10/10 Ice Cream. Waffles are ridiculously good, me and the missus get Nutella & Strawberries which comes with a small tub of Ice Cream of your choice, which is decently sized. Prices may seem a tad steep at first but it's well worth it, as we're fortnightly visitors.

Was out for a day trip in Preston and stumbled across the gem that is house of gelato. First of all, the ice-cream is just divine, and then the owner is just so lovely and friendly! He is really passionate about the gelato he makes and a pleasure to talk to. Would highly recommend!

Waseem the owner makes all the ice cream, milkshakes and waffles by hand on site. I had the strawberries & cream flavour gelato and it was beautiful. The Oreo cheesecake is great too and there’s a coffee machine coming soon. Definitely recommend this place.

I had the strawberries and cream gelato, as well as the blue vanilla gelato, and they had a lovely flavour! And the owner let me "split the scoop" and have half a scoop of each flavour which was excellent service I think. I also had a carrot cheescake which was delicious with the cold gelato, and was served with a golden fork. The owner was very knowledgeable about the gelato and had been trained in how to make it himself in Preston. I look forward to going back and trying more flavours!

8 of us went for a birthday afternoon tea and oh my goodness we were not disappointed. Lots of tea and coffee served up with nibbles and fresh fruit (she was catering to those of us on restricted diets). Followed up by sandwiches on very fresh bread, savoury treats, sweet treats and scones. We were so full it was absolutely fantastic. Well done to all involved. Ps we booked in advance for our table

Called in here by chance on a bimble around the Preston area. This is a lovely tearoom with a simple, down to earth menu and great location in the heart of the Fylde countryside. We had sandwiches which were immense, and stuffed to the gills with our chosen fillings. They might be better described as doorsteps! The owner also has many bric-a-brac and fashion items for sale. In all a very pleasant visit to a traditional tea room in the heart of the beautiful North Lancashire countryside.

Popped in for a bacon roll and coffee ahead of my journey to London. Delicious bacon sandwich with proper HP brown sauceand a very tasty black coffee. Picked myself up a loyalty card as I will definitely be visiting again. Excellent value for £6.50
