excellent as always however the order was missing the Bombay aloo it was not ticked on receipt either a small over sight by the restaurant but still a missing item

The recent times ordered from Jaipur the food has been very tasty, arrived hot due to prompt delivery and been good portion sizes, deffo recommend.

usually the food is really nice but they do have the odd time when food not up to normal standard. Today ordered cheese naan and got plain naan and was really hard to chew. A lot of water within the rice which ended up making the curry very soggy.

Can't comment on atmosphere as had delivery but food was delicious and delivered quickly

Took an hour and a bit for it to arrive while other local places take half that time to make and deliver food, but the food is exceptional and worth that wait. Sometimes they will get the order wrong with removing stuff (had that issue in the past) but other than that, cannot recommend this place enough if you’re going to book a table or order take away!

Ordered takeaway absolutely lovely. Could not fault it and the two girls on reception very helpful. Definitely order again plus reccomend 👍

All the curry’s you sell are beginning to all taste the same. Your Nan breads are very expensive and your curries do not contain a lot of vegetables. Time to give someone else a try

ordered as usual for 6.30pm. we have the same meal every week. app said order was out for delivery. I phoned the restaurant at 7m to be told they are busy and the chef was cooking our meal now. I just hope it's hot and up to your usual standard. Not happy 😒

unfortunately the prawns were very chewy, not your usual standard. curry sauce was very watery and the pompodoms were soft and not crisp. otherwise it was okay, but nit your usual standard.

Ordered some lamb curry egg fried rice chips, prawn purée with 2 Keenan nan bread start eating as you do thought it was okay but then found a piece of phlegm/snot in one of the breads, vomit my heart out stay well away !!!!!!!!!!!🤮🤮

It’s always very good from here but tonight the chicken was tough and the garlic chicken had no or very little in and hardly tasted of anything very disappointing

Tonight I went for the Kashmiri, which was very nice, quite a sweet dish. We also went for the house special naan bread. A little dearer than the other naans but worth paying extra for. My wife had paneer pola chicken. Fortunately for us this is an undiscovered treasure of amazing Indian food. It's our go to place for Indian food. Never crowded, always good food and service.

it is now 25 minutes after our delivery time. The app says we have our food. We do not.

I have been using this take restaurant for 15 years and love the food. They also offer good deals on certain days of the week. Love their naga masala and lamb shatkora

The food was good, but the packaging was damaged and a lot of the sauce was in a plastic bag. I think it was caused by the deliveryman.

The food was greasy , oil was just pouring off. The korma smelt like wet dog and stunk the entire house out. There was two pieces of cheese in the sag paneer. Ended up throwing everything away except the sag aloo even tho that was also horribly greasy I ate around it for the potatoes. Honestly utterly dissatisfied. Disappointed. Was disgusting. Never again

Ordered my food at 18:30. Estimated arrival time was 19:10 - 19:30. On Just Ear, the app said the order was on its way to be delivered at 18:55. The food was not here by 19:30. I requested an update from the restaurant who said the food would be here at 19:50. The food was still not here at that time and I had to call the restaurant to ask for an update. They said it was on its way to be delivered. The food arrived at 20:05. So from order time to deliver we waited an hour and 35 minutes. The foo

Missing a dish. Been late 2 wks in row

food arrived quickly, got a Tikka masala and it was very sweet couldn't taste much of anything else but food was fresh and hot. Also order was slightly wrong

The lamb tikka was very tough, a little disappointed as my last order was excellent quality.

Food was cold and after waiting ages for it to be delivered it was sad that it was then cold and we could not enjoy it!

I've used this place quite a few times but maybe a one off but Not as good this time unfortunately chicken madras came out super super hot I like phal but this was hotter spoilt the night and then I noticed food and dirt under my nann bread the basket my bread was in was separated by paper not clean at all put me off has this place changed hands

Waited 1.5hours for order, delivered and order was incorrect with prawn pathia delivered instead of chicken - have fish allergy. Phoned the restaurant and said it would be 20mins, rang again another 30mins, rang again another 20mins, still no chicken pathia delivered. Phoned again to request refund for order as rest of Curries went cold waiting so we can eat as family. Hussain on the phone didn’t give a refund, didn’t offer any help, denied apparently no manager to speak to and still we wait on.

After using jaipur for many years we were really disappointed this evening! We ordered a chicken shaslik but received lamb, have called and they should be sending a replacement. Ordered a special naan which should be keema, mushroom and cheese but arrived with onion, mushroom and cheese. This is the very 1st time it's arrived so greasy and lukewarm... we all know Indian is not cheap but at £55 with poor quality is really bothering. Did not help that the driver had our order out on delivery for 20 mins and could not find us!
