Really good food, will defo order again

This is the best place for pizza in Staines. Food always arrives quickly and is hot and fresh! Definitely my go to pizza place!

Hot tasty food, delivery driver was polite and professional, arrived in allocated time slot.

Herbie's Pizza are very enjoyable, however just get frustrated when they advertise a pizza for £9.99 including delivery and when you try and place the order in the app, it says you haven't spent £12.00 to qualify for this delivery. Makes no sense, why advertise the £9.99 then

Not happy paid for delivery when I checked app it told me to collect in 15 minutes as I was to far away when I arrived at the restaurant I was told they do deliver to my home and it was out for delivery and they didn't know what went wrong and why I got the message to collect items so I paid for delivery but did not receive this service not a happy customer

It would be nice when I order Potato Skins with cheese and bacon, that it came with bacon! Second time in a row tonight with no bacon. Might have to go elsewhere next time.

Never been ordering from here again. They think it's acceptable to wait 45mins when notified delivery was on its way, normal journey is less than 10mins. Rang site and manager seemed surprised that I was chasing delivery after 25mins, only to be told there are other deliveries to be done and it would be delivered within 45mins, i said.it would be cold by then, which he disputed. It arrived 30mins after getting text alert saying it was on its way. Needless to say it was cold and I didn't eat it

The pizzas are always great quality and offer a range of sizes and extras. But if you preplan a time they will deliver straight away, which can cause problems cause problems of you have arranged things around the time you requested. The guy who delivers deserves all the stars, he is so lovely and friendly.

First of all food is horrible. Tastes like everything came from frozen - vedges, pizza base and even chicken wings were absolutely horrible and tasteless. I have no idea where all of your positive reviews are coming from. Another thing is that my message for the driver was totally ignored !! Do not recommend

It wasn't the pizza I was expecting. Can't say it was bad, as I ate it all, but at the same time was more like a pizza hut experience than a normal pizza experience. Perhaps it's just me being a bit spoilt on pizzas, I don't want to "ruin" ratings, so won't give a small amount of stars, as there was nothing wrong, just its not that exceptional to get 6*. Otherwise deliver and service were great.

The delivery driver was kind enough to ring us to find the location and he even walked up 2 flights of stairs to hand it to us! Great customer service and he was very sweet, next time we can just collect at the front door to save his time :) The food was also delicious and will definitely order again!

Really nice signature garlic bread. Pizza could be better. Sadly the delivery driver was knocking on the wrong door and the restaurant rang and was rude on the phone. Won't be ordering again.

They did call to say that it was going to be late, but it was burnt when it arrived and only lukewarm. The ice cream is good.

Everything stone cold, garlic bread was completely dripping with oil all over the place. Terrible food quality and no value for money

The curly fries were extremely soggy and so was the chicken.

First time here. Garlic bread was nice and sides were decent but the pizza was just nothing special. Not terrible but no better than any ‘off the shelf’ pizza place. Bland flavours. Just expected a little more from a herbies compared to all the other generic pizza places.

Delivered late, lukewarm at best, disinterested delivery man not a great attitude

The delivery lady called me to come downstairs for food because she is next to the main gate of the building. I came downstairs, I've checked both sides of the building and no one was there. I came back home and called her back again she said she is waiting in her car. So I came downstairs again. I paied for delivery so I was expecting my order next to my door!

Ordered a Calzone with extra toppings. The dough is not nearly a proper chewy pizza dough, more like a bread bap. Toppings were generous and tasted right, but for some weird reason they baked this "bap" calzone, having made 5-6 deep cuts in it! As a result, the stuffing leaked out and there was no traditional "calzone dome". Basically I got a £15 hot bap panini with melted cheese. Not ordering again.

Plenty of toppings and good size if you’re hungry but very little tomato sauce… not much flavour

we enjoyed the food. however weve had to cancel delivery twice first time because of a family emergency. second time because they gave us a 2 hr delivery time i understand there busy drivers were stuck in traffic etc. the rude man on the phone told me if we keep canceling they dont want to deliver to us. well its not out fault you keep delaying the delivery. didnt have to be rude i was going to call for collection order but not anymore. RUDE RUDE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

very good ,.. the pizza was nicely presented. hot and on time it looked nice and a lot healthier and less greasy than some other companies so this was a great win and the kids really liked the thinner base

Good was delivered really quickly and was lovely and hot.

Ribs seemed to be a bit undercooked, with a warm slab of sauce still sitting on top of them. Calzone was overcooked, and had been sliced up already, so it was very dry. Not the usual standard I've had from here.

I ate it because I was hungry, but there's nothing positive to say about the food. Just incredibly bland and cheap tasting. Base tasted of nothing, and did not seem fresh. Sauce tasted of nothing, and the small amount of cheese on top tasted of nothing. Honestly it should have been half the price.

The pizza wasn’t good. The crust was soggy and tasted like it was made last week by a toddler in his kindergarten class, and then cooked in the microwave tonight for our pizza dinner. Weird squishy wet oily cardboard pizza. Sorry Herbies… better luck next time.
