Very small curry portions. The poppadoms were fairly chewy as well. The curry was quite tasteless as well, definitely lacked flavour. Won't be revisiting in future. One thing I will say is that we received good service! The music was also dreadful.

First time ordering here, staff on the phone was great and helpful, I was very happy with my food and when picking up my delivery the restaurant was extremely clean.

Rogan Josh is exquisite and pairs well with pilau rice if looking for a gluten free option. The service was great and I will definitely be coming back again! :))

Hands down the best Indian food we've ever had. Cannot recommend the keema naan enough, it's incredible. The service was amazing. There was just 1 young lad serving as it was a really quiet Thursday evening - he was amazing. Did everything with a smile and was very polite. 100% will be back. Parking at the train station was a bad idea, charged £6.50 for an hour and a half!

Really nice food. Clean and tidy. My favourite take away at the moment. Last time we visited, there was a really long wait. The food was delicious once it arrived though.

If you want Indian fusion food, come here, located just off Nuneaton station. How do you think the food is Indian fusion food? It's important to come here, but the reason is that Nuneaton station isolation is important. Si vous voulez manger des plats fusion indiens, il faut vraiment venir ici, car il est isolé de la gare de Nuneaton, l'important est qu'il ne soit pas très épicé. If you want to eat Indian fusion dishes, you really have to come here, because it is isolated from the Nuneaton train station. The important thing is that it is not very spicy.

Regular favourite of ours, although prefer to takeout.

Visit this restaurant for valentine's Day thoroughly enjoyed the food atmosphere and really good service & my partner was very impressed with the restaurant based on his first time visit .

Must visit restaurant which serves you scrumptious and very tasty authentic Indian food. You can ask them to make it Hot or extra hot as per your need. The vibe of the restaurant is really nice with instrumental Bollywood music playing and drinks and tasty food on your table!

If I could put 0 stars then I would! I rang before ordering on UBER to make sure that I was ordering correctly as we wanted an item for a main. I did exactly what they asked and yet they sent the wrong order. When I rang they said I had been misinformed leaving us with one person with no food!! I rang them and they admitted they were in the wrong and yet they did nothing to help me and said they can’t help it if someone misinformed me! Absolutely disgusting behaviour and a disgrace of customer service!!!!!

This is my go to Indian take away. Always good quality and brilliant taste. A bit more expensive but always worth it. The spiced mushrooms are amazing. Also I never feel bloated after like other take aways.

Went here on a Saturday evening and it soon was apparent that they were short staffed so service was slow but believe me the food was well worth the wait and left very happy and full.

I wouldn’t give it a star would not deliver my food after paying for it, closed the shop after waiting since 9pm and hitting 10:35pm.. no refund no apology rude customer service… never going here again

Absolutely fantastic staff 10/10

Had a takeaway. Starter and main course. Starter was insipid and no thought put into it whatsoever. The main was so hot we couldnt eat it, even there shouldn't have been any chilli in it. The whole meal was very expensive and all we ate was the poppadoms. Vile and will never return!

Good one for those who like spicy or typical Indian food.

Restaurant was nicely laid out and very clean. We had 4 Excellent starters but were a little disappointing for 3 of the main meals. The 2 chicken curries were too mild when medium was requested and the lamb byriani could have done with a little more meat. Service was OK, but had to advise the waiter that the pinot grigio wine offered was not a red wine as requested....! Coffees were nice, overall value was OK and would still recommend a visit if in the area.

Food was lovely just a shame the main came 40 minutes after the poppadoms. Very busy with takeaway orders. Visited on a Saturday night.

Chicken jalfrezi is one of the best I've evey had! Turned up with no booking and even though it was busy they got us in after a short wait.

Always a good meal here. Yummy food, with decent portions and reasonable pricing. Staff helpful and pleasant.

In the good old days we visited India Red regularly and the meals were lovely. More recently we have had deliveries via Just Eat from India Red. A little while ago the delivery time was ridiculous so we didn't order from them. The times we noted had improved so we have had deliveries from them for the last couple of weeks. I have to say I am very disappointed. Tonight's meal was dreadful. I had Fish Masalla which was far too hot and spicy and the fish was overcooked and tough. My husband's Lamb Masalla was in fact Chicken (which he hates) and this was hot as well. The Garlic Naan was stone cold and resembled a rather sad pancake, it was also raw as well as cold. Not good enough, no more custom from us.

Nice modern decor, friendly, courteous welcoming staff. Food was excellent, freshly cooked flavourful and excellent value. Definitely a recomended restaurant.

