We called here en route to Donegal. We’d passed it many times but decided to go in for lunch & we’re so glad we did. Yes it has a bland decor but the food & value for money more than makes up for it. The staff are lovely & the food was delicious with great portions. The prices are great, especially in this economic crisis. The toilet was spotless & they have parking. Will definitely return here again.

I have read one review about this restaurant which was not complimentary and I can't think why. We have eaten in The Station House at Augher many times and have enjoyed the food-sometimes breakfast, sometimes lunch and occasionally coffee and scones. Augher was on our way from Ballygawley to Cavan, so we stopped for coffee and something light for lunch. First impressions were not good - a strong overpowering smell of chips. But there were lots of groups of people having lunch. We found a clear but not-too-clean table, and waited. Our server was polite, helpful and efficient. The table was cleaned. The coffees were very good, the sandwich freshly made and very tasty, and the carrot cake was definitely palatable. So, this was much better than first expected. This restaurant is on a seriously busy road, so be careful parking and crossing the road.

Good value for money food. Not pretentious just good freshly cooked food. You get great sized portions especially the Ulster fry which has to be the best in the valley. The coffee is good quality. I especially like the fact that where possible the owners will try to go out of their way to serve you eg. Ordering off menu or modifying your order. They serve more than they show on menu so just ask. We travel through Augher weekly and where possible stop here. Staff are friendly and helpful and the banter is free. Their Sunday menu is great value and sets us up for travelling back to Belfast. Wheelchair and family friendly too.

I was in Augher yesterday, working alone doing a two person task and a woman in a nearby office had been unnecessarily curt with me, so my form was not good. I spotted the sign for the Café and headed for it, only to find a sign on the door below which said "use other door". My form headed further downwards. On entering, the décor is rustic, the café is clearly popular and the full Irish Breakfasts look to be a hit.My malaise stopped that instant I was served. The young waitress was very charming and could not do enough for me - I could really feel the stress lifting from me as she seated me and brought everything over to my table..The coffee is good, the scones are great and the service first class. If you're in Augher, give it a try but use the door nearest the roundabout!!

This is the sort of place you pull over at on a journey from Belfast - Enniskillen. It's on a very busy main road which is quite dangerous to cross. There is limited parking right outside. Stopped for breakfast after being recommended to us. Wasn't expecting much and was ill stpretty disappointed. The sausages were definitely cheap meat, bacon was greasy, the ketchup was bright red and looked like it would be more suited to an ice cream than with a fry - seriously how much extra is it to have decent ketchup? Tea was fine and service was ok. It's run down, could do with a face lift but it is what it is . . a cheap café. Family called late morning (11.30ish) looking scones and tea and there were no scones or tray bakes available. They too were disappointed.

I was here on Saturday the food&service was great. However there was 2 girls working and it only seemed like 1 was going her job. The dark haired girl was clearing table taking orders/giving out orders while the other girl was no where to be seen. When she did come out she didn't seem interested in her job. She looked tired&possibly hungover! Wasn't impressed! If 2 girls are on 2 girls should be doing their job&stop a high standard! Wasn't fair on the girl who was basically running the place on her own! But she still managed to keep the customers happy! Fair play:)

This cafe has gone through many hands since its inception as an eating house, and sadly it's current state is not the best one.No work has been done to the interior since it's new ownership, which i feel was significantly needed. Although inoffensive, the arrangement is very boring and drab. One new feature, for me at least, is the air conditioning system.A cafe in Tyrone will never need air conditioning. Our seating was placed directly adjacent to it, obviously our food never stood a chance and was cold within minutes of being served. Another slight issue I found was that when we went into the cafe, we were provided with lunch menus, I had went with the notion of having a fry or breakfast food. I was prepared to leave after seeing the menu but as the staff returned fairly quickly, I asked if they were doing frys. She said yes and brought down a separate breakfast menu. Maybe in future, combine the menus or provide both as I would have been out the door thirty seconds later. The food itself is very basic. It's definitely not bad or disgusting but it's simple.Having been to the cafe twice, I found the portion size of one meal extremely poor (chicken curry) however on the second visit the number of items in the fry was clearly stated on the menu so I knew what I was receiving. In regards to cost, the cafe is around the right mark and certainly won't break the bank.In all I feel the food is simplistic and in turn it's hard to complain as there is very little to the imagination if you order sausages and chips. If you are looking for something similar but a bit tastier there is a number of options available nearby, both sit in and take away.

Dropped in here with a few friends for a snack when we were passing through Augher recently. The premises are rather unique, being a former Railway Station and I would imagine that the quaintness would really appeal to overseas visitors, especially to those from the USA. It was just after lunchtime and we just needed a quick snack as we had commitments in Enniskillen and were on a schedule. The Waitress seemed rather laid back and seemed oblivious to the fact that many of the tables had not been cleared and cleaned from the lunchtime rush hour. We had some difficulty finding a table as most of them were littered with the remains of other folks' meals. To be honest I liked the place and felt it was such a pity that they were projecting such a shoddy image to their customers. We eventually got what we ordered and as we were in a hurry didn't start to explain that the tea was not as hot as it should have been.....obviously they had not fully boiled the kettle before filling the teapot. The fries were multi-coloured so obviously not the freshest of potatos had been used. The rest was OK and I suppose at the price we kinda got value for money, despite the scene around us.In Northern Ireland people put up with this type of service a lot of the time and so I suppose some businesses become rather apathetic. Believe me this would not be tolerated in other countries as there is usually a lot of other competition close by. In Augher there's not a lot but at the same time this is no reason to have the premises looking like a bun-fight has just taken place. Image is vital to give a good first impression and this was not happening in the Station House. Might be an idea to remember that if you don't project a good, welcoming image and make the premises attractive to customers, somebody else will.

Booking Quinn's Corner for our wedding reception was one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our wedding day. The staff, service, food, decor and communication from start to finish was amazing. Kerry was incredibly helpful during the planning process and offered great suggestions for the menu and flow of the reception. Everyone was very accommodating and Kerry ensured everything ran smoothly on the day of. The dinner and hors d'oeuvre buffet were huge crowd pleasers. Quinn's Corner went above and beyond anything we were expecting, especially as were wedding planning from abroad. I would recommend anyone looking for a good meal or an event space to head to Quinn's Corner! You won't be disappointed and the value is fantastic! Thank you Kerry and the whole Quinn's Corner team!!!
