Happy Dragon in West Dunbartonshire

Booked via website as asked marked as preferred by business only to lose my money. When phoned shop to enquire about delivery, I explained the situation told ‘new owners now so contact Apple pay’ very disappointing and poor customer service.

Just moved over this way and was trying for the first time, 10/10 from me will definitely be back

came pipping hot and was a lovely , not enjoyed a Chinese like this in a long time! will definitely be coming back

Salt and pepper chow mein is top notch

Very quick service and good prices. Looked clean and tidy. Food was really nice and served red hot.

Not happy at all re heated mixed starter, chicken satay veg noodles the whole meal was cold and disgusting. Satay sauce was foul. Most of it went in the bin.

This place does excellent Chinese food, the vegetarian and vegan options are a bonus Tofu is delicious

We went back to Scotland for a family reunion and stayed in a cottage nearby. Living in rural France now we can't have food deliveries so we were excited to begin with to get food delivered to the door. But the food which arrived very quickly was also the best Chinese take away food... Ever. I had Kung Po, twice, from there and we still talk about it. We recommend everybody we know in Scotland to check them out and most definitely will be ordering there next time we are 'home'. Can't wait.

Ordered online. Estimated delivery was 40 minutes. I called after one hour and the person on the phone didn't even take my name or address to check my order. Just kept telling me it was very very busy and could possible be 40 minutes. I asked them to check on my order and they told me it was awaiting pick up from driver. It arrived 30 mins later which was 50 mins after estimated delivery time!!!

Won't be using again. Placed my order, paid for it, then thought it was a bit expensive so asked for my computerised receipt. The girl that took my order and money started flapping. Eventually gave me the receipt and £9 in change and said "I give you discount". I paid £50 and the receipt said £41. Some discount! How many other customers have been overcharged!!! Check your receipt.

Salt and pepper shredded chicken absoultey fantastic, chicken curry also lovely, would recommend.

Fab Chinese since new owners took over !! Tasty salt and pepper dishes ,, curry to die for and large portions can’t fault at all !!! My favourite from now on !!! 🤗

Ohh bring back the old Happy Dragon ,first thing that put me on guard was the obrupt rude manner of the woman receptionist, very snappy and when I asked for a menue she drew me a look and pointed over to the corner of the room, well sorry I'm not a mind reader anyhow the chicken is that watery cheap stuff and the kung po sauce is well yuck also more expensive now but everyone rips us off now as trying to claw money back after lock down won't be back there ever ! Yans garden for me

Got the 22.50 box deal what a waste of money and a con . Your curry sauce came in a pakora tub style and it was put in a pizza box like a munchie box. Don't fall for this happy dragons box not worth the money and waited nearly 2hrs for delivery. Bring back the old happy dragon

Now has a great varied menu with Thai, Malaysian and Indonesian dishes along with the Chinese staples.

Got a chicken curry and the chicken was raw and i will let it slip this time but just be careful cooking chicken

Under new management and the change is not for the better. Ordered for delivery and the food was horrific. After the first bite we called them to ask for an alternative dish as the one that was delivered was inedible. Was told that this was not possible and that that's just the way the make the dish. No alternative or refund offered. Had order the same dish numerous times before with the old owners and never had a problem. Will never use this place again. Avoid.
