Hands down the best coffee in Belfast! The nicest, chillest staff making it a pleasure to go back. The cafe atmosphere is so laidback and pleasantly friendly. You can tell they really care about their product and service, frequently having curated popups and collabs. If my boyfriend ever picks me up a coffee I can always tell when it’s Late by the superior taste alone (genuinely, we have blind taste tested as it’s from a keep cup!).

First time back in since the change of name and ownership - was not disappointed! The batch coffee is excellent and the sweet treats are delicious. Staff very welcoming and it’s a lovely relaxed atmosphere to kill some time with a brew.

A bit disappointing, the vanilla pastry didn’t seem to be fresh, the “flat white” was nothing like any flat white I’ve had, it was also very bitter, not smooth like it should be, unfortunate because the staff were lovely but sadly won’t be back!

The coffee here is really good - but the service was really poor. The guy serving was downright rude to my friend when she asked about any dairy-free/vegan doughnuts and acted like she should know which ones were suitable. Given this was her first time there (and I couldn't see any labels), I'm not sure how she'd have known this. There was a cake brought in which we asked if we were able to cut and were told this was fine...only to be told when we brought it out that there was no outside food allowed. I completely understand this policy, but to be told it was fine first, then that we couldn't cut it was very confusing. The member of staff was very rude when he was telling us this and claimed he'd been very busy when we asked. He wasn't - there were three people in the queue and two members of staff. I'd recommended this café to my friends and was honestly embarrassed by how we were spoken to. The coffee, like I said, was great - but the customer service was really poor.

Amazing donuts but asked for a cappuccino and got it in a very small flat white sized cup. You need bigger cappuccinos!

Nice atmosphere. Though don't do much in terms of coffee. Very small selection. In the past there were no milk alternatives. I think that has changed since. Their jam doughnuts are excellent. However for the other combos. Not so keen.

Wonderful. Had heard a lot about this epic place and one of the Baristas used to work at my usual proper coffee café. The donuts are amazing, so fresh and a great choice! The coffee is excellently brewed, single origin and the mugs are lovely. Great, super friendly staff. WiFi is good. Simply superb!

First visit, great place if you like doughnuts. Maybe more take away than sit in. Cappuccino very frothy.

Poor customer service. Understand it's now normal to queue outside, but it was frustrating being the next customer outside in the rain to watch a member of staff have a yarn with his mate for at least 5 minutes, before we could go in and get served. We made a point of this and a staff member who appeared from the back room and hadn't even been there, justified their sh*t service saying "they were talking about coffee" when it was obvious they were talking about biking, rather than just apologize for the wait. Their doughnuts are good, but the coffee has gotten worse and served in tiny cups. Won't be back.

Used to visit every Saturday morning from the place opened, over the last 2 years the donuts have changed. They used to be baked in house, now I believe they are bought in, the texture isn’t great and they don’t last (if you buy a few for next day they go stale)

If delicious donuts and quality coffee are your jam - accept no substitutes.

The coffee is still very good (although small) . The donuts used to be excellent and they set this place above any similar business. I was a regular customer. However, the donuts have changed. They are now average (or worse). Please,Guilt Trip get back to your previous standard or people might as well go buy some Tim-Bits.

The mutts nutts of donut shops and the coffee is great too. Donuts are so big and moist and simply amazing. Pity they don't offer coconut milk as an alternative. Maybe in the future but that won't stop me from calling in every few weeks . Love it!!

Some interesting flavour combos and the best Boston Cream I’ve ever tasted though not always in stock. Last visit was very disappointing with hardly any filling in the donuts.

Lovely donuts. Staff not friendly. Shop was far from clean. If your planning on using the toilets you will need to wipe your feet on the way out.

Promised my daughter a treat after a trip to the doctors in Holywood(doctors are fantastic she hadn't really been before). We where running late and the cafe had closed but the girl was closing up she opened up for us and was brillant with my daughter the lady got her a well deserved cinnamon doughnut. This turned the day into a real positive experience for my daughter thank you

My son was playing footie so called in for takeaway coffee on a Sat morn while he was warming up. I thought the coffees were nice but, were tiny for £3 and gone in a few gulps. Coffee was also lukewarm. Think I will try somewhere else if I am around this way in the future

Ring donuts all vegan friendly and so indulgent. Great coffee too. On the whole, love this place, wouldn't buy my donuts elsewhere!

Nice coffee but lack of donuts selection very early in the day can be very frustrating.

Disappointed doesn't even come close to how we really felt! The place was dirty with sticky counters. There was only one donut left (which is fair enough we went in at 3pmish) The coffee machine wasn't working properly (no milky coffee available) It looked a little run down! My friend used the toilet and said it wasn't the cleanest. The coffees were tiny! The guy behind the counter wasn't the friendliest. We walked out after 5 minutes of sitting and said "we should have just gone to Starbucks" We are all for supporting our local business' but i can honestly say we wont be back..

