Jaidee Thai Restaurant in Stockport

I can 100% recommend this restaurant Although small the tables are well spaced and plenty of room especially with COVID restrictions Visited last night, a Saturday, and every table was taken so glad we booked on line Only 1 waitress on and she did everything. I presume maybe down to the times we’re in at the moment. She took and made the drinks order. Took food orders, served & cleared plates and finally cleaned and disinfected tables for next guests There was a small wait for food but not really a problem and a decent gap between courses is not a bad thing. When the food arrived it was piping hot and very tasty. We sent back completely empty plates. There didn’t appear to be any dessert menu but we’d had a great starter and main meal. We didn’t need one as we were full so didn’t ask. The drinks are reasonably priced too. Will be making a return visit to try more of the menu

We visited Jaidee Thai for my husbands 40th birthday meal last night and we were not disappointed. Rose and Rin are fabulous hosts, we felt like we were back in Thailand it was so chilled out and relaxing, the food is outstanding and very traditional Thai all cooked fresh to order, thank you Rose your food is delicious!!!! The food and drinks are very reasonably priced Plus in September on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday they are doing 25% off food and all drinks including alcohol with just a minimum spend of £25 in total (you have to book a table) They also do takeaway food too and deliver in a 3 mile radius - we won’t be ordering our takeaway from anywhere else now! Had a takeaway which was excellent- Pad Thai was very authentic and the seafood was very good quality

During the last few month of social distancing, I have been unable to visit. I have been using their take away service. Multiple times, never disappointed. Excellent food and prompt delivery. Highly recommended!

A new Thai restauant in Stockport that eveytime we went past, was full. So we thought we would give it a go. Arrived at 7.15 ish, to an overiding smell of disinfectant !!!, we had not booked, so were lucky to get in, as a few minutes later, the place was full. Drinks ordered,menu perused, not a massive menu, ordered starters of Samosas and a mixed starter for Hubby. He chose Chicken Penang and I chose Pad met mammuang, chicken, cashew nuts. starters came at about 8.pm, was ok, not the best, tables cleared away, now we wait, wait, wait, for main meal, questions asked how long ? coming now, eventually served mains at 9.10. The food was bland, no frangrance,or flavour that you expect with Thai food. Other people in restaurant were getting wrong orders, or starters were forgotton, chef kept coming out to other tables to apologise, not to us. Young waiter, who had got some orders wrong, was gestured to get out by chef, he promptly had a strop, stomped downstairs, got his coat and flounced out, banging the door on his way out. I wanted so much to like this local restaurant, but think the staff and chefs should visit My Thai or Try Thai in Manchester to see how it should be cooked and waited on.

Amazing starters , 7 of us in total was looked after by friendly staff and advised on some of the soups (spicy ) to choose ,, will definitely be going back spoke with owner said its only been open a month

Called in on Friday night to try out this new thai place on A6. It's been redecorated very well as the place that used to be here was quite dark, where as now it's much brighter. It's quite a small place, and although we hadn't booked managed to get a table for 2, plenty of staff who were all very friendly, the owner even made my partner a jasmine tea as she was cold and wanted a hot drink. Plenty of options on the menu, we went for the satay chicken and rib starters, followed by pad thai and pad Krapow as mains. The food was fantastic and the prices extremely reasonable, will definitely be returning to try more of the dishes.

We live just round the corner in Offerton. We had heard about this new Thai restaurant from our friends, but wanted to check it out for ourselves. The food was amazing! My misses is like super fussy but the owner chef (Rose) was very accommodating so much so that we have been back there 3 times in the last week! We both love it. The prices are great and the atmosphere is really relaxed. The food is served fast and they don't rush you out. Defo recommend it.

Best Thai food I've had, the Ribs, seabass, and pad thai are highly recommended. Also the drinks I thought were rather cheap but i wasn't complaining, already got my next visit booked on valentine's day can't wait.

Popped in for a quick meal before getting the train to Manchester. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was very fresh and tasty and the service was very quick. I ordered the spare ribs to start and the sea bass platter for a main . I will be recommending my friends and family to come here for a genuine taste of Thailand. The price was very good compared to other Thai restaurants in the area.

Last minute decision to go. I chose portions of:- beef salad, Thai green curry, Thai noodles, chicken satay, chicken wings.and, of course a few beers. It turns out this was their first Sunday.buffet. The restaurant only opened a 3 days earlier. Based on today's visit, it will not be my last Sunday visit and I'm already planning a evening visit as well. Excellent food and service.
