Great food and friendly service

I politely asked for extra green chillies on my son’s donner wrap and extra onions on my chicken doner wrap and none were added , was willing to pay extra. I’ll just add from home from now on.

“Forgot” our order. Rang 1hour 40 mins after ordering to be told sorry it hadn’t been done. Did deliver it about 20 mins later but this was gone 9pm so past eating. Went in the bin.

We went there last night - simple to say > great staff, good food, nice atmosphere. We will definitely go back. Possibly the best place in Blandford - based on our one experience.

freezing cold which was frustrating as we’ve had this many times and it’s always been great before. unfortunately there’s nothing worse than a cold kebab, we tried but couldn’t eat it.

Scampi burnt to a crisp, rock hard! 2 slices of small onion and beyond pi*s poor lettuce, I asked for all salad, what a joke! Shame you can’t upload photos on here, AVOID! Down massively downhill. Asked for a refund, disgusted.

Chips missing from order again. This happens every so often. Ordered chicken strips with chips, chicken wings with chips and only received one very small portion of chips.

Food was good but pizzas could have had more topping and cheese. A few slices didn’t have anything in places apart from the sauce

They say is too far that they will only come for £30 minimum order, they are having a laugh do not support this scammers.

Cold kebab meat. Horrible. Everything else was hot, so the meat had obviously been sat there for a while before being dished up. Had the same issue several times now, not ordering from here gain.

Obviously enjoyed as always. Hard not to like.

Ended up throwing both kebabs. Chicken wasn’t what it usually was.

They lost our ticket so after ringing up after 10 mins being late they had to then start cooking it. No compensation was even offered. Abysmal service.

Great food. but the special chicken fillet burger was meant to come with doner meat and jalapenos, and didn't. So we called the restaurant and they sent out a replacement burger, which STILL had no doner meat or jalapenos......it was nearly midnight by this point so I gave up and made do. On the plus side, I got a refund as well as the new burger, so can't really complain about customer service.

Horrific stomach ache yet again after this. The second time in a row. We are done ordering from here now, it’s ridiculous.

Nice quick delivery but lack of cheese on chips which were cold so cheese did not melt. Component of burger was missing so had to wait for it to be delivered.

I just wanted chilli sauce and a few peppers. Asked in the comments and got nothing ☹️

My food was awful. It was gold and the chicken nuggets were hard due to overcooking. Also deliverery instructions not followed . Will NOT order from them EVER AGAIN

Burnt cheesy chips and garlic mushrooms. Called and want them back before they replace them. Wonder what the steak house is like????

Got the wrong order. Called to ask for the correct food. Refused to give me a time to deliver or a refund. Had to call the bank to do a charge back.

it was great food just forgot the dipping sauce

order arranged for collection, apparently ready 20 minutes early so it was cold and soggy when received. refund requested.

Got my order wrong, then sent the salad separately by which time my kebab was cold. Then discovered the two desserts I ordered were frozen. Not happy and won’t be ordering again.

Had heard great things so maybe our expectations were just too hight but the food was just okay. I had cheesy chips with not enough cheese on and the kebab was just a bit sloppy

Portion of hallomi fries was extremely small for the price. Ordered the special burger without bacon but only got cheese no donar meat either. Normally very good and am a repeat customer but this order wasn’t on point sadly.

Great apart from every time I have ordered pineapple in my burger apart from once it was not included.

Kebabs not so good tonight unfortunately. 1 of them had loads of salad, the other 1 literally none. Ordered chilli peppers on 2 of the kebabs but received none. Lamb shish was not as good as it has been in the past

Delivery was shocking. Took 3 hours. Wasn't worth the wait. Gone past eating by the time it arrived. Very disappointing would be an under statement.

Food took 1.5 hours to arrive and by the time it got to me the Shish kebab I ordered was cold.

Never usually have an issue but whoever made the kebab messed it right up, ordered a chicken kebab with ALL salad and Mint sauce and we received a doner with no sauce, too late in the evening to ring up and get the one we ordered sent out, but most of it went to waste because it was too dry.

the chicken doner wrap was awful. horrible taste and quality of the chicken was poor . threw it away after 2 bites. drink was forgotten and then delivered after we phoned. chips were very undercooked. unedible.

Disappointed! I have been ordering from Jerry's for a long time and when they came to Blandford quickly became our favourite takeaway. We ordered tonight expecting the usual service (only ever had a couple of messed up orders) and instead of the usual chips (normally more of a fry style) they came in as chunky chips with skin on, absolutely not what was ordered. They also came in packaging (still some polystyrene even though that is banned now) that says it can be recycled but looks semi like polystyrene with a load of condensation and which made the chips soggy. Where are we supposed to recycle these? Just use the cardboard containers! Both Kebabs (a doner and chicken donner) tasted bland, I think the kids burgers were okay but you know how kids react to everything. Please tell me this is not your food going forward. Have you changed owners? Not sure if I'll be ordering from here again.

The food turned up 30 mins late and the food was room temperature. The pizza cheese was all hard instead of being soft when it’s hot. Really disappointing
