Lovely pub! I moved to the village a year ago and immediately I was welcomed, now I’m a regular here and feel a part of the Wall Heath community. Lovely staff and always a really good laugh. Would highly recommend.

The hub of community spirit the landlord is deeply involved in community events organising seasonal fayres and parades and raising money for the local community. The pub is very much a proper boozer but also welcoming to familys and the elderly. Also do a banging cob homemade by herself. Dogs welcome. Good vibes always.

Love the chilled and relaxed atmosphere

Our family went to a wake in the lounge bar. It was small enough to feel cosy and intimate. The family used an outside catering service..We were there from 11am to around 8.30 pm. The regular locals tolerated us singing the decreased favourite songs and there was a warm friendly atmosphere.

Perfect pub for the village. Welcoming atmosphere that makes it comfortable for all age groups to socialise together without having to be surrounded by groups of young drinkers. Good variety of entertainment, DJs, play your cards right, bingo, karaoke and lots of involvement with all the village events. Real dedicated 'local' that is part of the community.

Had an amazing EURO 24 watching the matches... Fantastic Atmosphere and the HOSTS and STAFF were very welcoming and professional...... We even had delicious half-time sandwiches etc. FOC.... Thank you 🙏

Fantastic village pub. Always a friendly atmosphere. Being a singer it's great seeing everyone enjoying themselves and they know how to do just that and the Landlady is a pillar of the wallheath community too.

What a pub.. everyone is so friendly the staff are excellent no waiting around.. community spirit everyone gets involved in the fund raisers.. even the Pantomime that they have created by the regulars was a sell out and I’d highly recommend this for next year

This pub has to be the most popular and friendliest place to be in the village of Wallheath. The landlady does so so much for the community and bring everyone one together without wanting any gratitude. She’s gone above and beyond for her village and her regulars in the pub .. she deserves a pride of Britain award for what she’s accomplished and achieved in 2023 with a vision she made happen for the community and beyond. A well managed pub that is clean and has a good choice of beers. Staff are friendly and helpful. Dog friendly bar. Cobs are tasty and reasonably priced. Very popular, especially Saturday nights when there is normally live music. 5 stars.

Always a warm welcome at this traditional community pub. Entertainment nights are excellent with some very talented performers adding to the atmosphere of the pub, and on another note, the landlady Michelle is a pillar of the community. She works tirelessly for the village community, never seeking publicity for herself, she works solely for the benefit of the community and the village. Both the pub staff and the landlady are a credit to the area.

Came here after a night at the theatre. They had a female singer on . Great traditional atmosphere, Really friendly bar staff . Good pint of Banks Mild . Will definitely call in next time I'm over that way ,wish it was my local . How a pub should be. There was a customer who looked like he'd had too much to drink . He was dealt with in a professional way by the staff. Can't fault the service 10/10

Awful pub, you can get attacked there and they will chuck you out to get attacked more by the attackers and ban you for life for attempting to defend yourself...close this place down please...regardless of my situation, it definitely needs bouncers...would not recommend to anybody looking to have a peaceful evening drink

I have visited this local pub a few times. Car park at side. Large rear room small front room The atmosphere felt very unwelcoming. Was busy on this visit and loud, sat outside as hot. Bar staff not very friendly. Strangely you can pay for drinks on card but snacks need to be paid in cash. The tables outside facing the road were sticky and situated close together. No covid measures I could see. No one wore masks. Sports TV is available inside and they have run various events throughout the year in the past. A pub more suited to regular locals in my opinion. Certainly not a family pub on my visit but it was late evening.

Bostin night, great to catch up with a few mates in the sunshine. Service was excellent and Guinness was top notch. If I lived closer I'd be in there all the time. Proper pub.

Fat Bar lady is a miserable cow. Smile would crack her face. Some person asked if they were doing a BBQ. To which she replied "We dont do that stuff here, if you want that, go some where else". To which the couple left. Great friendly staff Not. Far too small bar

Don't go in that often , I actually sat outside with friends had a couple of drinks and it was all very pleasant , nice location , nice outside drinks area , lovely old pub relatively unspoiled , I class it as my local , it's where most of the village drinks and is usually busy , would recommend , a friendly pub.
