Short walk into main town centre. Ideally situated to work. Friendly polite staff. Well done all.

Nice place to stay, great welcome, very nice breakfast. Only downside was the size of the on-suite (very small). Room was great though.

Stayed here a couple years ago and everytime I'm coming past the area I stop by either for some food or a massage. My stay was exceptional and the massages are always delivered with great quality. I'm pretty sure there is some magic in the cooks hands as the food is unreal. Will be passing by later today after what's seems like forever and for sure will stop off for something. Almost like a luxurious service station for me

Fantastic welcome by the owner, The place was super clean and had a great thai theme to it. I had a few thai meals and each dish was spot on !. .. What a great hotel +++

I came today for a facial & thai foot massage, which was done by Sue, the place was spotless and staff so friendly, iv already booked for next time, would definitely recommend this place 😀

On behalf of my wife: 6 of us girls had a fantastic spa and dinner evening. We were overwhelmed with the quality of the deep tissue massages, service and delicious food. Excellent value for money and we look forward to returning.

The food is amazing, very tastey and satisfying. Been there plenty of time and never been let down. The manager is friendly and very welcoming. Definately recommend this place.

Good food, but the room was tired and the plumbing even more so.

I had very little time to prepare for the trip, but I could not praise the staff enough for their help. The food is absolutely fabulous authentic Thai freshly prepared. Not ping food . From checking in throughout my stay, I was treated with respect and courtesy . The hotel has a spa and facilities but unfortunately I didn't get any time to try this. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Can I just say what a place. Lovely food lovely little place. could do with a little bit more in the shower area ( but I was told about this). Your host Baz and his wife are so helpful and will try and accommodate you in any way possible. Every time I go it gets better.

Let's start off with the negative. Google Maps calls this hotel 4 star. It's not - but then it doesn't charge what a 4 star hotel would. What you get is what it calls itself: a guesthouse. With very friendly, helpful staff and a small but very comfortable room. I didn't have a massage, so can't comment on that, but I saw there were midweek discounts offering reasonable prices. I did, though, discover there was a Thai restaurant - not mentioned on the website, although there is a sign for it at the entrance door. I went there simply for convenience, but found the food was great. Spicy means spicy, not the sort of medium version you get in some Thai restaurants, so take their labels seriously. And the food is freshly prepared and made on the spot - definitely to be recommended. If you stay there, eat there. Breakfast is extra, but good value for what you get.

Lovely quiet hotel, Very friendly and helpful staff, a few mins walk from town. Parking onsite, restaurant downstairs and massage service a definite plus. A hidden jem A++

Used for a 2 night stay, the room was more than adequate for my needs and the staff were exceptional through out my whole stay & so helpful, had an evening meal there which was really nice at a good price and the breakfast left me full all day. If I'm in that area again I would defiantly stay there again.

Have driven by this place times and said ‘ We must try that’, finally got around to it. Service was superb with the owners operating front of house with a warm friendly service. We had a portion of Ribs plus a mixed sharing platter between four of us, also got Prawn Crackers and chilli sauce. For mains we had a mix of curry and stir fried dishes, all were lovely and fresh with lovely flavours. Sticky rice was superb. I was a little worried as we had curries with three chillis show on the menu, but the spiciness just right, something around a madras in an Indian restaurant. Highly recommend, we WILL be back.

We visited tonight as a party of three for dinner as we have viewings on our house tomorrow morning (we are listed for sale) and didn’t want to mess up the kitchen. I was excited to try the food after Alex Polizzi gave it top reviews on her recent visit. The place, sadly, was deserted which is all the more the shame as it’s comfortable and well decorated. We were warmly greeted and service was good throughout. The food was honestly superb. My partner and I have visited Thailand and the food here tastes authentic. We’ll soon be moving to our new place in nearby Quorn and will be back. Keep it up!

Wonderful experience, excellent massage therapists and the food was delicious and very authentic. Everyone really cares and can’t do enough to make you have a great stay. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Had a date night here and thought the food and service was excellent. Lovely fresh and tasty food and reasonably priced. Would be nice if a bit busier for some atmosphere but couldn’t fault the food and friendly staff.

Great value for money , very helpful staff and a restaurant on site , what more could you want. Oh yes a fantastic massage!

Stay here when I'm visiting daughter at uni stay with my young son . They go above and beyond to be helpful .great place to stay

I've been ordering Thai food from this place for a few months since moving to Loughborough. The food is usually nice and delicious, nice vegetarian tofu options for most dishes too. Sometimes the dishes maybe a little unbalanced (too spicy or too sour), but the overall quality of ingredients is generally good and we keep coming back for more.

Excellent service by the staff the food is excellent too. Keep it up.

