Ordered the European box and for £15 very little inside it, would have been more full from chips and cheese…

curry is really spicy more than a usual bhuna pizza was quality kabab meat thin sliced good portion tasty as chips and cheese was quality Aswell good mix cheese and plenty of it deals are great in this wee place just wish there Currys weren't so spicy even the Kormas spicy tone it down chef 😂 all in all price quality and quick delivery worth the money

Lamb was barely cooked, it was slimey and the donner meat was rock solid.

Never had a bad dish from here. It’s now my go to place for kebabs curries and pizza. The delivery guy is always smiling too. 100% recommend

Chicken tikka king kebab was amazing, chicken was fresh with plenty salad and chilli sauce. Curry sauce was nice but quite oily. Would have liked more masala spice on chips but they tasted good. Really enjoyed our meal 😁 and delivery driver was lovely too.

The gentleman with the 'Puma Golf hat' was extemely rude about me to his colleagues in front of me. This is not the first time where he has been cheeky. Need to sort this. Ordered a pizza and they couldn't deliver on time. I had to get the train and was severly dissatisfied. Need to focus on lead time.

Ordered online using my usual details forgot to put new address, driver called me while at the old house. Literally 2 mins away. Have usualy got currys from here and they have been faultless along with the nan bread ect but tonight we went for a munchie box and it just wasnt up to standard. Sauce was could but lacked donner meat was filled up mostly with chips, the pita bread was dry and crumbled. Pakora was dry and shrivled up. Do an amazin curry tho

The chicken in curry tested like cheap frozen chicken. Mixed pakora was 90% vegetable. Pakora sauce was missing. Korma sauce and garlic nan was nice.

Order was nearly an hour late. 2x rice were missing. (Called and got 1x rice delivered another 20-30 minutes later). Ordered 2x garlic naan and got 2x plain delivered. No pakora sauce and was sent 2x cans of juice instead of a btl. I’ve never had a problem with this restaurant before and multiple issues in 1 £45 order was ridiculous.

I have tried food multiple times, and I have a very gerous portion of good flavour, but i sometimes doubt the recipes. All food includes the same sort of meat which can be improvised for better results like Chicken tikka should taste seperate then hot and spicy stuff .

I have ordered from this takeaway many times but I waited 90 minutes and eventually cancelled my order. I will never use this takeaway again because when I phoned they had no interest. There are plenty of other restaurants in my area but the Hot & Spicy grill have lost my custom forever. Unfortunately for me they have the best quality food but I’m not prepared to wait over 90 minutes for a meal.

What can I say? Well up to their usual high standard. I'll keep ordering and recommending them.

Munchy box was wet with a hole on the top of the box. Got no salad, onion rings or fritters for the munchy box also got asked for an extra £1.50 for seperate salad & sauce at the door, only thing that was nice was the chicken pakora

The pizza was disappointing, no sauce on pizza and the pepperoni was undercooked. Took a little and threw the rest in bin. Chips were good though.

Worse chicken pakora I've ever tasted and it smelled off. chicken kebab was like no chicken kebab I've ever seen before and couldn't eat it as it was very very salty! First and last time I will be ordering from here and I'll be telling everyone I know to stay away.

Opened order to discover kebab covered in chilli sauce instead of pakora sauce (asked for when ordering) Couldnt eat it entire dish put in bin

Ordered a meal ans was told it would arrive in twenty minutes. After an hour I recalled them and was told just another five minutes. Thirty minutes later recalled the am and told five more minutes. Then it arrives frozen cold. Absolutely terrible also they stopped answering my calls. Don't use this food outlet. I then called one off there competitors and they delivered in fifteen minutes food was great.

Delivered early and still piping hot. Well cooked and with plenty of toppings. With the added bonus of free items Hot and Spicy Grill are providing excellent value for money.

Got 2 of the 3 Curries wrong! Sauces was bland tomatoe-ish rubbish, tastes the same regardless of what you order.

Curry and kebab where very greasy pizza was cold and didn’t receive my Popadoms and spiced onions

Although the delivery was a bit later than expected, I am not complaining. There were five items and they all have different preparation times. The pizzas were excellent; well cooked and with plenty of toppings. The remainder of the food is in the fridge until tomorrow. Too much to eat at one sitting. They are freebies given for spending £20 on my order. Definitely a reason to keep on ordering and more immediate than Stamp Cards.

Asked for a munchy box, it contained kebab meat and chicken pakora and all chips, no onion rings or potato fritters as advertised in the menu, nonsense and terrible, contacted the restaurant and told to bring it back in for a refund, so unhelpful and disappointing, won’t order again, spoiled our night.

Overpriced for small quantity. Rude on the phone when enquiry made to clarify something not on menu as though it was my fault to ask.
