I ordered the Prosciutto E Funghi, Spaghetti Gamberoni Piccanti and a Lamb Biryani. The pizza and spaghetti were okay but really disappointed with the biryani. It was just masala and there was just 1 piece of meat, just 1. Not worth the money. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

Food was nice, no complaints however I believe I was overcharged and when I asked why the price was what they had told me he said he is giving me something else and tried his best to avoid the actual question. Shame as I’ve eaten here many times before and enjoyed the food But this will be my last visit

Italian-inspired restaurant, but also serves some Indian food. I had a tiramisu and a lamb biryani. the tiramisu was good, although the finger cookies were a bit dry and not boozy, but there was plenty of strong but not overly sweet cheese. The lamb biryani was only £5，savory and spicy, and the lamb wasn't nasty, but it wasn't heated enough and still tasted cold. The rice was hot though. I'll try his pasta next time I'm passing.

Great place to dine, pizzas were great especially the pepperoni and ham. Better taste it not being halal. Will go again!

i’m not a pasta person but i was craving something different today and i’m so glad i was. i got the penne arrabbiata which definitely catered to my tastebuds, perfectly flavoured with a mild kick of chilli. the olives complemented the spices used in the sauce. i also got a generous tub of tiramisu to take home which i’ll be digging into later.

NOT HALAL! Their ham and pepperoni is not Halal as confirmed by staff today 10/06/2023. They are no longer HMC though they claim to say their chicken and beef is halal but yeh the risk of cross contamination is too much to take. WHY NOT JUST SELL HALAL HAM AND PEPPORONI?

Had the Spaghetti Frutti Di Mare £10 that had prawns, mussels and some octopus. Was absolutely delicious. Fantastic value for fresh pasta and dishes made to order. This could easily be served elsewhere for £15 to £20 (I still would happitaly pay for it).

Just discovered this place whilst doing a google search … tried it based on the 5 star ratings and wow … freshly made … great portions … and the taste just amazing. Small place limited seats but a big heart. So glad I tried ❤️❤️

Lovely little place with quality food made fresh. Good portion sizes. Definitely recommend their sandwich pizzas and Arincini. The chefs are very friendly and can make changes to the dishes if required.

It was my first time going to Happitaly and I can say I'll be returning there again. The service was incredible and quick and the food was delicious. I had the spaghetti a.o.p the classic aglio e olio. It was fantastic! Perfect portion and full of taste!

The food here is absolutely incredible, so fresh and prepared quickly. The staff member behind the counter asked me flavours I like and helped me choose a dish he thought I would like. The food is very high quality for a very good price. Will be returning for sure.

This place is amazing, I was up in Leicester for work and came across it. The owner and staff are so friendly and helpful, the food is incredible home made food that will bring you to Italy and back. People need to be trying this food, theres a lack of quality food places in this area and this is right up there.

Halal Italian food. Small eat-in area, if you're lucky you'll get seats. Very friendly staff and delicious dishes. I tried the arancini and pizza. It's great.

Great food and amazing service! Popped in for some aranchini and when the guy realised it was to eat immediately he made one fresh so it was toasty warm! Also gave me a taste of his lunch while I waited. The rest of the menu looks great so I will definitely be going back.

I am so happy to have found this place. These guys are amazing! Authentic Italian pizzas and pastas right in the heart of the city. The menu is great value with generous portions and the freshest ingredients (a full margarita pizza or pasta arrabbiata £7! Big slices of focaccia pizza £2.50) The staff are really warm and welcoming; always happy to talk food and make recommendations. The pizzas are beautifully soft, light and crisp and the pasta is perfection. The blue cheese and prawn pizza was a revelation and the ravioli tartufo is to die for! Great tiramisu too! A real taste of Italy.

Walked past many a time and finally tried it. This place is a gem. It smells wonderful and the staff are really welcoming, making you feel relaxed from the moment you walk in. Tried the arranccini and it was the best I've ever had.

Went to this place and had a really great time there. It was a really nice and cosy little place - and the owners were very friendly! I enjoyed eating their delicious Spaghetti Aglio Olio. :)

Absolutely amazing food. So far had the Bologenese and Spaghetti Aglio e olio. Both were exquisite. The staff are also very friendly aswell. From now on will be a weekly visit for my lunch break

Absolutely delicious, not only is it halal, but it has a large amount of vegetarian/vegan dishes. We got the margarita and spaghetti pomodora that hit every spot. The staff were super friendly and it is always a plus to eat Italian food made by italian chefs. We also got the tiramisu and cannoli which were both really good ( the tiramisu even more so for me ) as well as a cola for 25 pound. Will definitely be back

Hi all Well what a lovely little find. Me and my children absolutely loved our experience at Happitaly. My boys had pizza and I had seafood pasta, boys loved it as good size slices. Mine, seafood pasta, well all I can I say is I am going again..... very tasty. I also brought a tiramisu as a takeaway for a mummy later treat ( yum yum) best I've ever had. Staff extremely friendly to my self and talked lots to my children about the school holidays. Definitely going there again.

I walked passed this place. Never seen it before as it clearly had just opened. I needed a bite to eat. What a menu. I love Italian food. I ordered a pizza as I was in a bit of a rush. Omg unbelievable. Much better than the pizza place 20 metres down towards town that I normally use. Been back several times. My Mrs loves the prawns. We can't believe our luck.

This place is certainly pricey however I think the quality of food justifies it. We dont eat out often but when we do its got to be something distinguished and worth the money and this ticks those boxes. We ordered the Chicken Alfredo pizza and truffle Ravioli. Authentic italian pizza with a fresh tasty sauce, hand stretched base and generous toppings. Pasta was obviously made from scratch and was just sublime. (Would go well with a rocket salad). Looking forward to trying more items on the menu. This place is quite small with limited casual seating on bar stools however its very easy to takeaway and enjoy elsewhere nearby e.g town hall fountain area or as a picnic in Victoria park (like we did). Please go a support this business!

Variety of dishes and the good thing is that all are Halal. Very nice made pizza, when you go you will be confused on what you must choose but don’t worry everything is delicious. You may ask them about the dishes and they can recommend something for you.

This place is brilliant. The guys are Italian, the food is authentic, got chatting to the chef who is from the same part of Italy that my family are. Super friendly, huge selection - the arancini are *incredible* - continuate così ragazzi - è delizioso!

I had a really tasty chicken Caesar salad for lunch. You could taste the freshness in everything, from the croutons to the olive oil. Would definitely recommend.

Figured I'd give this a try. Leicester has been missing a casual Italian place since I'Boungustai shut down a few days ago. This place is very, very, very good. I've only tried the pizza, but will be coming back to try the slow cooked bolognese I saw, alongside the lasagna and some of the other pasta dishes. The key thing here, is the owners and staff seem as though they actually care, and want you to experience good, healthy and authentic cuisine. It's important to support establishments such as this, as they're a rarity in today's day and age!
