Visited a few times for family events and love the location, grounds and hotel with excellent service, lovely rooms and truly inspired cooking delivered by highly professional staff. Menus are frequently changed and varied with very good wine selection. Good to see a dedicated dog-friendly section and choice of easy or formal restaurants. Narberth town is excellent and Pembrokeshire is on the threshold for visitors. Disabled access not easy however at The Grove and needs improving.

A superb hotel as always. Relaxed, friendly, and informal. Rooms immaculate. The evening meal is not a budget option, but then what do you expect from one of the finest hotels in Europe, let alone Wales!

The perfect anniversary escape! My wife and I spent a very special few days at the Grove of Narberth where we were treated like royalty from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our celebration memorable. This is the perfect country house hotel. Luxury, warm hospitality, great food, and gorgeous grounds. Settling in to our cottage on our first night with a fire going after a delicious meal was absolute heaven. A truly magical spot in Wales—we couldn't have chosen better.

The most wonderful stay at the Grove. Our room was gorgeous with the best pillows I’ve ever slept on. The gardens, food and staff were delightful. Would recommend to anyone in the area (or not)!

Fantastic. Beautiful suite. We used to love the Grove ~7 years ago but then had a few meals there that left us feeling the service and food had lost its excellence. Until now. Complete turnaround. The 8 course tasting menu was exceptional, the staff friendly and professional. The best overall dining experience we've had in a long time. Maybe the best ever.

Not sure where to start with this exceptional restaurant in St. David’s. We enjoyed a fantastic small plates breakfast- selecting the trout, mushrooms , bacon and pancakes. What a wonderful way to start the day. The plates whilst called small - were a perfect balance of taste and quantity for 2 to share. Thoroughly enjoyable vs a traditional breakfast. We then booked onto the Tasting Menu evening meal for my birthday. I can quite happily say this was one of the best birthday meals I have ever had. The lobster bisque was possibly one of the best things I have ever tasted..!! Followed by a fantastically balanced risotto.. the beetroot cured salmon was a delight and loved the three cornered leek and crispy Alexanders. Then onto the meat course - perfectly cooked belly pork, even a simple potato was made exceptional. The blackberry jelly & sorrel was a wonderful palette cleanser before the quite delicious custard tart… each course showcased unusual foraged wild ingredients, all I can say is more, more, more please. A MUST for anyone visiting St David’s.
