Always order Chinese food from Jasmine House as they always deliver amazing food. Great portion sizes too and the prawn crackers are always freshly made too. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough 😋

Went to collect and husband was refused food because they hadn’t got the correct order number. Shower them the email to prove we had ordered from there. Food was sitting in the back ready for us to collect.

Order at 8 said would arrive 9.10 arrive 9.30 and just Luke warm

if you want fresh and delicious Chinese get it from here, I don’t usually order from Chinese food places I’ve never had before but I have this place a go and honestly I’m not regretting it, got chicken fried rice, S&P chicken balls and Cantonese style chicken (s&s chicken) all were so fresh you could tell , unlike most places that just re heat food, never left review before but I had to this time, my new Chinese :)

Delivered on time and called to advise when on way. Food was hot and exactly as ordered.

Food was hot upon arrival and came 30 minutes earlier than estimated. The only complaint I can have is that the just eat app didn't update to let me know it was on its way.

Delivery was quicker than expected:) However the noodles were all very disappointing. They were very dry, hard to the bite and not as hot as they should be. The two mixed vegetables Singapore noodles weren’t very flavourful either.

Hour and a half delivery time. The dish was tasteless. Chilli and garlic chicken…. Not even a hint of either in it

My wife ordered from this Chinese tonight via just eat at 6:30pm. Come 7:45pm there was no food to be seen so she called and asked where it was. The woman on the phone informed her that they have had an issue finding the address and she has attempted contact but she didn't pick up. From then she was told 20 minutes and she would have her order in full. 45 minutes later at 8:30pm still no food so I call the shop and ask what is happening. The woman on the phone straight away knew the address and said delivery was attempted and the address could not be found, I sympathised as we are in new build properties. However she then persisted to lie, stated that the just eat account had no telephone number attached and she contacted just eat for the phone number. Called the phone number to be told by a man that no1 had ordered so they did nothing, I asked "why not cancel the order, trigger a refund if you were having so many issues". She told me she contacted just eat for a number that's all she had to do, so there for cancelling an order and refunding the money was something they were not prepared too do. When I informed her that I would be leaving a review on just eat she was not bothered 1 bit, but when I also stated I review on Google she begged me not to review on Google. I asked her hiw she could compensate the trouble we have had nearly 3 hour wait for food and multiple un-helpful phonecalls, she declined and said she can't do anything about it. I informed her that her lies would in the review and she then claimed a language barrier was the issue for the problems. I offered some polite pieces of advice before ending the call, 1 - employ a call hander if she is struggling with calls (her admission not my assumption), 2- do not lie when there is evidence to prove otherwise (door bell footage and just eat order receipt both time stamped). She again begged me not to review on Google and told me to contact just eat for a full refund if I found anything wrong with the food. Food review yet to follow. As promised 3 hours later the food review is in, so my wife and my 3 year old boy enjoyed their food, when it arrived it was hot and fresh which was nice to hear. It is a shame the customer service sid of things let this experience down big time. Adjusted food star rating based on the food quality but everything else remains the same.

Food has always been hot and tasty but tonight food was tasteless and had to be warmed. Three small pieces of chicken in the chow mein only. Salt and pepper chips were hard and dry. must of had change in management as I was disappointed tonight.

I have been here a few times now and until today I have enjoyed the food. Today was unfortunately a different story, one of the dishes was incorrect, another had hardly any meat 7 pieces in fact and the other had large lumps of ginger that were really over powering to the whole dish..and the special fried rice was under seasoned...very dissapointed.

Very disappointed probably one of the worst Chinese’s I’ve ever had, the food was cold and hard. The chicken was not cooked fully and the duck was 80% fat hardly any meat. The orange sauce tasted like orange squash.

Over a hour late for 4 small items and the pizza for my son who's a fussy eater had magically transformed from a Margherita to a spicy chicken one my little girl went to bed without her food as how late it was so she settled for toast which was warmer than the food that arrived never ordering from here again disgraceful service

We always enjoy our food from here but tonight was most definitely my favourite. King prawn and mushroom with egg fried rice it was gorgeous and my new favourite dish. My only thing would be some gravy with the chicken and chips please 🙏

It was a plesent supprised it came earlier than expected as we did ask for it ASAP and was told that it would be 60-75 minutes, and as it arrived approximately 20 minutes after ordering we had no problems with that

The wait times have now reached 2 hours, both last night and 10 days ago. They take on far too many orders to deliver theirselves with just 1 driver. They should let justeat drivers do some delivery’s when busy. Shame because the food is nice but they are driving customers away with the excessive wait times.

as usual Jasmine House always provide excellent hot and quality food. In my experience, Jasmine House always provide what the customer asks for and a quality of food and service that is second to none. Thank you again for a wonderful, enjoyable family meal.

Said it was delivered but still came lste

We ordered our food at 7:40 and was told it would be between 8:50 and 9:10. I phoned at 9:20 to be told it was only a few minutes until it would be delivered. When I got off the phone I had a text to tell me it was delayed until 9:45. My food didn’t arrive until 10! Not ordering from here again.

Second time the delivery was late,over 2 hours !!!! Useless, no apologiey, keep saying out with the driver be there in 5 minutes .don't use this restaurant ..!!!! Won't use them again.

took 2 hours from ordering before food was delivered. estimated time was 8:55 - 9:15. git told at 9:15 that it wasn't going to be delivered until 9:45pm still didn't arrive until 9:50pm. food wasn't OK, but the chips were dry and hard . tried phoning the restaurant but phone was constantly engaged. Still no response back

Two hours for delivery tonight not happy.

There was a delivery wait when placing order which was acceptable then watching the order it implied I had received it making out it had arrived in timescale.Tried to call but constantly engaged..I texted and eventually texted to say another 30 mins.. 40 mins later I texted again and asked for money back. The driver eventually arrived and apologised on behalf of business saying really busy...This may be acceptable for them but not when you've got work next day..plus refused refund

we used to agree with the previous reviews but we had a set meal for 2 tonight (25/4/14) which is our usual and to say we were disappointed is an understatement,apart from the fact that the soup was loaded with nondescript lumps of fat( hot and sour),the crispy duck was not,crispy that is ,they also forgot the cucumber and lettuce ,the other starters were just tasteless and greasy and unfortunately the main courses were no better ,chicken and garlic was mainly garlic ,sweet and sour just bland and as for the fried rice it went in the bin,iam not mentioning the prawn crackers as i dont like them anyway but my wife had one and binned the rest,the only acceptable part of this set meal was the free can of (warm) coke,i will drink it later to try and get rid of the taste,I did notice new staff on front of house so i guess its now under new management,it will be a long time before we venture to Jasmine House again Well after a few years avoiding this place we took the plunge after reading recent reviews and after numerous changes in ownership, can't say our opinion has changed. Attached pictures are of the bag the set dinner came in and then went straight in the bin in!, The only thing I can think is, either we always end up with the bad chef or, the positive reviews are from people who haven't had a good Chinese meal recently. Today's offering was bland, geasey and only good for the bin, and the pink gloop they send out with the prawn toast and starters is akin to washing up liquid. We have given this place another chance and are again very disappointed and will Not be eating here again. Feel sorry for the customers who ordered after me.

Food was extremely late, no calls or texts to update to the point we called to cancel and they still tried to send the food. Declined the food as it had been well over the time and we had to order elsewhere as our children needed to eat.

So inconsistent 😕 frustrating can have some amazing food from here but about 1 in 4 orders so disappointing. Keep going back as know get a nice meal but when it's bad it's bad which tonight our Xmas Chinese was bad 👎
