Very tasty pizza! Average waiting times. Word on the street is that the boss treats the staff very poorly and pays low which is disappointing from somewhere with such nice food...

Large order placed over the phone - having an appreciation of Italian food I have to say these pizza’s are so authentic and delicious. Love the variety of vegan choices too. Got the free bottle of very nice Pino Grigio. Delivered exactly when they said they would which to me is excellent considering everything is made from scratch. I will definitely recommend and refer my friends and family. The pizza’s were delicious - particularly loved the Italian with meatballs...superb!

I have used this place on a regular basis. However, I will no longer spend my money here. The pizzas cannot be faulted. They're great. However the owner is horrifying. The way he speaks to his staff is shocking, it's very insulting, demeaning and offensive. My 13 year old daughter was appalled. We won't be supporting anyone who clearly lacks any respect or empathy for others. Total power trip.

Ordered a takeaway order for my mother in laws 80th birthday. Hats off to the young guys who work in this place....the pizzas were amazing. The young guy behind the counter also told me about how I got a free beverage when we spent over a certain amount. Thumbs down to the arrogant, obnoxious owner. The way he spoke to his young staff while he leaned against the counter, texting, googling or checking his tinder account was appalling! Even my young nephew commented on how badly he treated his staff. Poor show and it has put me off using here again!

My husband went into this place on Friday and ordered a pizza, he was told 15mins for one pizza. He went back inside after that time and was told that it would be at least another 40-45mins as though this was ok! They also say that their pizzas are cooked at 600 degrees in the wood fired oven, that happens to be the same temperature that all wood fired pizzas are done, pretentious, just like their menu! My husband told them to forget about the order. He then went to our usual authentic pizza place ‘Stephano’ in Mount Florida. Great service, gorgeous pizza served in 15mins with a smile!

Ordered from a delivery service, we put the wrong address in by mistake and the delivery driver called us when he got to that address, we then explained the mistake and asked if he would be able to deliver to the new address. He said he would and took a pen and wrote down this address. We then get a call from deliveroo saying that we apparently ‘rejected the order’ and we said we ‘never ordered it’ which is complete lies that the restaurant told them. We then call the restaurant and we’re greeted by a very condescending man who ended up shouting down the phone. He attempts to explain the situation from their perspective and even said that they tried to deliver the food to the new addrsss but no-one was in, but then when I tried to explain it from ours he wasn’t having any of it. He then starts shouting down the phone and when I ask him to stop he then starts being very condescending. He said that the restaurant have gotten in contact with deliveroo to give us a full refund however this has been confirmed from deliveroo as lies as they have not receive any contact from the restaurant and, in fact, the restaurant have declined to respond to them. Deliveroo also informed us that the restaurant ‘declined a change of address’, showing that the restaurant lied again about attempting to deliver it as they declined any change of address on deliveroo. Will never order from here again, can’t believe the shocking service and the manner in which the staff speak to the customers, not forgetting all the lies they’ve told. Don’t waste your money

The greatest compliment I can pay to the food is that I still come back in spite of the owner's attitude towards staff and some customers - I've never witnessed someone quite as obnoxious. The pizzas are exceptionally good, no question about that - they are restaurant quality and priced as such.

We ordered 5 pizzas on a Tuesday night meal deal. That was every second ‘favourites’ pizza for price of a margarita. As order was over 40 pounds we got a bottle of wine thrown in. All the wood fired pizzas were very good. Toppings were nice and fresh and tasty. The only strange thing was phoning in and the person not taking any identification to go with order (he said he was too busy for that!!!!). When I picked up he also did not ask for any ID. However, I was handed the correct order without providing a name, phone number or any other form of identification. Very odd but food was good.

I visited this evening and couldn't quite believe the manner in which the owner was speaking to his staff. He was rude and aggressive, creating a terrible atmosphere. I couldn't stand and accept it any longer and when I questioned the ownder on why he was extremely rude to his staff he told me they were lucky to still be in a job tonight after making many mistakes. The staff were under intense pressure from the owner and I wasn't surprised mistakes were being made. I will never step foot back in this restaurant as I would never condone the manner in which he spoke to them. I am shocked other customers are still visiting this establishment having visited for the first time tonight. I truly hope the parents of the young people working in this establishment read this and teach their children they do not have to go through life being treated by managers like this.

