Indulge never disappoints. The food is always excellent – fresh, well-cooked, and full of flavour. You can tell they care about what they’re serving. Service is efficient and friendly, and everything just runs smoothly. Easily one of my go-to places.

A very nice, comfy atmosphere with friendly and approachable staff. A big thankyou to the staff members Kitty and Amrish who served us and were attentive to promptly answer any queries we had. They went the extra mile to give us a memorable experience. We look forward to visiting again to try out the desserts! 😃

Everything about this spot was delicious! Will definitely go again at any chance I get. I recommend everything on the menu but the one for me was the warm apple crumble!!!

As I'm 43 years old been gping indulge since it opened only went yesterday and waitress is changed and customer service has dropped significantly.... she didn't have a clue. The other one Asian one went to other table woth our apple crumble I mean seriously how can you get table number wrong yes we are human we make mistakes however any other person would say yeah its there's... nothing like customer service which I'm extremely heavy about a smile goes a long way and she got it wrong and still gave us really nasty looks that isn't customer service that is not professional at all... I'm 43 20 30 years ago customer service was key to any business. These girls are so young who just work for money not the passion for the job. I love indulge however next time I came I make sire I am served by a decent waitress. The one before back in August and January is really nice always smiles xxx

Indulge used to be good, but have definitely gone downhill. Ordered a Chocolate Cookie Sundae and it was absolutely tasteless. Barely any ice cream and the whole pot was filled with tasteless cream. I gave some for my wife to try and she said it was tasteless also and barely anything in the cup. So it wasn’t just me. I would look elsewhere if you want to enjoy your dessert.

If you’re more sweet than savoury, Indulge will be right up your street. Great menu choice with something for everyone. Very busy on Saturdays but tables become available fairly quickly. Staff are friendly and attentive.

Really good food and excellent service!

Indulge Restaurant is in a bustling spot that's clearly popular among locals and visitors alike. The atmosphere is lively, and the service is prompt, which makes for a pleasant dining experience overall. However, during my visit, I found the restaurant to be quite chilly. It seemed like the heating wasn't functioning properly, which was a bit uncomfortable, especially on a cooler day. Despite this, the food more than made up for the slight discomfort. We ordered crepes and ice cream, both of which were absolutely delicious. The crepes were perfectly cooked, with a delightful balance of flavors that left us craving more. The ice cream was equally impressive, creamy and rich, hitting all the right notes. That being said, I did try the crepe with yogurt, which wasn't to my personal liking. The combination didn't quite work for me, but I recognize that taste is subjective, and others might enjoy it. Overall, I would definitely recommend Indulge Restaurant for its delicious offerings and vibrant atmosphere. Just be prepared to bundle up if the heating issue persists!

The desserts were okay The apple crumble - the crust and top layer was not crunchy enough and the inside felt a bit undercooked The churros were fine, but too small in size (shrink-flation) The cookie dough was great! The coconut ice cream had too much artificial flavouring and didn't taste like real coconut

Best dessert dining place in Harrow. Very tasty twirlly fries, followed by a selection of ice cream made our day. Well worth waiting years to visit Indulge.

The cakes, crepes, ice cream, and even the milkshakes are decent but nothing extraordinary. The venue is usually bustling, and the service good.

Amazing vegan choices. Good selection to choose from. I got the vegan new York cheesecake with dark chocolate sauce, strawberries, bananas, vegan ice cream and a vegan waffle. The vegan ice cream was not to my liking but that might be because of my personal taste buds. The portion size is large so be aware.

Great customer service funny servers with a sense of humour

In my opinion food was okay and atmosphere was nice and calming but quite busy However service was atrocious, this is because the wait time was so long and all I ordered was some ice cream scoops which took 20 minutes when they were doing other people’s ordered like waffles and crepes then also gave us the wrong bag and only made a change when we asked them where our ice cream scoops were then finally gave us it in 2 minutes after waiting for 20 minutes. I’m very mad.