100% recommend India Red, without a doubt everytime I order the curry is unreal. I personally recommend the chicken lollipops for starter and Mackhan Chicken for main, I have been ordering here for 10 years now. Naans have a slight crisp they are delicious. Friendly fast service and best curry in town 👌👌

Best Indian restaurant in nuneaton easily. Chicken lollipops are awesome!!! So tasty Lamb rogan josh far exceeds any other around. Tender, tasty and something I would urge anybody to try at least once. Chef Lok 10/10

It is what the name implies; the true taste of India. The aroma, the spices and the colour of the food served is totally indian. Go and get the taste of India.

Service and Timing was very poor, one member of staff was wearing only gloves, that to only after we asked him to and another was wearing only a mask. Other staff had no mask or gloves. Food wasn't that great, everything was overfried and had too much oil. The tandoori roti was not tandoori just plain roti but butter chicken was okay, could have been spicier. I'm not coming back here again, not worth it

Food is good but the service is absolutely atrocious. I've never known service so bad in all my life. It's not the young man's fault, he was trying his best. The management need to recruit more staff.

"Food is average but very small quantity served... Very very very slow device... We reached there and after 20 min were offered the drinks and menu... Then after 20 min they took our order... 40 min after entering the restaurant we could only place our order... There were only a few guests at the restaurant when we went there... After ordering it took 45 min more to serve the food... First they served me Diet Cola which was like 20 days open old then I asked them to change it which they did... Food was average...!!!"

Food was excellent, portions were small however, compared to price. We waited far too long for food and got way too hungry, that may have swayed out taste buds. Overall IndiaRed is a great restaurant, they just need to get a hurry on the curry. 😂

Never been here before... tried out first time today with the family and we absolutely loved it! Food was so amazing and staff were very nice! Good customer service! Would highly recommend this place for a night out with family or friends!

Amazing food. Indian tapas, genius.

Not great food but you can try if there is no Indian restaurants available. It doesn't give the authentic taste for the food. It's neutralized so that everybody can have it. If you want to try the actual Indian food this might not help!

Before i wasn't into indian food, but this restaurant changed my mind completely. Everything is fresh and delicious. Thanks for changing my mind about Indian cuisine.

Nice Indian food. Not spicy though as authentic Indian taste should be but a good place to hang out with your Indian buddies. Service is slow that's the reason for 4 stars.

The ambience is good. The food is tasty and the quality is really good. The service is slow and the quantity is very less. Love Indian food, this place is the best to dine-in if you have plenty amount of time.

Editing this review after a terrible takeaway experience this week. Not sure if under new management or new suppliers but food was of a poor quality and had to be returned. In fairness there was no quibbling and they refunded fully without question and replaced the food. Unfortunately the replacement food was also poor so we ended up throwing in the bin. Nan breads were raw on one side and burnt on the other, no flavour or spice in the curry and the chicken was hard. I hope this is a one off with a temporary chef as this was my favourite Indian not just in Nuneaton but across the county. Original Post now outdated: This is without doubt, one of the best Indian restaurants I have eaten in. It is the best by far in Nuneaton. The food is great, with lots of options, great taste and well presented in reasonable sized portions. Staff are always friendly and the decor is welcoming and relaxing giving an air of class about it. I have yet to have a bad experience here and go regularly either to eat in or for takeaway. This is is contrast with other Indian restaurants in Nuneaton one of which is supposedly award winning, yet having given them 3 separate chances, have had a bad experience with the food and service on each occasion. Highly recommend India Red! Don't settle for second best. These are best for food, for service, for decor and for price.

Would leave a negative mark if i cud went in to order a table been told it would be a 45 min wait so left walked past the main window to find all seats empy all they want is for you to buy drinks before you get a seat

Very tasty meal. More spice than regular curries so if you're used to hot choose a medium and if you prefer medium choose mild ect. Great value for money and a nice atmosphere. Nice helpful staff. Book meals in advance if a lot of you.

Had a trail shift, for 4 hours, 2 weeks later, still waiting to be paid. The staff is unorganised, an unpleasant place to work at. Kitchen is a mess and is dangerous. Won't be recommending working here.

Table booked weeks in advance for my daughter's 21st,service absolutely awful. Main courses took almost 2 hours, and then took 15mins to serve, several mistakes on order. Staff appeared not to care. When we complained to the apparent manager no apology was given was just told had a staff shortage, would have been nice to have been told this earlier. One waitress in particular was very rude. Food was very average. 15%was eventually taken off our bill, which was incorrect. Still no apology was given. Needless to say will never return and not be recommending