I visited this place on a friday evening with the intention of buying a really tasty pizza for dinner. I left the establishment before making my order due to my disgust at the manner the owner spoke to his staff in. Two young boys and a young girl were working hard, trying to juggle various jobs. While one boy was taking an telephone order, the manager continuously shouting aggressively for him to "answer him when he speaks"! Proceeding this the manager warned the boy that "with the amount of mistakes they have made tonight they may aswell be sacked". It was disgusting to witness and I hope to god the young people working there see the light and seek work elsewhere, as nobody deserves to work in am environment like that.

Visited here for a Friday night treat and wasn't disapointed. The staff were brilliant especially the young girl multi tasking on the till, serving, packing, answering the phones etc. Good to see. The chef was excellent as well and his wee band of helpers. The food was fresh, obviously cooked on the spot and tasted brilliant. The veggie topping wasn't as interesting as the rest of the menu so maybe worth a rethink (less onions) but all in all it was great pizza. Price reflects the high standards. Loved it.

Wood fired oven and fresh ingredients, these Pizzas are made individually and take time and care, so a little wait is necessary but the flavour is worth while. Pizza bases are hand stretched and freshly topped and tended and these are not as expensive as rival companies but streets ahead in quality and taste. Budget around £12 -£14 per 12" pizza for star quality, also wines and beers or soft drinks available as well as local area delivery. Book in advance to allow time, 1 to 1.5 hours at peak weekends, no tables, takeaway only.

Spotted the shop whilst out for a walk and was intrigued enough to drop in for a bite to eat. Was. Not. Disappointed. Pizza Margherita. Thin, crispy crust; sweet San Marzano tomato base; creamy mozzarella; hint of smoke from the wood-fired oven. The pizza is a quid or two more expensive than the equivalent from a 'pizzas, burgers, kebabs' type place, but my god is it worth it. Had an interesting chat with the owner about the global economy, UK politics, financial planning - thoroughly friendly and interesting chap. This was my first visit, it will certainly not be my last.

The pizza of choice for years. CC's is well worth a trip - way ahead of the chewy slop churned out by the takeaway pizza chains. Centrepiece wood fire oven, friendly staff who have a passion for what they do; Graeme also displays health statistics and comparisons, salt content, etc to other brands - so a comparatively healthier choice for those who crave pizza.

This pizza was the biggest disappointment since #brexit. After reading their online reviews I was looking forward to tucking in to some authentic Italian wood fire oven pizza. However these reviews must have been made up, or failing that by people that have ageusia. The pizza took an hour to come and the prices were on par with London pizzerias. The chicken was processed, the cheese was awful, and they tasted like something you would buy from Kerry Katona in Iceland- not as if they'd basked in the glory of a wood fire oven.To say this was the top pizzeria in Glasgow, is as much an abhorrent lie as Nigel Farage's promises of billions of pounds going to the NHS. And I might have needed the NHS had I opted to attempt to devour the whole ensemble!Avoid like a water closet with no toilet paper.

New to the area, this place was recommended as having good pizzas. I went along with happy but humble expectations. Little did I realise at the time that I was about to enter a whole world of pizza obsession. The owner appeared amazed that I had never heard about the place and with each friendly exchange of banter, he opened my mind to the detail and hard work that clearly goes on behind the scenes of this small but outstanding place. More a fish or curry guy, I felt reborn and lost to the world of pizza when I munched happily at home. The ingredients were choice and the base perfect. This place is another level. I didn't need the welcome loyalty card for CCs to be assured that I will follow them anywhere - to the edge of their delicious wood fired earth born of sweat and passion.

