Great food and great value for money defo be back again keep the good work everytime I've ordered it's always arrived piping hot

Just rang for a order and was the guy on the phone was so so rude and literally anything i said just replied I DONT CARE, Order online. Seems like a bad staff member or maybe gone downhill as we actually use quite regularly but won't now.

Having used Hot & Spot for many years on a nearly weekly basis I find it hard to believe any of the 1 Star reviews, I can only imagine they are being left by jealous competitors, my family has tried just about everything on the Menu over the years and not once have we ever had a complaint, the Delivery to our Village is always within good time and Staff are always friendly.

Had to give 1 star because I couldn’t give 0, absolutely awful food. Not cooked properly, left a family member with food poisoning. DO NOT EAT HERE. Worst mistake ordering from this place. Needs closing down.

Absolutely awful food ordered a burger and chips and Donner in naan and chips the burger was over cooked burnt bun donner was gristly and chips raw cost £26 absolutely awful customer service too this place needs closing !!

I had been a regular customer until tonight, part of the order missing, by the time it arrived rest of meal cold. Hair found in 3 out of the 6 meals. Complained and manger accused us of trying to claim a free rice dish ! Very disappointed and offended. Denied any issues, rude manger will never order from them again.

Never had a problem with the food but during busy periods they cancel your order then you have to wait 3 to 5 working days for the money to go back in your account. If you are that busy don’t take money from loyal customers in the first place

Why do you take payment and then cancel the order and make people wait for a refund! What a joke you just lost a regular customer.

Gets worse Chips that have been cooked that sit there for how long under no heat then 're cooked ??? Really ? H&s come on ? Yuk...as for the kebab God it's like something id feed a wild animal..needs shutting down before someone is seriously taken ill.. never visit again 🤢 awful

This place is absolutely shocking, the food tastes greasy and often turns up cold and late! Then they have the cheek to charge you for delivery which isn’t mentioned anywhere on there takeaway menu! Seriously don’t bother go to Zorba instead it’s a million times better!

Having written a few reviews ignored obviously this is the very last time I visit The food and staff are just shocking Ask for well done chips or you'll get something not edible Chilli nan ask for very well done or you'll get an undercooked soggy middle but you will also get burnt nann Apparently nann is hard to cook ???? Er what ?? Well it's not even??? What ! Cooking a chicken breast is uneven different depths widths Nann is an even bread like toast, how can you not cook it evenly if the ends are charred slightly you don't deliver food undercooked soggy dough tasting in the middle with a cooked end Listen to feedback and customers we are your income but for me sadly no more Never had any issues elsewhere and quite easily cook nanna chapati toast bread myself and I'm no chef.. ! Awful shocking establishment should be shut down

It tast funny sometimes and some times ok. Fast delivery . You get what you ask for. Pizza some times nice. Some times. Over cooked.

This is one of the worse takeaways in the region You ask for cooked chips, if you don't they're still frozen in the middle. You ask for a cooked nann bread when ordering a chilli nann and you get uncooked soggy nan with just crap inside Should be shut down asap Shocking

Not the best pizza I’ve ever had but that was mainly because it wasn’t that hot, must have cooled considerably on the 2 min drive from the shop to my house ? However it was cooked through and tasted fine and I would order from these guys again mainly because delivery was a lot quicker than I expected and if it was hotter my review would have been a lot better.

the chicken achari wasn’t as good as it has been from here before. tasted like there was too much of the lime pickle in there this time.

Great food, although forgot to put garlic sauce on kebab. Also unsuitable description for the Madras curry as Fairly hot is not the word I would use to describe, more like just hot or very spicy.

Having been a loyal customer for many years recently charged a 20% increase on prices without changing advertising boards within or takeaway menus I feel this unacceptable and wrongful Whilst the consumer has the right to pay or not, a 20% increase with wrongful advertising will only lose customers and in this climate could be a very costly experience for retailer I certainly will not return and will publicly advertise this fact. Shame on you !

Ordered a chicken shaslik and a mixed tandoori grill, they forgot the can of coke, I thought the food tasted good until both me and my partner woke up the next morning and what only can be described as water came out of our arses. Will not order again.

everything excellent, apart from we added a note for the food to be delivered to the door rear of the property - despite this note being printed on the top of the receipt which was brought to the house, the delivery driver still tried to deliver to the front door completely ignoring the note we placed on the order.

15 minutes late but food was still hot and enjoyable. In the past, Hot & Spice have usually delivered 15-25 minutes earlier than the expected time so no too fuss. :)

Ordered a chicken kebab, not sure what was in it, some sort of curried veg , ordered late at night, tasted like they’d scraped all the odds and sods together, I threw it away, tasted like a bin of food

Hardly ever had an issue with Hot & Spice but I placed my order just after 23:00 but wasn't confirmed. Waited 20 ish minutes before I contacted Just Eat customer support to help me confirm my order. I got a delivery time for 23:50 but was 20-25 minutes late. Other than this, the food is really good as I've ordered from Hot & Spice for many years.

Hot and Spice is our normal 'go to' place for Indian takeaway (delivery) in Bourne. The food is sensational, hot and authentic. The king prawn pathia is simply outstanding. So tonight it didn't work out. The food wasn't up to standard.I rang the restaurant, explained my concerns and was instantly offered a full refund.The gentleman arrived on time, apologised and gave us the refund as promised.Can't ask for much more. Well done, Hot and Spice. You made it right and ensured we'll be back.If anyone can say they've not had a bad day in the office, please shout out now. Top service.

The food was ok however they sent my order wrong. I asked for chips and cheese and just got chips. They then had a rude tone on the phone and tried to offer me a pot of cheese. They in the end agreed to replace reluctantly. To only find out that our burger was wrong too.

I always use hot and spice but I've been waiting for my order only to ring them to find out my order was rejected and I should of got an email. No email received. Just eat said it was out for delivery and should of received by 7:35pm.

food was very nice but was disappointed that I ordered a wrap and got pitta bread and the Mrs chips were cold pizza was hot and very nice

Not told about it being late, when food came it was Luke warm and a lot wasted as went cold before everyone was finished eating it.

I ordered Mint sauce none came, I ordered a salad, None came. The chicken Tikka is lifeless, Its all arrived 30 minutes late on top of a 45min waiting time over 2 hrs scandals for fast food. I've been a customer for over a year and the last three orders have been a shambles, I wont be coming back again.

Twisters are immense, half pander chicken burger was great and the chicken pieces were cooked spot in. Good prices for taste and quantity. And record delivery time. I put 4 stars for restaurant because I haven't been in side and felt it was as neutral as I could go.

20 minutes late, after they had put the time back once already, stone cold and all boxes wet, not even in a hot bag! Hot &Spice used to be good but getting poor quality food nd service time after time now, time for a change!

This place was award 1 star for food hygiene in November 2017. Do yourself a favour and give them a miss until they sort themselves out.

I was given a delivery time of an hour and a half which is quite a long time but then they took an. additional 15 mins on top of that. I think I only got it delivered then because I called them to chase it. not the usual service from hot and spice.

I have eaten curry all over the world, north and south India along with Goa, the Methi I had from here was as good as it gets! Guys you should be a curry house not kebab shop!

Very efficient good sized portion tasty and a good temperature always very consistent with there service and quality

there's only thing one wrong with the last 2 times I've ordered I haven't got a free bottle coke of ordering over £15 it says on the website that's my only problem ......

I would not recommend this take away to anyone. I was appalled by the whole service. My order was over 30minutes late and I had to call up twice to find out how long it would be with the response being "only 5minutes more" (this was not the case). When the food finally arrived it was cold and part of my order was missing.
