Great to order from quick service

I had not been here for ages. Really enjoyed the salt/chilli chicken, lemon chicken & egg fried rice. Will return again soon.

Great food , fast delivery, you can pay over the phone with your card . Delivery or collection service available. The service staff are friendly and delivery drivers polite .

Never had a problem with food from here at all but last night i fancied sausage chips and gravy and omg the gravy looked like car engine oil wished i could get a picture on here

Best Chinese takeaway in the area in my opinion.

First class, What can I say…. Food exceptional, service outstanding, in my opinion this Chinese take away is probably the best in the country. Trust me, I’ve had a lot of takeaways from around the country, but I can only praise and compliment,as I think JADE GARDEN Wolverhampton is the best you can get. Taste,quality,quantity,value for money and I could go on and on. Thank you 🙏🏻

Probably my go to Chinese restaurant and though for years I wasn't to keen on ordering from here i was very surprised just how much i enjoy there meals also lovely friendly staff and pretty fast turn over on your order..

This is our go to Chinese and has been for a long time, best one around for taste in our opinion. Bang on!

Phoned to order a takeaway wanted to order a large beef curry but you can only get it with mushrooms which I don't like many times both ordering for delivery are going in myself they have always done it for me and never been a problem. Until today they refused to do it good to see this takeaway is doing such good business in these hard times that they can afford to turn away loyal customers. I have a friend who owns a takeaway in Northern Ireland and his business would never stoop so low as to do sumthing like this so I just cancelled my order was nice knowing you. When yous go bust maybe you will think of all the customers you upset and turned away.

Worst Chiense in Wolverhampton. If I could give 0 stars I would. Food was cold. Service was poor and had to wait more than 2 hours for food. Rang up and got told to either wait or go somewhere else. Never coming back. Person named Sarah answered and was very rude.

Food ok but forgot some of order took 30 mins to get rest of food not good service today

Been a while since I have used this Chinese tbh. Used for the 1st time in ages about 4 weeks ago. Everything was lovely except the beef... Fatty, chewy not good. Thought I would give it another go tonight as was driving past. Beef just as bad not nice at all. Shame as it used to be my favourite Chinese. Very disappointed. Only had beef meals so carnt comment on the chicken etc

first time using this place...came quickly ...spare ribs were exellent...well worth the money...will defo order again and tell friends...fab thankyouj

Lovely food. The chicken fried rice is so good. Their salt and pepper chicken is very good, it’s just sometimes salty but you can ask for reduce salt before you order

Quite disappointed. The chow mien was greasy and chips over done, bland and tasteless food! The bbq sauce is fantastic. The staff polite but as I said the food is nothing special

Food doesnt tastes as good as it used too, chips were really greasy and sweet and sour sauce may aswel of just been vinegar such as shame.

All I wanted was a hello!!! Walked in... 2 people were serving. Both walked out the back. No acknowledgement. I then stood at the counter waiting to be served for about 5 mins, the phone rang on the counter. 1 of the 2 Walked back out and answered the phone (no hello, be with you in a min). The second one came out. Completely ignored me, grabbed 3 delivery bags from behind the counter and chucked them on the counter where I was leaning 'waiting to be served'(I had to move coz I was in the way). He then went back out the back. The other one came off the phone, ignored me and walked out the back again. Waited for another minute or 2. They both then walked out and guess what the phone rang again is was ignored as they answered it...... I walked out at this point, I was called back by one of them.. so guess what!! I ignored him!!! I work in a retail environment dealing with the public for the last 18 years. If one of my staff had treated a potential customer like this they would be out the door. Can't rate the food as I couldn't get any... and will not be spending my hard earned cash here.

We ordered 4 meals for delivery but when they arrived we were missing 1 main meal and 1 side order of chips. We phoned the takeaway immediately only to be told that these items were not ordered, (although the price included the missing items and the we specifically asked for the order to be read back to avoid a situation like this occuring) and that we would need to pay again, including delivery charge. This was annoying to say the least so we told them to forget it and that we would not be using them again. I would avoid if you actually want to eat what you ordered.

Ordered a delivery today from this take away, never again, I asked for pork in barbecue sauce, char Sui, was told they didn’t do it but eventually we agreed to do it, king prawns on batter with chips, greasy and tasteless, chicken Chinese style, leftover Christmas Turkey?, dry and inedible. £22.30 won’t be bitten again. Sppke to the girl, said we will change the BBQ pork, but I sent it back. Gone for fish and chips instead.

Can’t review the food as the staff didn’t want to take the phone order. We took our business elsewhere but sincerely hope they continue doing well with their business as they can clearly afford to turn orders down.

If I could score it zero stars I would for the customer service alone. I didn't have a chance to complete my food order as the separate orders I was putting through was an inconvenience. Hope the food tastes better than the service they deliver.

It's not terrible but there are some way better Chinese take out places within the local area. That includes portion sizes, flavour and variety. But my friend likes this place. Perspective is a funny thing...

Dissatisfied by the cubed chicken that is so obviously frozen. I enjoy some dishes from this cuisine. But not my first choice Chinese

Good take away - Standard Chinese menu, standard Chinese prices. Never had a bad takeaway from them and they've always got the order right and delivered fast enough. Strong, stable and reliable which is what you need for your regular takeaway.

We've gone here for the 5 years and never had a problem then the past few months it's just not been right & we've been thinking we'll give it one more try! Then one night I found something in my food didn't think nothing of it and left it on my tray, the next morning I looked at it & thought I wonder what it is.....a cigarette filter tip!! 🤢 From that moment we stopped going and tried another Chinese then tonight we thought we'll give Jade Garden one more try! OMG! Vile!! Will honestly say that tonight is definitely the last time we will be going! Such a shame! Went straight through the both of us and the rest has gone straight into the bin! Waste of £30!

Reasonably priced food with little wait. Typically I get what I expect from a Chinese food establishment.

Delivery took about 45 minutes which they already pre warned. Hadn't used here for over a year. Curry was best I've had in a long time and fried rice was lovely. Had to put chicken balls and onion rings in the air fryer as the batter was too thick and they were soggy

This is the most disgusting Chinese ever and they also do absolutely nothing when they make a mistake!!!!' Do not order from here, we found ciggaret ashes in our yuk sung and flies in the food, they do not say sorry and they do not care about any complaints they forget stuff out your order and don't bother bringing nothing back! Rude service will never return here again absolutely disgusting

Garlic was strong in the curry but that suited me with a flue..did enjoy..chips was just right.
