Got the kebab on chips, portion size was great for the price. Food was fairly tasty and staff were good.

Called in at lunch today stood near 20 mins got blanked & it took the 2 off yous too serve 1 customer while I'm left standing there not one asked for my order so rude walked out & you seen me walk out clearly don't wanna serve too many. Won't be back

Can be summed up as follows… Decent enough chicken, not great chips and staff who really don’t want to be there. The chicken is tasty enough, the chips are always questionable, probably been re-cooked a couple of times too many and the staff, well… the lad doing the food prep was civil and friendly, the person on the the till saw the customers as an absolute inconvenience to the time they were trying to spend on their phone. No ‘please’, ‘thank you’, or any form of communication other than, ‘DRINKS?!?’ ‘£15.90’ and an ‘uuurrrgggh’ or something similar when handing over the bag. Sad to say the place has went down hill, but I dispose it’s decent enough if you need a bit of fast food.

Best non KFC fried chicken in Northern Ireland. The chicken kebab on chips is a particular favourite. Meal deals for chicken fillet burger, chips and a drink are pretty good value. Milk shakes of which there are a right few varieties are really tasty too. Card payments accepted.

Worst CFC about. Have had to ask for fresh chips on numerous occasion as they just Chuck in the ones already cooked and fry them again!! Attitude of some staff needs addressed Last week I visited again this time for chicken pieces and I was ill for 3 days. Sorry folks but best to avoid in future.

Herons is one of my favourite places however after working in the morning time we decided to travel to dromore as they were opening at 1145 after waiting for over 45 mins they still weren’t open, decided to have the delicious chippy next door will not be back to herons in dromore. Hope you enjoyed your 4 smoke breaks while we waited.

The price advertised was not what I was charged....staff not interested when this was pointed out. Was my first visit but will definitely be my last....the food was very disappointing also.....other food establishments in Dromore are much better.

Love the food in here, was taken over by new management a while back and things have really turned around, worth a try.

Ordered chicken fillet and large chip 2 x piece chicken and chip with gravy...reallt no large chip ... fillet extemley small ... get real get staff who know what is what instead off people who dont know what week it is .....😡😡😡😡😡
