Nice quick delivery but lack of cheese on chips which were cold so cheese did not melt. Component of burger was missing so had to wait for it to be delivered.

I just wanted chilli sauce and a few peppers. Asked in the comments and got nothing ☹️

My food was awful. It was gold and the chicken nuggets were hard due to overcooking. Also deliverery instructions not followed . Will NOT order from them EVER AGAIN

Burnt cheesy chips and garlic mushrooms. Called and want them back before they replace them. Wonder what the steak house is like????

Got the wrong order. Called to ask for the correct food. Refused to give me a time to deliver or a refund. Had to call the bank to do a charge back.

I have been delivered the wrong order. Taking a long time to rectify the issue. Unnaceptable when young children are waiting

it was great food just forgot the dipping sauce

order arranged for collection, apparently ready 20 minutes early so it was cold and soggy when received. refund requested.

Got my order wrong, then sent the salad separately by which time my kebab was cold. Then discovered the two desserts I ordered were frozen. Not happy and won’t be ordering again.

Food was really good and enjoyed by all. Delivery was quick and the driver was very helpful and friendly! Thank you, will definitely order again.

Had heard great things so maybe our expectations were just too hight but the food was just okay. I had cheesy chips with not enough cheese on and the kebab was just a bit sloppy

Portion of hallomi fries was extremely small for the price. Ordered the special burger without bacon but only got cheese no donar meat either. Normally very good and am a repeat customer but this order wasn’t on point sadly.

Great apart from every time I have ordered pineapple in my burger apart from once it was not included.

Kebabs not so good tonight unfortunately. 1 of them had loads of salad, the other 1 literally none. Ordered chilli peppers on 2 of the kebabs but received none. Lamb shish was not as good as it has been in the past

Delivery was shocking. Took 3 hours. Wasn't worth the wait. Gone past eating by the time it arrived. Very disappointing would be an under statement.

Usually great but order was really late today. Food not very warm, and missing a large pizza (still waiting 1/2hr after delivery).

Did not get optional extras I ordered. Phoned Jerry's and just got a sorry and no offer to give money back for the missed items. No resolution.

The chicken was as chewy as a car tyre and the fudge cake was still frozen

This was the best takeaway we have had from Jerry’s. Absolutely amazing! Don’t know if ingredients have been changed but the lamb and chicken donner was amazing!

Never usually have an issue but whoever made the kebab messed it right up, ordered a chicken kebab with ALL salad and Mint sauce and we received a doner with no sauce, too late in the evening to ring up and get the one we ordered sent out, but most of it went to waste because it was too dry.

the chicken doner wrap was awful. horrible taste and quality of the chicken was poor . threw it away after 2 bites. drink was forgotten and then delivered after we phoned. chips were very undercooked. unedible.

The food turned up 30 mins late and the food was room temperature. The pizza cheese was all hard instead of being soft when it’s hot. Really disappointing

Disappointed! I have been ordering from Jerry's for a long time and when they came to Blandford quickly became our favourite takeaway. We ordered tonight expecting the usual service (only ever had a couple of messed up orders) and instead of the usual chips (normally more of a fry style) they came in as chunky chips with skin on, absolutely not what was ordered. They also came in packaging (still some polystyrene even though that is banned now) that says it can be recycled but looks semi like polystyrene with a load of condensation and which made the chips soggy. Where are we supposed to recycle these? Just use the cardboard containers! Both Kebabs (a doner and chicken donner) tasted bland, I think the kids burgers were okay but you know how kids react to everything. Please tell me this is not your food going forward. Have you changed owners? Not sure if I'll be ordering from here again.

Cold inedible food..no idea what the chicken wrap was but it looked like fatty bits of pulled lamb.. we ordered chicken. I ordered a Donner wrap with all salad.. no salad at all in it when it arrived..lastly it was all stone cold..we have been customers for over 5 years and will not be ordering again.

The problem here is there so hit and miss, had best kebab for years last week this week awful, chicken doner was so over cooked was inedible and extra lamb doner meat only 2 slices! + not salad as requested. Pizza was good though. Hope there now not focusing to much on restaurant venture and leaving takeaway behind.

Fantastic all round. Arrived a littler earlier than stated and the food was delicious and hot. The being hot makes a real difference. The burgers were amazing. Will definitely be using again.

£4 for 9 onion rings is ridiculous, Chips were good but the Donner meat had a strange spice taste to it.

The food spent 30mins with the driver and can no longer track because it’s gone past the delivery time. Called up and they had misplaced the ticket. The food arrived well after delivery time.

I wish I could add photos, literally a quarter of a whole onion in with the salad, not even sliced. The burger was swimming is burger sauce, bun soggy and wet, whole burger just sloppy and fell apart. My son didn’t complain about his chicken burger although that was also swimming in BBQ sauce, oozing out the sides, far too much in there. Ruins the food. Cans of coke were good; that’s about it. Disappointed

Sadly the food was awful! The chip were half decent but the rest wasn't good at all. The kebabs themselves had no donner meat and the chicken was dryer than the bone it came from and rock hard like it was days old. Very very disappointed

It took over an hour to get my food and hash brown from my burger was missing. There are no reasons why it would take an hour to make 2 mile delivery in blandford. I can get food quicker in London during the rush hour. Also missing hashbrown. The only positive things in this order is the cake. It’s really really good. I guess it was the last time I’ve ordered from Jerries

quick food and tasty. But half and half pizza had more slices with meat on them so my mother got less than me as she is vegetarian, also my chips did not have the extra cheese on them. But otherwise, very nice and quickly delievered.

Food was mediocre, the lamb was very bristly tough to eat, chips were awful, tiny bits of scampi which had to much batter, the salad with the wrap was very small portion, and the actual wrap was like paper and went in the bin, yeah very disappointed but i blame myself as i should know better, we continue to live and learn ladies and gents.........

Lovely food as normal and always comes quicker than estimated. We had one item missing this evening, so I phoned the shop. Very helpful and apologetic and said they’d send the item out to us within half an hour. And they were true to their word 🤩 half an hour after my call and the missing item was delivered. Fab service. And the missing item still arrived within the estimated delivery time. 👍 Definitely recommend Jerry’s 100%

Burger absolutely swimming in burger sauce, far too much plastered in there! Makes the bun all soggy.

Service was lovely, and my collection time was spot on. I opened my food, my burger had all salad on it when I only asked for lettuce, and the burger bun was soggy. I'm normally satisfied with my order from here but this time not so much. I hope it's only a one-off, and next time, it's at its usual standard