Top notch donuts that you have about a 50:50 chance of getting any of most days. If you've not pre-ordered I wouldnt bother heading to the shop. Decent coffee and nice staff mind you.

By far the nicest donuts I've ever had, had the 3 box, blueberry and white chocolate, Boston creme and lotus special glaze. Words cannot describe how good they are. Definitely worth every penny

Donuts are okay and coffee is decent but the wait time to get in isn't great. Most times I go the staff are gossiping with customers so you end up standing outside like a spare part for a lot longer than is necessary. Also £5.60 for two donuts I feel is a bit pricey considering the competition you now have.

Their flat whites are the best in town by far but their staff seem so disengaged and the atmosphere feels chilly. In a town full of coffee shops and given they charge premium prices, they could up their game on the customer service front for sure.

Only two types of donuts left despite it being barely noon which is incredibly poor. I had planned on buying a box of 6 for the fam but £15 is an astonishing price. Credit where it’s due though the coffee was great.

Visited January 10th. A donut shop with no donuts after 12 noon and very unfriendly staff, serving only flat whites, with no explanation and talking amongst themselves - exchanging as little words with each customer as possible. Previous experience here about a year ago was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Completely put off by latest visit

Over priced drinks that are no bigger than the size of my toe and dry doughnuts not worth £3 when you could get a 5 pack from ur local supermarket and guarantee they taste nice. Can’t believe it cost me £11 for 2 tiny cups of hot chocolate and 2 doughnuts . Extortionate!!!!

I was looking forward to first visit to Holywood location but was disappointed Firstly sold out of donuts at 2pm!! poor business model and then whist the coffee tasted great only tiny cups (or as another reviewer put it thimble sized) £3 for 3 mouthfuls not great

I regularly visit guilt trip in portstewart because of the great atmosphere and friendly staff. They have taken good covid precautions too. I always order an espresso glaze donut (the donut of champions) and a tea (for £1 might I add which compared to most other coffee shops, let alone one as nice as this is a great price!). The coffee is great in there too as the baristas seem to be well experienced and actually look like they enjoy what they do. All in all the best place on the north coast!

Excellent establishment with a tasty selection of patisseries. Donuts exceptional and accompanied with a good cup of coffee this is an ideal café for a relaxing morning break. Very clean and staff both pleasant and friendly. Definitely a five star location.

Had some delicious donuts to takeaway from the Portstewart branch. The donuts were lovely and the staff were all very friendly and chatty. Had a good selection of flavours some that we’d never seen before, would definitely recommend!!

Great spot for some brilliant coffee. The simplicity of the cinnamon sugar donut is also hard to to beat! Highly recommend.

Fantastic mochas! Really appreciated how helpful staff were in pairing up a good doughnut for my mocha. Also noticed white chocolate and orange mochas so will try them next time.

I visited your new spot in Portstewart. I live here year round and have been avoiding the buzz that the prom brings with the pandemic still at the forefront of my mind and little to no social distancing taking place there. However, today I’d promised my little girls a donut. First off, not one person in the shop - in the queue (besides ourselves and the staff) we wearing masks. Second, the staff weren’t at all friendly, but frankly a bit aloof and ignorant. The donut, although beautiful looking, was average at best... and my thimble of coffee was - well, small for the price. I’m not one for complaining. In fact, I’ve never left anything but positive feedback on tripadvisor ... but with all of the hype around this new spot, I was left pretty underwhelmed.

I have sampled a lot of coffee in and around Belfast and this is one of the very best. And of course the donuts are fantastic.

You cant get better than this place - best coffee, best donuts and best service!

If you appreciate good coffee, delicious freshly made donuts, and friendly, helpful customer service this is the spot to go to. Only downside, it's quite small for sitting in. But with the nature of what they're selling it's perfect for grabbing a coffee to go or ordering a selection of donuts for delivery. Vegan options available. Milk alternatives available for coffee. Always busy, but worth waiting a few minutes extra to get a worthwhile treat. Photo ft. Caramel Espresso Glazed Donut. Dreamy. And an Oat Milk Flat White. (I'm dairy free). Coffee and a Donut for £5. Not at all expensive in my opinion for what you're getting, especially when compared to other chain stores.

Best donuts in Belfast and really good coffee as well. It's slightly small inside but that adds character. Staff were friendly and the place was warm inside which helped shelter from the rain outside. Having not known much about the flavours or what I would like, the staff were friendly and patient as I made my order. Coffee was good and it is obvious that they support their local community and those who regularly visit.
