Absolutely disgusting don't order from there Firstly I get the wrong order, then they give me the right one after opening we see this isn't the right order either. Man on phone can barely understand a word said. Nearly two hours later we received the another order which was just horrible. First time buyer and last time

The most disgusting chicken I’ve ever had in my life- extremely poor with hygiene- my food & money went in the bin. Staff extremely rude!! Hopefully council will go for further inspection.

Absolutely ridiculous trying to order with these today. Had to explain numerous times the deal I wanted, was told to call the shop back on the number I had already call them on, had to repeat myself 3 or 4 times this was for delivery. Finally thought that the order had been placed to then get a call back asking again if it was for collection or delivery and then telling me to call the shop back for a second time. Ended up tell them to cancel the order as it was becoming annoying keep repeating myself. Will not be ordering for here again

By far the worst place I’ve eaten. Burger contained two thin pieces of chicken. Filled 1/4 of bun. A baby’s palm full of chips given in the box, was open when came. No sauce, tissue etc. called owner his name is Rafi, really bad customer service. Offered to “consider” what I said next time I ordered 🤣

Terrible place waited ages in the shop for the food .About half hour after eating it was sick never had this happen ANYWHERE ELSE before and now can't stay off the loo.kebab was hard and cold and chicken burgers was all coating no chicken hardly.avoid at all cost would give minus stars if possible.

The food took a hour and a half to arrive, they got the order wrong we asked for one lamb Donna and one chicken Donna got both lamb donnas and then the wrap meal smelt very weird so weird it was inedible And then when we tried to phone them they left us on hanging and then hung up on us terrible place

Absolutely horrific food and even worse service. The only good part was the Dr.Pepper. Extremely late, still undercooked, rude driver and the shop knows this, hence they won't answer the phone. Avoid at all costs.

If I could rate this a zero if I could . Staff are bloody rude , my food was cold and on complaining the guy started screaming at me , and he offered me out!!! He soon changed his mind when the hubby walked in . Absolutely filthy , food was cold , kebab was tasteless. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ive reported to public health hope they get closed down.

I love the pizza but I'm allergic to tomatoes so I ask for no tomatoes and they put them on the pizza

Cold food, fries feel really old and sad (and so hard). Donor meat was on fries so looked like a proper serving but it was bulked out with hard potato. Pizza was ok but cold. Took forever to come and tasted unpleasant. Just terrible.

The customer service is disgusting I rang up asking if they still doing delivery as it was 10:45pm they said no were closed I said you dont close till 11:30pm didn't even answer and hung the phone up

I ordered some wings today and the restaurant canceled my order; I guess they were closing. Unfortunately, they did charge me for it. Yes, the cancellation message did say I would get my refund but didn't say when. I spent my last money on delivery. I'm starving and can't order anywhere else now due to this cause they took my money from account. I am really really upset, so NOT cool!!!!!!!!

I would have give no stars if I could. I have ordered from here 3 times and they can't read the notes so food is always wrong. Now food is missing and the food we do have is freezing because it says food is on way and turns up 40 mins later even though I'm 5 mins up the road. they can't send more food for 25 mins so my wife has to go to them to complain and collect the food absolute joke of a company. And to tell my wife all shops make mistakes yeah they do but not 3 times in a row AVOID AVOID AVOID

Very sad after all day working,come back home place a order of £27.25 and the food was very bad.need to close down this place.i ask lamb dinner well done and I receive a ice cube.i ask chicken sish and I get spacy dry chicken,I ask for 6 spay wings and inside still blood,not cook.the chips was green colour from defrost and frost back.cold food when I just leave in the corner.thank you imm.z pizza.never again.

First time ordered from them. Delivery was here before shown time. Realised 2 same pizza's, rang up and was happy to re deliver the correct one, we then ended up with 3 super large pizza plus a free can of drink. Thanks immz for your great customer service.

Every time I order something from here always a problem. This time they sent me burnt chips. And the excuse is some customer wants well done. That’s the reason they burnt the chips.

Yummy chicken burgers, kebabs are good, fries could be better ,heated up fries are never good,seating area could be kept cleaner.Staff always friendly.

Decent food at decent price and has a loads of variety. Though taste is subjective, the grilled chicken is dry as hell

Ordered twice in a week and both times food arrived over an hour late. Resulted in stale, soggy chips, no discount offered, terrible service, consistently late - no other fast food place takes 2 hours to deliver food - all we ordered was two burgers... it would have been easier to make them from scratch! Second time round we called to chase up after 1hr 15mins of waiting only to be told their system was down, yet we were never updated about this... consistently bad service - no wonder they need to pay for sponsored spaces on just eat as that's the only way they can get customers.... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE EVER!

Bought Grilled meat but lamb was raw. Guy was bit rude and rushed me to select items.
