fantastic dry ribs and beef chow main . just wish they wouldn't send those free tasteless prawn crackers which are greasy and bland.

First time I have ordered from here and it will be the last. £26 pounds for tasteless food. Ribs were like chewing boot leather. Chicken fried rice tasted of nothing.

ordered a chicken curry, there was no curry sauce on the chicken, onions or rice, it was just put over the chips, I tried to mix it all together however the chips had soaked up any leftover curry sauce, so unfortunately I couldn't eat it due to how dry everything was, the curry sauce is something that needs to be put all over not just in 1 place

massive portions but should be for the price, way more expensive than other chinese takeaways. prawn toast was very greasy.

Delivered early, piping hot, food was delicious and prepared very well. My go to Chinese Restaurant…I highly recommend this restaurant 👍.

I am vegetarian, ordered a vegetable curry and half way through eating it found a piece of chicken. Sorry but I won’t be ordering from here again, they need to be more careful, I wouldn’t order from here if you are veggie.

Absolutely poor ! Was 2 hours late over the expected delivery time then said it had been delivered so I rang the shop and it was still in the kitchen

I rang the restaurant as my order still didn’t arrive to the lady who I spoke to saying “well it’s not in the kitchen” then retracted what she said and said “it is still here don’t worry don’t worry”. Clearly my order wasn’t even being made and when it arrived the chicken balls we’re undercooked and the batter was soggy!

food was lukewarm and the sauce was cold. First time using this takeaway wont be using it again and the late delivery i have a child with special needs so when i say wkat times tea is due and its late it has a major impact.

Had to wait nearly 2 hours for food

food was late but was worth the wait as was extremely tasty. could of done with being slightly hotter but I think that was due to lateness.

Absolutely apauling delivery time ordered at 18.00 and didn't arrive untill 20.40. If they are that busy they shouldn't accept more orders😡

The food was good but delivery was delayed and didn’t get food until 80mins after original expected time.

Changed the status on the order to delivered when challenged on this they then drop it back another 30 mins. After already waiting 90 mins for food. Totally unacceptable.

Order was put in at 17:58, delivery time stated as 19:05 - 19:25. Its now 20:14, JustEat is saying delivered and I am still waiting. No-one answering the phone so I am £20 out of pocket aswell as having recieved zero food.

Slow service and poor food. Food took 1 hour 40 mins to arrive despite being local. Absolutely no way to get through to the restaurant, line was occupied constantly and sometimes the phone call was ended by restaurant. Contacted Just Eat who promoted the restaurant with a message, yet still no response. My partner had to leave the house to walk up the restaurant to attempt to actually talk to someone, however the food shortly arrived just as they started walking. The prawn toast had no prawns in it at all, I peeled back the toast on every single slice to check and no prawns were found. Just fried bread and sesame seeds. Beef curry was very fatty, bad cuts of meat and hard to chew. Crispy chilli beef was the only redeeming quality of the meal, although there wasn't a lot of it. Wouldn't recommend, very disappointing meal that is not worth the price.

Over 2 hours for the delivery and that seemed to only be after I’d chased it after 1 3/4 hours. If deliveries can’t be made within the time don’t accept them we would have ordered elsewhere. The food when it arrived was good as always but delivery

delivery was great super early. most of it was good but the chicken balls I ordered didn't seem freash seemed they had been out for a while.

Chicken chowmein sogy,chilcken was tasteless,rubbery. Chips were hard, burn. Chicken curry more with onions and peas, 5 pieces of chicken. Yhank you.

Always order Chinese food from Jasmine House as they always deliver amazing food. Great portion sizes too and the prawn crackers are always freshly made too. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough 😋

Went to collect and husband was refused food because they hadn’t got the correct order number. Shower them the email to prove we had ordered from there. Food was sitting in the back ready for us to collect.

Order at 8 said would arrive 9.10 arrive 9.30 and just Luke warm

if you want fresh and delicious Chinese get it from here, I don’t usually order from Chinese food places I’ve never had before but I have this place a go and honestly I’m not regretting it, got chicken fried rice, S&P chicken balls and Cantonese style chicken (s&s chicken) all were so fresh you could tell , unlike most places that just re heat food, never left review before but I had to this time, my new Chinese :)

Delivered on time and called to advise when on way. Food was hot and exactly as ordered.

Food was hot upon arrival and came 30 minutes earlier than estimated. The only complaint I can have is that the just eat app didn't update to let me know it was on its way.
