Really enjoyed only disappointment was it wasn't on nan but really enjoyed

Phoned up for a chicken sish kebab and chips and garlic sauce plus one large chips.They said it going to be £20.90. I cancelled the order as I refuse to pay this amount of money for this food. If you go to KFC you can get a 10 piece bucket wit 1.5L drink for the same money... I never going to order any food from this place again. They need to recognize what people can afford for food...we are not insane

£20.50 for 2 small chicken wraps and a small chips 😵‍💫 chicken was also undercooked overall found it a rip off else where same meal would be around £12 to £14

Absolutely vile the doner meat was microwaved and burned tasted like rubber and was literally dripping with grease. Disgusting service.

The donner was decent, 6/10, however, the chicken shawarma wrap was absolutely brilliant - easily a 9/10. Great service, would definitely visit again.

Ordered from here for years, best pizza around... But last night was god awful, it's like they have added a cheese sauce on to the pizza. It was not good !!! My guts are playing up this morning so something clearly not right. Shame....

we ordered 2 pizza on Saturday eve and we have spent all day Sunday Nd Monday constantly throwing up couldn't keep anything down even water we have food poisoning and dehydrated .

Really enjoyed the food and service very friendly staff. First time I had there food by chance because I went to ryhl beech since than the taste of there donner meat stuck with me , today I came again and the food didn't disappoint me.

I've been ordering from here for years and never had a problem. Recently our orders are nearly always wrong. Missing items the wrong items delivered. They take card payment but it's always a hassle when asking to pay by card. The card machine is either not working or the women on the phone asks you to get cash. The girl on the phone always seems to be in a rush and doesn't quite listen to you properly, it seems that the price goes up week by week

Very disappointed tonight, always have chicken burger and chips with mayonnaise. Totally ruined it as they put garlic mayo on instead of normal mayonnaise 😔

You cant beat haruns kebab house i have tried alot of takeaways but Haruns kebab house is the best out of them all there a local great to everyone i have literally tried everything there is and everything is 10/10 if you are around rhyl and need a takeaway to go to Haruns kebab house is the best!!

Been ordering from here 10+ years and tonight will be the last time. The food has become sub-standard. The garlic bread and cheese was swimming in grease due to there being way too much cheese and garlic butter on it, it hadn't even been cut properly. The onion rings were soggy and undercooked. Such a shame because it used to be the best kebab shop in Rhyl.

Nice lamb, bad chicken, miniscule portions, great service. Seriously the large shish kebab was delicious, but it is not enough enough fill you up after a night of drinking, I'd be fine if it were a bit cheaper, maybe 4 quid, but the portions are tiny. Weirdly my friend got a large doner kebab and had more than twice as much meat as I had for nearly the same price. So I got a chicken doner kebab as well, but it was a overcooked that I could only eat half of it, which is saying something as Im the type of guy to pick chicken flesh from between the ribs and spine, eat burnt wings and chew on tendons. It was rock hard and almost inedible. The salad was very fresh though. I can say though, that the chilli sauce, while so mild I'd rather call it a pepper sauce, was fantastically delish.

We've ordered from here for many years and is usually our go-to Kebab in the area, with good food and pleasant staff but constantly forgetting to put sauce on kebabs/chips. It has happened on numerous occasions now, even on quieter days in the week, very frustrating and disappointing. No sauce on your food is like a Sunday dinner without gravy. Ruined and pointless. I will be going elsewhere from now on, unfortunately.

Amazing customer service. I ordered a kebab king special to be delivered to my house and got it in with 40 minutes. The kebabs are amazing I have been going here for at least a 5 years and never been let down always outstanding customer service always outstanding food. Pizzas are outstanding. Prices are cheap.

My mistake is reading the reviews over here after I had the bad experience with the restaurant, otherwise I would haven't called to order at all Very bad and rude customer service I called up and made my order he repeated the order to confirm and furtherly I have confirm the delevery time After a waiting of 2 hours I called back to check with the order the guy over there told me I can't without giving me your card details, Shoking that he is saying that without calling me back and the way he is talking I have never seen in my life

The staff is absolutely fantastic the food is great too. Me and my family were staying Rhyl for a weekend break and we ate there most of the time. They also gave us a free garlic and cheese pizza for free not once but twice! Would definitely go back there if i visit Rhyl again. Would definitely recommed in this!