We have been going quite often because the food, service, knowledge and customer service is on point. They always cater towards our dietary and allergy requirements as their very unique. Each waiter knows about all the foods and the ingredients. Extra bonus points as the atmosphere, surrounding, ambient and furniture is really cosy and comfortable.

Really impressed with the customer service here. One of the staff members went above and beyond to see if there was any savoury food option that could cater to vegan and gluten-free diets. Their savoury and dessert menu are quite restricted for vegan and GF diets (request them to at least add a vegan and gluten-free chocolate brownie with icecream to their menu) but beverages are available with plant based milk and I was happy with a decaf and vegan chai latte.

To the owners of this establishment, kudos to you. Absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough. Primarily, the staff are fantastic. We were made to feel so welcome, the atmosphere was great with the level of attentiveness shown by all members of staff being a breath of fresh air. There is something here for everybody, whether you fancy a light savory bite to eat or an amazing ice cream or dessert. They also have a vast selection of drinks (both hot and cold). Very reasonably priced and the presentation of our order exceeded my expectations. If you haven’t payed this establishment a visit, I would highly recommend it. We cannot wait to visit again and could definitely see this being a regular treat with the family. Special thank you to the floor manager Adam and Zack for making our visit so memorable

Went there for a quick dessert. It was yummy, good and quick service. Busy and noisy but good atmosphere.

This place is always so busy, but I finally got a quiet afternoon to try the desserts here. Lovely atmosphere and plenty of staff providing good efficient service. Parking is difficult to find outside as limited. Fair price but portion size, slightly smaller than other places Ive been to. Nevertheless would recommend.

One of the best dessert places in Pinner. The desserts are absolutely to die for. Love the fro yo with customised options. They used to have the sizzling chocolate brownie, which sadly they have discontinued. The service is great. A family atmosphere, but a little noisy to have a conversation.

I have to say before this I would give Indulge 5 stars, their food is absolutely delicious! My only gripe is that the other day I ordered an Uber delivery and was so disappointed when my sons food arrived, (my daughters food was perfect) but the crepe portion for my son was absolutely tiny, honestly about half the size of the portion you’d get if you dined in. I was very annoyed as you can imagine and more so when I saw that rather than the crepe being filled with melted chocolate as it normally is it was almost flat with only a few dabs of a spoon of chocolate around the middle, so almost non at all. My son was gutted as I’d told him how amazing these were so he felt very let down. All in all whoever made his crepe was very very mean with the portion. It’s really out me off making a delivery order which is a real shame as we would order regularly before this Come on dessert lounge, don’t drop your game your food is lovely, just sort out whoever is doing these delivery orders !

My favourite place for desserts absolutely love it.. was here last Saturday evening when you decide last minute to have a dessert this is one of my favourite places. At busy times be prepared to wait for a table as it has no booking service..We gladly wait every single time..never been a time I have not waited..the team are brilliant there they know exactly what there doing and the service is just great. note to self take pics of everyone’s dessert..Peanut Butter and a choc Waffles with a side of cinnamon ice scream OMG…love it, in heaven right now. Update 02/10/24 As you can see from my review above it has been a while since I have been here….as a group of seven ladies we popped in here half expecting not to get a table as we were probably their last customers on a Wednesday through the door at 10pm…(you all know how it is when a venue says it closes at 10:30…they stop you from entering 30-40mins prior to closing. I take my hat off to both of the team at Indulge who looked after us this evening..Che and Fabio..when I say looked after us..amazing service at that time of the evening service with a smile..hospitality at its best well done..👏 ..completely forgot to take pics of the desserts!! We had Cookie Dough..Cinnamon Sugar Pancakes and Apple Crumble with Cinnamon Ice Cream with a few Mint Teas, Coffees and the Chai Latte’s. Che, thank you your service definitely made our evening!

