An amazing stunning hotel loved it/faultless

Just got overcharged at the bar, took them ages to refund.

The room’s soundproofing is poor; I was woken up by noise in the morning and could clearly hear people talking in the next room. The hot water also had some issues, fluctuating between hot and cold, but the hotel adjusted it for me.

Stopped off for a cuppa on my way to a stag doo, very friendly service would give a big thumbs up 👍👍👍

Great hotel. Clean comfortable rooms. Good breakfast at £20. Nice bar with lots of seating. Great central location. Shame there's no parking. Use nearby car parks.

It's probably one of the worst breakfast experiences i've ever had. Booked a slot for a 6am breakfast, no one to seat me or take my order. There are no food items on the buffet. Only coffee and jucies are available . 40 minutes of waiting around and being ignored , asked for a vegetarian breakfast without sausages. Plate came out with half of menu items missing, and when i asked no baked beans , we ran out , no mushrooms we ran out. Spoke to the manager who said he would take it up with management! Laughable , as he is the manager - just look at the picture , it speaks volumes itself! Great location. The front desk staff are good, but thats about it. Avoid eating here

Nice enough. Clean. Easy check in and out. Didn’t stay for breakfast. Only thing - we had an accessible room, don’t need one and didn’t ask for one, but meant a very high bed, a wet room (= have a shower and the whole bathroom gets wet) a big bathroom but an inexplicably teeny tiny sink…!

Expensive, but worth it for the service and location

Fantastic hotel, love staying here. Great location, friendly staff and great rooms. Breakfast is good, but can be very busy. Breakfasts are cooked fresh to order rather than a buffet which is reslly nice. Food was good quality.

1. **Location:** - The location is excellent, close to everything. - Convenient for transportation and access to tourist attractions. - Near the train station - In front of the hotel door there is a bus stop - Bus No. 2, free of charge, starts in front of the hotel and the last stop is at Bekdili station, which is a very wonderful thing. 2. **Service:** - Employees enjoy a high spirit of cooperation and respect. -They provided free breakfast when the hotel was crowded and showed flexibility on check-in time. 3. **General experience:** - Access was easy and the room was prepared quickly despite the crowding. - The atmosphere in the hotel was quiet and free of disturbance. 4. **Room:** - Spacious, clean, and beautiful. - Amenities such as tea, milk, water and biscuits are available. - Room cleaning is done daily.

Terrible experience at breakfast. Me and my party were booked at 7.40 slot. Must have ordered hot breakfast by 8:55 at the latest. Around 8:15 (20mins anxiously waiting) we started questioning why it was so late and that we needed to leave soon for work. We were told it will be ready in 5 minutes. Complaining again at around 8:25 and then again even more strongly at 8:30 we ended up leaving at 8:35, a good 40mins of waiting without having served breakfast yet!!! After complaining at reception they apologised and refund the breakfast but the point was I was left without breakfast after 40minutes of waiting!! I rated service with 1 star and overall 3 stars and got a reply 'Thank you for the amazing feedback'. They must have very low expectations!! Also the charge in my card still includes the breakfast I did not have and I am trying to contact back. Certainly not good experience. Definitely not going back.

I recently visited for a business stay and unfortunately I won't be back. The reception welcome was poor, staff members continued their conversation while I was waiting to check in, was given minimal information too and had to ask for most of it. The room was quite noisy, even though on the 8th floor, though I appreciate the hotel isn't able to do much about this. The saving grace was the breakfast team, the Restaurant Manager was superb, she was welcoming, informative and was simply lovely all the way through my brief visit. I witnessed it with other diners too. Definitely deserves credit, the whole team, despite busy, were polite and helpful. Thankyou!

Rooms were amazing, super nice and clean and amazing location. However service wasn’t great, they wouldn’t answer the phone when we called and there was always a huge line to reception.

Photo is of messy room but the room was very nice. The shower is glorious! Great setting and very close to everything in city centre.

Nice rooms , comfortable stay , great location however very disappointed with breakfast. I stayed there for 4 nights and out of 4, 3 morning I had to wait for approx 25-30 mins to have breakfast after ordering it. And on last day eventually me and my colleagues had to leave without breakfast after waiting for 40 mins and all they said is sorry their printer is not working hence our order didn't go through. Imagine the hospitality that you are denied the breakfast after waiting for 40 mins. Disappointed with breakfast, in busy morning they have just one chef. Please consider this hotel if you want good stay and if you don't want to add breakfast.

Aircon noisy all night. Made a sound like boiling water all. Staff friendly. Had to prepay everything, including room wich was annoying. I like to pay food, bar and room at checkout . Location excellent

I stayed for one night here in April 2024. The hotel could be more conveniently situated for Manc Vic if it was on Platform 4. Plush interior and clean, very comfortable rooms. Right next to the Printworks which has entertainment venues and restaurants aplenty. Special shout out to Jane on reception who made me feel really welcome and looked after me. Thank you Jane 👍

I travel a lot and use IHG to book hotels the indigos are normally brilliant but enough is enough with this one. There is mould in the shower in my room looking at other reviews it was mentioned weeks ago and nothing has been done. The mould is on the shower tray and in the shower head it’s disgusting. On check in after being ignored for a min the nonchalant welcome I could kind of ignore but to get in after travelling all day and just wanting to have a shower to only be greeted by a mould infested wet room is just depressing… The only thing going for this hotel is that the location is useful but to be honest the city has way better options. To the hotel indigo manchester if you bother to read this Pay your staff, maintenance and cleaners more then perhaps they will actually care about the customers that are unlucky enough to come here

Very nice clean place. We just called in for coffee service was quick and brought to our table cash or card payments available toilets Very clean. Bar area downstairs looked hood and well stocked.

Absolute stunning place. The fine details that have put into every bit of the hotel and rooms. Will definitely be staying here again. The bed was big and comfortable!! The shower was amazing, plus the nightlight in the bathroom was a great addition. Everything was tucked away in the wardrobe with a sensored light. The decor throughout the hotel was stunning.

Fantastic hotel. My only complaint was they gave us one bath towel for the both of us and two single beds instead of a double but we pushed them together and made do.

we came here in January 2024. stayed for 3 nights. we love Indigo's design. the building is circular, so each room is like a "slice of pizza" which is enough for 2 persons. we got the tram view. Loved the mini bar in the wardrobe for my morning tea. the heating wasnt working properly. so they gave us a radiator and extra duvets and pillows. sometimes they don't have slippers. so bring your own. all staff are very nice, professional and friendly. Special thanks to Jane & Rosey at the Reception. theres a gym on the basement. very convenient to walk to Mcr shops. breakfast was good. just didn't have ground coffee, as their machine wasn't working. however, there is a coffee shop. so we got our freshly brewed coffee from there.

Lovely hotel! I highly recommend choosing a higher floor for views of Manchester Cathedral and the Football Museum. The night view is stunning 🩵 and the room cleanliness is satisfactory. The breakfast is truly good!! However, I was disappointed with the hotel's amenities as no slippers were provided. While I understand the need to reduce CO2 footprint, this was unexpected.. by the way, this hotel is adjecnt victoria st, shopping center, etc. Coool.
