Recently touring Ireland with the Duffy Group we were all surprised at the number of drive through coffee shops that dotted the countryside. Our driver and guide frequented them on our trip and explained that his family has recently started one up at an old gas station. These drive throughs are often set up is recycled shipping containers. We stopped at Jimmy's Coffee, named after his dad, and were treated to a variety if coffee drinks and pastries. It was great! The staff were friendly and full of conversation. The coffee was delicious and we each got a locally-made chocolate treat as well

I first had breakfast in Jimmy's many years ago. I made a point of eating here at least once a week. The food is excellent and the staff are friendly and very professional. I no longer live in the area however every time I visit I HAVE to have my breakfast at Jimmy's 😋

Another town, Called in for lunch. Large selection of Ulster Fry items available cooked fresh by the look of it. I choose the wedges with Bacon and Cheese and added Onions. Tea came quickly followed not far behind by the wedges. Not a lot of cheese but rest was good and tasty. Must add they were frozen wedges. The clientele was in the older age range. Spacing and COVID procedures were good.

I drop into Jimmy’s fairly often and usually for their farmhouse fry-up. Guaranteed to set you up for the rest of the day! It’s a busy spot but the staff are friendly and attentive. And Jimmy himself regularly make the rounds with free samples of some freshly baked cakes! A great family atmosphere and not too pricey. Well worth a visit if you’re anywhere close to the Moy!

I moved into the Moy three years ago and after I took my mum the for her breakfast on a Saturday morning we've made it a weekly event ever since. Jimmy and his staff are very friendly and if it's one of his lovely frys or one of the other breakfast options there is one thing you can be sure of, it will always be of the same excellent quality. A proper 'Cafe'.

We had a lightish lunch here a few days ago. Service was friendly and very efficient, food was presented quickly and was warm and satisfying. We really enjoyed our simple meal, the soup especially was worth a return trip! Someone at the next table was tucking into a Christmas lunch, which looked most tempting! And prices were okay. Definitely a place to bear in mind if you fancy a bite, and you're in that particular neck of the woods!

This was not my first visit. This café has convenient parking which is obviously a big plus for passing trade like me. Staff are friendly and efficient. The menu was appropriate and my breakfast was excellent. Free WiFi is a bonus. I will certainly return.

When I went to Jimmy's, I ordered a vegetarian breakfast while my partner got their version of the full Ulster fry. Both were cooked extremely well, and to order. You could tell they were using fresh ingredients, and it was cooked right away. The cafe is a small, intimate space that also feels homey. Perfect for couples or families. Doesn't open on Sundays (to my knowledge)

Stopped here for coffee and scone on the way to Galway. It has a small car park outside and offers take out as well as seated. They is a small bar inside and the restaurant is a good size. The scones here are well recommended but a little expensive. Staff could be a little more friendly