Great Indian Food, easy atmosphere

I absolutely love indulge! They have the best cookie dough and chocolate that I have ever tried. I’ve ordered from so many other places and nothing comes close to here. I have a couple of recommendations for even more success that i believe could make them even more successful 1. Open 6days a week! Tuesday is a day we often wanted to order and couldnt coz theyre shut. 2. Open later for Uber Eats orders! Closing at 10pm misses out a lot of late nighters who would order later in the evening! 3. If there is a way to optimise table seating in the restaurant as theres been a few times theres huge queues waiting to be seated and lots of dead open space in the restaurant. 4. Halal options. You have a huge Muslim customer base, who would also enjoy the savoury options if they could. Hope those help and one of your biggest advocates and fans! You guys are amazing!

I went into indulge at pinner I had the cookie doe Malteser and melted chocolate with ice cream and fresh cream .it had to be the best desert I've tasted in my 64 years and zain was so lovely and helpfull also my son desert was so good too you all must try this place who can get to it.you will want to go back time and time again sooooooo good

Celebrated my son's 5th birthday on 24th July. The service was excellent, staff were attentive and carefully navigated allergens we had in our group. Food was fresh and the desserts were of a very high standard! Can't recommend indulge enough!

Great vegan options and always buzzing

Staff are amazing, place is always busy however the service is efficient and staff are helpful and pleasant at all times!

I only popped in for a coffee ad hoc. Ended up ordering one of the tailored various luxury hot chocolates options. I chose Belgium dark chocolate with coconut milk. OMG honestly the best hot chocolate I’ve had! (And I love Hotel Chocolate’s hot chocolate lol). I’ll definately be bringing my kids back to have pancakes/waffles etc.

Ordered via Uber Eats. Chocolate cheeseflake not defrosted and the cheesecake and flake tasted old and stale. A real pity as we were looking forward to a nice dessert but I was disappointed. Have reported my concerns to uber eats. Will not be ordering again from here.

Been coming here for many years now (as well getting the occasional takeout). Quality has been consistently great, picture worthy presentation of the dishes and on top of that, the servers and owner are always so friendly and helpful. Price and portion sizes are also decent making it very hard to find anything to fault or improve.

I went for sweet treat, got a crêpe with strawberries and chocolate sauce. The crêpe was ok (I am french so I am a bit difficult with crêpe in here) the vegan ice cream is not the best. But will come back to try savoury

Great place to come for dessert and sides. Great atmosphere and staff are really friendly. Good vegetarian options. Although the chips are fried with non-veg stuff so if you don't like that then you can't get anything other than the nachos.

BEST DESSERT PLACE IN NORTH WEST/HERTS, NEVER SHUT DOWN!

I booked for 12 Ladies to celebrate Int Women’s Day. The staff were friendly on the phone and efficient with my booking. We got a lovely private room. The staff were very helpful in advising us on what to order and had a lively personality. Food was tasty, large portions, arrived prompto and definitely service with a smile. Lots of tempting variety for all on the menu inc eggless so vegan friendly. We were well looked after by everyone and I would highly recommend this place.

Indulge is a lovely casual dessert cafe, the staff were fantastic, the menu extensive and the desserts well presented. I ordered the apple crumble and it was the best crumble I've had in years. I'll definitely return if I'm in the area.

Best dessert shop in London in my opinion. Dessert is out of this world, especially the waffles, and the staff/service are literally second to none. I keep going back!

The vegan chocolate brownie is by far one of the best in London! Special shout out to our server 'Meka' who was so kind and patient (in helping us select an eggfree dessert) and made our experience even more memorable. One of our favourite places for late evening dessert (eggfree / vegan) cravings. We live in central and are so short of options that we drive all the way to Pinner - so this place must be really good :)

This is the place I always go for dessert cravings. Wide variety and everything is really delicious. The staff was very amazing with us, and especially nice to us after seeing how happy my niece was after eating the dessert.

