The food came early with a brilliant service…Piping Hot Food…Extremely Tasty…I have used them several times, and never failed my expectations…I Highly Recommend This Restaurant ***** 5 stars!

Absolutely apauling delivery time ordered at 18.00 and didn't arrive untill 20.40. If they are that busy they shouldn't accept more orders😡

I had to contact the restaurant as it said my order had been delivered fir them to say its still on the side in the kitchen. I wont be using them again

The food was good but delivery was delayed and didn’t get food until 80mins after original expected time.

Changed the status on the order to delivered when challenged on this they then drop it back another 30 mins. After already waiting 90 mins for food. Totally unacceptable.

Over 2 hours for the delivery and that seemed to only be after I’d chased it after 1 3/4 hours. If deliveries can’t be made within the time don’t accept them we would have ordered elsewhere. The food when it arrived was good as always but delivery

Food never arrived. Can you please refund me. Tried to call the shop 8 times, never any answer.

Order was put in at 17:58, delivery time stated as 19:05 - 19:25. Its now 20:14, JustEat is saying delivered and I am still waiting. No-one answering the phone so I am £20 out of pocket aswell as having recieved zero food.

I never received my order and phone line busy.

delivery was great super early. most of it was good but the chicken balls I ordered didn't seem freash seemed they had been out for a while.

Chicken chowmein sogy,chilcken was tasteless,rubbery. Chips were hard, burn. Chicken curry more with onions and peas, 5 pieces of chicken. Yhank you.

Always order Chinese food from Jasmine House as they always deliver amazing food. Great portion sizes too and the prawn crackers are always freshly made too. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough 😋

Went to collect and husband was refused food because they hadn’t got the correct order number. Shower them the email to prove we had ordered from there. Food was sitting in the back ready for us to collect.

Order at 8 said would arrive 9.10 arrive 9.30 and just Luke warm

if you want fresh and delicious Chinese get it from here, I don’t usually order from Chinese food places I’ve never had before but I have this place a go and honestly I’m not regretting it, got chicken fried rice, S&P chicken balls and Cantonese style chicken (s&s chicken) all were so fresh you could tell , unlike most places that just re heat food, never left review before but I had to this time, my new Chinese :)

Delivered on time and called to advise when on way. Food was hot and exactly as ordered.

Food was hot upon arrival and came 30 minutes earlier than estimated. The only complaint I can have is that the just eat app didn't update to let me know it was on its way.

Arrived in good time hot and very tasty, perfect Chinese 👌I just wish that the chips would be fresh and not stale and hard as that's all my nephew will eat. You tend to get the kiddies wanted some chips and there nearly £4.00😢but could not fault the Chinese food😋

Everything was lovely apart from the spring rolls that tasted absolutely awful and off

Delivery was quicker than expected:) However the noodles were all very disappointing. They were very dry, hard to the bite and not as hot as they should be. The two mixed vegetables Singapore noodles weren’t very flavourful either.

Hour and a half delivery time. The dish was tasteless. Chilli and garlic chicken…. Not even a hint of either in it

My wife ordered from this Chinese tonight via just eat at 6:30pm. Come 7:45pm there was no food to be seen so she called and asked where it was. The woman on the phone informed her that they have had an issue finding the address and she has attempted contact but she didn't pick up. From then she was told 20 minutes and she would have her order in full. 45 minutes later at 8:30pm still no food so I call the shop and ask what is happening. The woman on the phone straight away knew the address and said delivery was attempted and the address could not be found, I sympathised as we are in new build properties. However she then persisted to lie, stated that the just eat account had no telephone number attached and she contacted just eat for the phone number. Called the phone number to be told by a man that no1 had ordered so they did nothing, I asked "why not cancel the order, trigger a refund if you were having so many issues". She told me she contacted just eat for a number that's all she had to do, so there for cancelling an order and refunding the money was something they were not prepared too do. When I informed her that I would be leaving a review on just eat she was not bothered 1 bit, but when I also stated I review on Google she begged me not to review on Google. I asked her hiw she could compensate the trouble we have had nearly 3 hour wait for food and multiple un-helpful phonecalls, she declined and said she can't do anything about it. I informed her that her lies would in the review and she then claimed a language barrier was the issue for the problems. I offered some polite pieces of advice before ending the call, 1 - employ a call hander if she is struggling with calls (her admission not my assumption), 2- do not lie when there is evidence to prove otherwise (door bell footage and just eat order receipt both time stamped). She again begged me not to review on Google and told me to contact just eat for a full refund if I found anything wrong with the food. Food review yet to follow. As promised 3 hours later the food review is in, so my wife and my 3 year old boy enjoyed their food, when it arrived it was hot and fresh which was nice to hear. It is a shame the customer service sid of things let this experience down big time. Adjusted food star rating based on the food quality but everything else remains the same.

Food has always been hot and tasty but tonight food was tasteless and had to be warmed. Three small pieces of chicken in the chow mein only. Salt and pepper chips were hard and dry. must of had change in management as I was disappointed tonight.

I have been here a few times now and until today I have enjoyed the food. Today was unfortunately a different story, one of the dishes was incorrect, another had hardly any meat 7 pieces in fact and the other had large lumps of ginger that were really over powering to the whole dish..and the special fried rice was under seasoned...very dissapointed.

Very disappointed probably one of the worst Chinese’s I’ve ever had, the food was cold and hard. The chicken was not cooked fully and the duck was 80% fat hardly any meat. The orange sauce tasted like orange squash.
