Had their Doner and pizza and burger all were up to mark had a great experience plus the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended 👍

As there is new owners the food is better tasting and the staff are very friendly they have also just recently got ice cream and it is amazing the only bad thing about the restaurant is that is is very small so it is kind of packed but all together they deserve 5⭐️ the food is amazing but they need to get some mango sauce and that would make the food 1000000x better then what it is

restaurant is 5 minutes away. watching the map, driver took a 25minute stop half way here. Food was cold. very disappointing. not the restaurants fault. they are usually prompt. pizza is great but stone cold.

Absolutely awful experience. I ordered a pizza meal deal, pizza, garlic bread and chips & drinks, which cost £20, Upon delivery I only received the pizza, nothing else. I contacted Il Forno to explain this and ask for the food to be delivered and I couldn’t have been nicer. To which I was told that he “couldn’t shut up shop to deliver to me”. I said okay then can I have a refund please & owner started pretending he couldn’t hear me and hung up. Would not recommend.

Trying to find Il Forno was a challenge on Just Eats. I attempted to find it 5 times it said 0 results. Once Il Forno cme up and ordered everything ran smoothly. The food was delish as normal

FOOD NEVER TURNED UP AND THE MANAGER TOLD US THERE IS NO DELIVERY DRIVERS AND WE WILL NOT GET OUR FOOD EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE PAYED FOR IT. ABSLOUTE DISCGRACE AVOID THIS PLACE.

It was just OK. A touch too much garlic on one of the pizzas, however it did feature garlic and I love garlic it was just a bit much. We should have got a free bottle of pop but it wasn't with the order.

What I ordered: 6 hot wings and chips meal, one large pizza and a Diet Coke…. What I got: Chicken Fillet chips and a garlic bread. If you don’t have my order either cancel it or call me and ask what to do. Don’t make me have to go through justeat long winded refund. Food was cold.

Everything was delicious and on time. There was a slight mistake in my order and I got refunded the next day. Very professional attitude and I will order again for sure!

Great pizza as always, but I really wish you'd stop coating the fries in paprika dust, it tastes of dust and dries the fries out. It's different if paprika is actually fried cooked or baked, but you can't just pile it all over fries and expect that to work lol. I also asked for dips but got no dips, and tomato base on one garlic bread that didn't happen either, nevermind

We ordered donner kebab meal. The donner meat was raw. Not the first incident, there’s been orders that have come with missing items etc.

Arrived cold and late the the place called me up after it arrived to blame just eat. Not to apologise or anything...just to blame someone else.

Ordered Kebab meat portion, Margherita pizza with garlic ,and chips. Site kept crashing order didn’t go through properly. I I was not charged for kebab that I ordered. But was very disappointed when I didn’t get it. Site crashed and couldn’t view anything. Mushrooms were so oily they were inedible. Margherita pizza did not have any tomato on it… plus chips were not seasoned with spice or cooked properly like last time. Our last order was excellent… we couldn’t wait for it tonight…just eat app crashing . No idea whether order had gone through or was being delivered and the food was not all that I had ordered and so greasy compared to last time very disappointed.especially as the last order was so good.

Didn’t order much at all, took a while and then when it was getting delivered the guy delivering it didn’t say where he was, the garlic bread was sad to simply put it and the pizza wasn’t great, the chips were good though. Probably better places to order from.

Ordered one vegetarian and one chicken pizza. They delivered 2 chicken pizzas. Phoned them to try and explain, but could not understand me due to language barrier, so am out of pocket as I am vegetarian.

Absolute disgusting, shocking. Gave the company a second chance to fix the original order which was totally wrong. Charged twice, for the order to be wrong twice, unbelievable. Customer service, non existence. Will be requiring a full refund. Stay away from this place at all cost.

Great tasting pizzas, nice thin base and good quality toppings

The delivery was made quick enough but knew something was wrong as he gave me a donner meat and chips and a small or medium pizza, when I order a calzone, a medium pizza and a bottle of diet coke. I called the restuarant and they kept hanging up on me and claimed they were closed and that I would need to call back again tomorrow and speak to the manager, despite them being listed as open on Google, and still taking orders on the Just Eat site. Very confused by this and felt like they were burying their heads in the sand because they'd completely messed up and didn't know how to deal with it. The toppings on the one pizza I did receive were totally different from what I ordered, and not the sort of toppings I like at all. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to eat it or if it's going in the bin.

The pizzas were great but arrived stone cold! This could be an issue with the delivery driver as we ordered 6 pizzas but it was obvious that they weren’t put in a bag to prevent them going cold.

I have been coming to Il Forno since moving into the area a few months ago and I have to say the cheese and tomato garlic bread it just so delicious! The owner and staff are very pleasant and always welcoming. I don't have a treat often but this is most certainly my go too place when I fancy some cheesy goodness 😋

Deliberately sent different order. Food arrived and driver told us that the restaurant was closed so they sent different food to what we ordered. Sent beef burgers instead of fried chicken and wings meals. We don't eat beef so was a waste of 2 meals. Restaurant shouldn't have accepted order or should have cancelled it if they were closing and didn't have the food we had ordered, instead of sending completely different meals without even trying to contact us.

Not sure if they have new workers or not but the pizza was lacking a lot of tomato sauce which never happened with il forno before, also i gathered 7 pieces of black burnt bits thrown in with my chips.. that is ridiculous. Management should look into this.

We are regular customers, we decided to order our usual it was not as nice and my husband found pepperoni half way eating the pizza which put him off. I tried to call the take away twice had no answer.

ordered a XL pizza with stuffed crust, Chicken nuggets and chips, 2x garlic sauces, 2x tango drink and a chocolate cake, all adding up to £29. What we received (after a long wait) was a pathetic medium peperoni pizza no stuffed crust and NOTHING else, valued at £7.50. rang up and asked where the rest of our order was... they asked us to check again twice, we reassured them the rest of the food wasn't hiding within the walls of the pizza box. Anyway they said that they could make it again but we would have to collect it as we ordered via just eat? we said that's not possible as we ordered delivery for a reason. they said they had no delivery available apparently? so just ended up requesting a refund. DONT ORDER unless you want some random item to be delivered like pizza roulette.

Ordered an XL BBQ pizza stuffed crust with chicken and pepperoni, 2x garlic dips with 2x tango drinks and a chocolate cake for 2 people. What we received after a wait from a flustered delivery man was a single medium pepperoni pizza! Not even a drop of tango to quench my thirst. Fumings not the word, rang up to ask for our actual order & was greeted with well can u check again & we can put it through again but u will have to collect it? Awful. The pizza was soggy, floppy and very greasy. The kofta kebab was ready made, bought in and frozen and the naan bread was pre made not freshly made. No salad on burger as asked. Onion rings were also soggy and warm not hot. The delivery driver was rude not even stating how much I had to pay just looked at me. Will not be ordering again.