Got the Kinder Bueno crepe and Kinder Bueno sundae on this occasion, their desserts are always on point. Strawberry mojito wasn't that good, tasted rather watery, not sweet enough.

Had two desserts, one of them was much too sweet and the other was so so dry that it was inedible. Thankfully the management offered a refund on the inedible one. Was not a great experience.

First visit to somewhere I've passed many times. We were flabbergasted by the comprehensive menu, offering so much choice! We really enjoyed the food we chose (crepe and strawberries, biscoff pancakes, apple crumble). It was well presented, freshly prepared and good quality tasty ingredients. The place is nicely set out, and although it was quiet when we were there, there was a good selection of music playing. To top it all, the service was really good, provided by remarkably genuine and knowledgeable server who actually listened and engaged with us. Couldn't fault a thing.

Ordered from Indulge through Uber Eats and the order never arrived. No effort by the driver to call or ring the bell. No contact details to follow up so i called Indulge. £20 for a waffle and chips and the manager couldn’t and wouldn’t help. He didn’t have the drivers details apparently. No offer of a refund for the food that didn’t arrive. Instead I have to order, and pay, again. Very disappointed and hungry. I appreciate it’s a third party delivering but the manager’s computer says no’ attitude reflects pretty shoddy customer service.

This is our go to dessert place. We always get a friendly welcome from Samia who is always smiling and she does a great job along with all the other staff members. The desserts and savoury items are made well and tasty. This time we tried the vegan chocolate fudge cake and hazelnut ice cream (awesome taste) and South Korean fries. If you order the fries mix them as the sauce goes to the bottom.

The desserts are tasty and always cooked and done well. Good portions too, staff are friendly also.

Indulge in Pinner provided a delightful dessert experience. Despite a crowded setting, we secured a table and encountered friendly staff. Though service took some time, the delectable desserts made the wait worthwhile. Notably, the mango cooler fell short in flavor, resembling colored water. Overall, a positive experience with welcoming staff, and the tasty treats ensure a return visit is on the cards.

The place is nice and cosy. The service was great and the staff was very friendly and polite. The nachos were nice and the vegetarian crepe was very tasty. The best part was the dessert. I had the strawberry cream waffles with dark belgian chocolate and were fabulous. Super delicious. Its a nice place to go specially now that the winter is coming. They have a great variety of hot chpcolates and desserts.

Beautyful place with huge varieties of desserts. Loved this place. We had Nachos, hazelnut chocolate cheese cake and Newyork cheese cake. Newyork cheese cake was not upto the mark but overall experiance was too good. This place is full of positive vibes. The servers and the girl who helped us till table was too good and very friendly. We will visit this place again and again.

Do not recommend ordering online from here, entire order came through ruined, milkshake poorly and cheaply packaged spilled over everything, apple crumble leaking out the box and kinder bueno melted and crushed and chocolate leaking out cookie dough packaging.

Ridiculous waiting time , they don’t have capacity to serve online orders , waited for almost 2 hours for order placed via Uber eats , when called they say it’s because they are busy , well if you are busy then why not stop accepting more online orders ?!!! stay away from this disappointment!

Absolutely tasty ice cream waffle, well coming staff when we popped in, fair portion of ice cream, my only concern is served our table in 3 times, we didn’t get the order at a time, overall quite happy.

Annoying take-away-ware. Straw disintegrated in 7 mins. How does it make sense to give a paper straw with a big plastic cup and lid? Are you really going to save the planet with this paper straw?

Waiter/ Staff member Sarim provided a customer service of 11/10. When the American pancakes we had ordered were not like the ones we had had before as they were deflated, we asked him if there was a change in recipe. He informed us that though the recipe had not been changed, the possible reason could be explained by new staff being trained. For the inconvenience, he offered a new one and apologised profusely. Sarim is one of the best staff members to have graced Indulge Pinner! From listening to our request with great professionalism and going over and above for customers, to always being smiley and welcoming. Sarim is an absolute pleasure to be served by!!
