Jade Garden Egremont in Copeland

Up there with one of the worst special chow mein dishes I have had. Lots of overcooked meat, a couple of mushrooms with a few bits of onion but no vegetables. Never going there again.

When visiting Whitehaven we have always had at least 2 meals here, we were so looking forward to another great meal, however when we turned up we were informed it’s now just a take-away, beyond gutted! From the amount of take-away leaving the premises it’s obviously still great food, you just can’t eat it inside. Left very disappointed 😩

Went in the store last night with my friend as we was hungry and our order was completely wrong and he tried to over charge us and adding extra on the bill got charged twice for a kebab & large Pepsi, pizza was not as ordered and asked for a garlic bread with cheese and peperoni but instead got a peproni pizza couldn't change as it was nearly closing time, will for sure not going back and the customer service was awful when my friend realised he got charged extra was like £7 difference just for a salad when questioned was extremely rude... so customer service sucked pizza was underwhelming all today I can't say I'm feeling particularly well.

Great takeaway, food always spot on and lovely staff. Always get the special curry and it's fantastic, always ready when you want it.

Food tastes ok, but is very suspicious, it has random bits of food mixed in which look like they could be leftovers from the restaurant. Eg. 1 star shaped piece of carrot, 2 little bits of green beans, which look totally different to the other carrots / green beans.