We phoned for two pizzas to be delivered and were told that was fine. Over the next two and a half hours we telephoned to chase twice. The first time we were told the pizzas were in the oven. The second time we called we were told that the girl had mixed up the order and they had just gone in the oven. The two lukewarm pizzas arrived a further 30 minutes later. If the delivery service was struggling then a bit of honesty would have been better. The pizzas might have been nice had they been hot or even warm. The advertised method of delivery that keeps the food warm didn't work. Having to wait until CC's were ready to fit us in with two lukewarm pizzas means we won't bother again. All in all a bad experience all round.

While CC's has some tasty pizza, the menu itself is fairly small and on the pricey side for what it is. Staff are friendly but often continue conversations that I would deem were not appropriate while in front of a customer - too personal, swearing etc. Also, despite receiving often unwanted life advice from the owner, or more commonly, a rant on how great and quick wood-fire pizzas are to make - you can wait upwards of an hour for one whether you call or walk in the door. Overall, too much hassle for what it is.

I'd heard about CC's from a friend of a friend who said it was the best Pizza hed ever eaten so right away it was a must try!!I had a bit of a time finding it because I don't know that part of Glasgow very well but when I eventually got there it was easy to park right outside. When we walked in the person behind the counter, who I presume is actually the owner, greeted us and told us he'd be with us in a minute. Our order was taken and even though it was busy we were given updates on what was happening which was great because it meant that we weren't just left sitting in a busy take away. All in all the service was really good, we only waited about 15-20 mins for our takeaway which isn't bad considering the pizza is made right in front of you and that it was quite busy. The pizzas tasted amazing and the thin bases were perfectly crispy. The tomato sauce base was really lovely and not too overpowering, it was perfectly balanced against the woody taste of the pizza base. I would say it was a little expensive though it's still cheaper than domino's and it tasted a hundred times better. A great experience all round,my new favourite pizza!!

Friends recommended CC's to us - having heard the hype, we gave it a try, and we weren't disappointed. This is nothing like your standard takeaway pizza. The pizza base is stretched in front of you, the toppings are added with the expert eye of a top chef, and then baked in the wood-fired oven. A totally awesome pizza to look at, and even better to eat. And it's healthy too - with a low-salt base. This was well worth the trip and definitely worthy of the praise of our friends. We'll be back for more.

Excited to see that finally there is a local wood fire oven pizza place? unfortunately this doesn't match the description - I'm sure the wood fire oven exists but using pre made, polenta dusted bases ruins this feature. Buying these for the wood fired quality will disappoint as CC's pizzas are more like domino's or papa john's bases with gourmet ingredients at gourmet prices - not great. If you don't like these style of base - you will be let down. If you want a more American style pizza - stick to the deals and prices of where you already go - looking for authentic, fresh wood fired pizza at prices that are worth it - you'll need to wait until somewhere opens that does! I didn't want the pizza standard served everywhere, was hoping for a change to a real quality pizza - these came no where close.Real shame to also pay £28 for two 12" pizzas that the wood fired flavour was no where to be tasted and changing an ingredient which should be an upgrade of 30p was disappointingly added at full £2.00 - just shows that customer service and initiative is lacking, was happy to pay if worth it in the end but completely not worth it - to charge these prices pizzas should be by the 1/4 & 1/2 metre and bases should be of a far superior quality - if you have had real wood fired pizza - don't think that these will hit the mark or worth paying more for - don't get me wrong - they're ok - JUST ok but expensive and nowhere near how it should and can be done - real shame

We live close to CC's and as a family we believe it to be the best Pizza place in Glasgow. The wood fired cooking method really makes for a very tasty pizza and the owner has got it spot on with his base and toppings, not too much dough and good quality toppings (barbeque chicken is the best in my opinion). The staff are all young guys who are welcoming and really take care to make sure that each pizza is done to perfection. I read the previous reviewers comments and I am sorry that he had a negative experience last time he popped in. The owner takes great pride in customer satisfaction and I am sure that he would have provided some feedback to the young man who served him/her. Anyway we dont consider any other pizza takeaway in a very competitive and saturated market.