Harun's kebab houses all deliver and serve absolute brilliant quality kebabs unlike anywhere else. Nothing like ending a stressful day like eating a big greasy comfort food kebab from harun. Totally recommend this place to all.

Ordered from here for years last few times haven’t been up to usual standards, tonight’s was absolutely shocking!! Wouldn’t even give it the dog seemed like the donner meat was microwaved from last night and the chicken donner was rock hard and inedible. Kids chicken nuggets bright pink in the middle £40 in the bin,Won’t order again!

Absolutely shamefull! I ordered a chicken breast kebab with small chips this was £10! When it arrived there were 5 pieces of watery flavourless chicken, soggy lettuce, shavings of soggy red cabbage, 2 thin slices of slimy tomato and cucumber the carton swimming with slush and literally to top it off a small rubbery pitta bread, which you can buy 6 for 35p, on top of the plastic box. If I could show a picture of this absoloute garbage and give no stars I would, i didnt even offer it my dog.

Ordered Donna kebab very dry.. Garlic mayo was tasteless very green... Chilli sauce was heated which is not normal.. Very dissappointed

I order from here all the time I’m from the town and have tried lots of places I promise you no one comes close to this place it’s by far the best place in the area million miles ahead of the rest home made sauces aswell rather than bottled sauces like the rest donner meat and homemade garlic sauce and the homemade chilli is amazing 5 star hygiene you need to go and see for yourself then reply on here and thank me later amazing !!!!

Just waited 1.30hrs for our delivery after having to give the driver directions over the phone for 20 minutes. Food was ice cold. Still expected to pay or drive to pick up another order. Shouted at by the driver at the door. SO SO rude!

Lovely friendly staff, all wearing face masks and enjoyed a good laugh whilst waiting for our food. The kebab itself was delicious and was not full of grease which I have experienced elsewhere.

Super friendly service, delivery driver was very polite also. We ordered the king special and it was absolutely beautiful, perfectly spiced and good portion sizes. Our daughters had a pepperoni pizza and chips, their empty boxes/plates are testament to the quality as they are quite particular about their pizzas. We had a free garlic bread cheese pizza and it was the perfect balance of cheese vs garlic, no rubbery pizza base in sight. Absolutely bob on 👌👌👌 5* all day long. Thanks Harun.

Didnt give the change to the person who tapped keys on the till, his demeanor showed how he felt, wanted a little salad and chilli sauce, got loads of salad and no chilli sauce but loads of arrogant attitude. Will never enter this premises again, and unless you are drunk you shouldn't either.

Past few months. I feel its slacking. Recently del.order was 18.00 . Del driver kept rec. Said 20.00. Gave him it. He was getting a tip anyway but too lie about the price too get tip. May need too try somewhere else.

Rang up last night to place an order, a girl answered the other end and was very rude as it was, the price was told so I rang back to question the price, and alter my order as they were charging £7.50 for a garlic bread, the woman told me it was not possible to change my order after I rang straight back!! She was very rude and started screaming at me down the phone as I told her I was cancelling my whole order, she told me this wasn’t possible so I refused to pay as it was awful for the price and the service I was given over the phone! Disgraceful.

So we have been ordering from these guys for a while now & we haven't credited them enough. They know us that well we give them our postcode & that's it order done obviously they probably go by on the last order you had previously or if we want something different, delivered around no longer than 30 minutes. Highly recommend 14 inch pizzas for £10 & that's including delivery. It's comes fresh and hot & they're always pleasant on delivery. Thank you you deserve 5*****

Ordered doner meat and chips x3 and it came to 23 pound I nearly fainted ...they was speaking about me in their own language because I queried the price which i didn't like atall ...would not recommend unless you have got wads of cash to waste and a zantac to take through the night as the grease crippled me and the taste

Donner meat was practically rubber, Chips were solid, portion size was horrific. Would 100% recommend if you were on a diet as the food is revolting therefore you won’t want to eat it!
