Hangar - Terminal 1 in Manchester

Zero star rating to be given. The restaurant is permanently closed. The closure status is not updated on Google. I’ve arrived here at the airport thrice and all occasions noticed it is closed. Called the restaurant today and was informed of its permanent closure. Those planning to drop a visit, please be aware

This cafe situated at terminal 1 is so relaxing to sit and watch the world go by. Also very good prices considering its an airport. I expected it to be expensive. I am at the airport most days and will definitely visiting on a regular basis. Thanks.😘

We attended today as part of any activity for one of the children we support that's in residential care. The gentleman on the desk William who checked us in and explained that there was a 1-hour wait was so friendly and accommodating as we were supporting a severely autistic individual. He pushed our table through a little quicker and found us a booth that was perfect, away from the noise and by the window. The girl Beth who took our orders, served our food and looked after us was also incredible. So friendly, nothing too much trouble and a smile on her face. Thank you so much for making our visit a pleasurable and memorable one. Craig and the team.

Amazing fast service, highly recommend the vanilla crowns. The 2 ladies (Jane and Maddie) that were serving in Manchester Airport T3 arrivals were so friendly and efficient and very smiley which makes a difference. Thank you

Great bacon rolls and pastries enjoyed here. The coffees served are also very good. Jamie-Leigh and Jayne are the most polite and helpful baristas I’ve encountered, anywhere!

Top service!!! I work at the airport and use the hanger numerous times a day on shift for lunch and coffee breaks. The service is always amazing no matter how busy and always served with a smile. A special shout-out to Jamie-Lee and Maddie, they are both so lovely and polite. Never fail to deliver exceptional service and I couldn’t thank them enough. Also can I just say the caramel lattes are beautiful!

…this is probably your best bet for space and buying drinks, though the food options are very limited. Friendly staff and very clean though, not a given for this airport.

Had a great experience at Hanger in the T1 arrivals area. It’s a super clean place compared to most of the other areas, really nice Relaxed atmosphere atmosphere. Jamie-Leigh and Vasil behind the counter Excellent looking after us. Will definitely visit again.

Mayoa was friendly and efficient and made a wonderful FlatWhite! Very convenient location opposite the arrival’s doors at T3.

I was served one of the best Mocha’s in my life here and the girl who served me (Kaylah)was very warm, approachable and did everything with a smile.

Only cold food served when it’s winter is not ideal; however I understand the reason as the Terminal is changing. Shops next to this are serving hot food. The service from Yomi and Kaylah has been great though!

The place is amazing and the staff are super friendly a massive thanks to Yomi.

Arrivals hall in T3 so atmosphere is understandably woeful. Pleasant and cheerful service and nice hot chocolate.

Lovely staff and a nice break on the way home at Manchester Airport. We do have a Hangar in Llandudno but it’s in our wardrobe and appears to be spelled differently.

Staff are so rude. Bought a drink and sat down whilst we waited, to be told we could not sit in. The guy approached us numerous times to tell us to leave.

Bacon butty and sausage butty soooo awfully dry. You charge £5,50 each and bloody hell,it's the worst one we've ever had.

Everything was fine except for the cheese toastie, there was absolutely no flavour to the cheese felt like I was eating just slightly toasted bread. Would encourage the staff to shout the orders a bit louder as well as seating goes round a corner and you can't hear them

No longer a cafe, why? Now just a pastry shop. We are regulars through Manchester airport, terminal 1 and always looked forward to having our earlier breakfast there. Went through this morning and the place was empty, everyone was next door crammed in Pret & Greggs. Well done (NOT) for changing to a pastry cafe and loosing all of your business to next door. Very disappointed. A big 👎

I went today with my family to pick up my family members One of the ladies was rude and was making it obvious that she bad mouthing me and my family and kept staring at us whilst we were sat down along with a co worker and then i overheard her say “look at them”when we left. It was uncomfortable and very unprofessional no decorum whatsoever. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Kaci, Philip and Sharon were very welcoming and attentive. It was nice to sit hear and wait for our guest to arrive.
