - the only thing that they have is mushrooms and peppers falling out of a burger bun - high prices, given that it's counter service, and most importantly the food is poor. Slow, cold, expensive. The place is covered in euphoric reviews telling you how good the food is. They are all from 2008, 2010, 2011... There's a reason. Avoid. And if you have shares in Five Guys Holdings, sell them, for it's a terrible franchise.

First and only time I will darken this doorstep. Overpriced cack. £7.25 for a joke of a hotdog, I’ve had better at a road side caravan tepid, greasy and cut in half so all the flavour is gone, also a weener not a dog. If I could rate zero I would. Over salted fries, watered down coke. If I could I’d demand a refund. Run away from this place. For two people to eat £32.00 I’d rather eat from the gutter

As I can't review you on deliveroo I shall do it here, after enjoying a very nice meal last week my partner who had ordered elsewhere had food envy so was looking forward to take out night and making up for it. So this evening we had cold burgers I am sure they must have left hot but by the time our driver worked out that 42 and 47 makes a big difference when making a delivery and then when he did arrive at the right address he decided telepathy was the best way of notifying us he had arrived. On top of this as it has been raining paper bags and leaving food outside is not the difficult to work out is not the best idea then walking away. We only went out and checked because he was taking so long. Five guys your food is tasty but it will be a no from us from now on as 50/50 odds at your prices is not the worth the gamble.