I decided to try a takeaway from here this evening and wish I hadn't bothered. I don't like giving poor feedback but the starters were luke warm and although the main was hot it was missing the steamed rice the website came with it. The quality of the food wasn't there and I didn't enjoy it at all. I think that when we're back to normal it wouldn't encourage me to give it ago.

Found this little place in Loughborough and surprised by the hotel and massage service. Will try their massage next time. The restaurant is tiny maybe 6 tables, and the food was okay, I guess they cater for UK people so not so Bangkok taste if you know what I mean. Service was good but the food not so up to our standard, I think sonny’s taste more of local Thai.

Owner fantastic friendly and helpful from the very first phonecall i made. The whole staff made my son very welcome and were an intellgral part of his birthday enjoyment. The food was fantastic amazing choice and full of flavour. Cant wait to go back Thanks all

Great Thai food in Loughborough! Their mixed starters was abundant and delicious, and can be a meal in itself. Generous and good portions...

Chief is a Thai, she makes nice and spicy curry. It's quite reach and you will find there some european green vegs and nice amount of fresh chilli with ginger. For 2 dishes and beer I paid below £20 so big plus for it.

Tasty food and friendly service.

We can't fault the service and the food was good. The drinks were warm due to a lack of ice, three of the beers were warm too. Although they are very nice people they've not quite got it right in our opinion and we wouldn't recommend or go back ourselves.

We have spent many years in Asia and have had a lot of good Thai food. We found the food very true to the Thai food we tasted in Asia. Catered well for us vegetarians. Homely feel to the place. Very Thai!

You can not really classify this as a restaurant, the food and service were terrible beyond words, in fact I am still gobsmacked that it was so poor and yet they were not even apologetic...

I had one of the best massages ever.My friend and I stayed over night and had a great breakfast before we left.

Went to Thai Derm last night with my husband and daughter. We love Thai food and weren’t disappointed. We started with prawn crackers for the table with chilli dip and a peanut dip that was really nice. I had green prawn curry for main, it was the best I have had in a long time fresh, tasty and plenty. Will definitely be visiting again

Great food here and excellent service

The restaurant is small with about 6 tables. The staff are attentive and polite in the best Thai tradition. The Thai Derm platter was fresh and each of the dishes had its own distinct flavour. The mains we had one of which was a whole sea bass were beautifully flavoured and lovely to eat. The chilly in my Tom Yum Goong was pronounced but the other flavours came through as well making it well balanced

Went in for a takeaway as my usual brilliant restaurant Thai Grand is shut, and was very disappointed with the food, for a start the woman on front of house could not understand what we wanted as could barely speak English, so therefore when we got home we found we had been charged for and received a dish we didn't order and the dishes we ordered one was incorrect so therefore couldn't eat it as i'm vegetarian, the food that my partner ate was tasteless and boring, and as for the menu the way its printed with the coloured background and print makes it very difficult to read and the text is so small the only way i could read it was with a magnifying glass to which i then spotted the symbols with allergy ingredients, not very good if your allergic to specific foods. Hence to say i will not be going back.

Had a Thai meal there. It is a very small restaurant with 6 or so tables. The place is primarily a hotel with spa facilities. Food was lovely and the staff were very attentive.

So glad I collected my order!!! The ladies there are so sweet. They appreciated my attempt at Thai. Offered me a drink whilst I waited. As for the food. Well, if that's what food is like in Thailand. Then I'm going!!! Khawp khun khrap. 🙏

Went with an old friend who recently returned from 7 years in Thailand who wanted me to try authentic style Thai food. Dined on a Tuesday lunchtime and were the only people in. Not surprising as the ambience, decor, and pricing structure would have been more suited to a leisurely evening treat. Having mobility issues I was pleased to find easy parking and sufficiently level access. The Thai lady who looked after us was very kind and attentive and very patient with a Thai novice. The food I had was well presented and in the view of my friend 'quite authentic'. The menu was varied and dishes very clearly explained. Would return for another helping but probably not at lunchtime.

A group of us went to Thai Derm for dinner nearly a week ago. The restaurant was trying out a new chef that evening, yet the service was quick and staff were very friendly. We all ordered different courses, such as the panang and green thai curry. I had the Pad Thai, and being a big fan of Pad Thai I have tried a lot of them all over the world, and I have to say that this definitely has been one of my favourites. I would definitely come here again! It is a shame I didn't discover this place whilst I was studying in Loughborough!

On arrival the staff did not appear to know what to do with diners arriving. The "restaurant" is just the conservatory with a few tables. We ordered our food which was tasty enough, but portions were small. Beer came in 330ml bottles and took ages to arrive, i think they ran to the off licence to get it as it was warm.

Me and 6 of my friends ate here last night and the food was delicious staff were lovely and the surroundings were amazing
