Really great experience at The Upper Deck. Service from Natalie and Matthew was outstanding. Role models for customer service. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Lovely decor and warm ambiance .

Matthew and Natalia were both brilliant. Super service and very knowledgeable when coming to drink and food recommendations. Lamb was cooked to perfection. The steak was equally good. The white chocolate pistachio dessert was incredible.

I came here with friends for my birthday and they set up the table with balloons and I really enjoyed the night. The food was great; the lamb saddle was delicious with the flavour pairings and presentation. My friends had the roast dinner and said the roast pork was super tender, and the Yorkshire puddings were great! The crispy artichoke snack was also especially good. For drinks, we tried the cherry libre cocktail which I would particularly recommend as it’s one of the nicest tasting cocktails I’ve had. What made the experience even better was the service and staff being so wonderful! I only caught one person’s name but Jo and the others serving us that night were all so kind, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here if they’re looking for an elevated experience to treat themselves with. If I’m ever back in Blackpool I would love to visit again.

We have visited upper deck a few times now. In terms of quality and service, best in Blackpool! Staff are always super friendly and go above and beyond. Food is excellent, quick and efficient. Highly recommended!

Natalia and Matthew were excellent. The service and overall ambience complimented the perfect food. Drinks were perfect and glasses never empty. Very attentive without being overbearing.

My second visit to The Upper Deck, as they have a whole new menu to try. Glad to see that not only did the experience meet the high standards of my last visit but exceeded them!! The look and decor of this restaurant is laid back chic with an element of luxury without being pretentious. The service is amazing, with both food and drink recommendations coming from the service teams that really hit the mark. (Tiki Tequila cocktail is amazing!!) The food is magnificent, fresh, well cooked and superbly presented. I would recommend the asparagus or tuna tartare starters, both were superb. The Lamb Saddle and Pork Loin as mains are amazing, get the side of minted jersey royals, you won’t regret it!! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a celebratory meal or as a great place for those looking for a very high end meal without breaking the bank. Will definitely return! 5 Stars!

Not only is the food amazing here, I’d say best restaurant in the Fylde by far, the staff were fantastic too. I have never been to a restaurant where all the staff are as friendly and happy as they were here. We went for our wedding anniversary and they treated us like royalty. A huge thank you to Matthew, Natalia and Jordan. You made our night super special. I highly recommend booking a table at the upper deck bar and grill. You won’t be disappointed! We will definitely be back again soon.

Sunday dinner wowed totally Michelin star service and food well Done Mathew and Jo. Who looked after us awesome food best I’ve had ever absolute heaven. And service best kept secret !

This must be the best restaurant and food in Blackpool! It felt like I was sitting in London or some top city. Nice modern restaurant with great service and the food is great. Tbone steak cooked perfectly, and the sides also perfectly cooked. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience on every level and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Food was delicious my husband enjoyed the pate starter then lamb main. I contacted as I wanted a vegetarian option that was gluten free . The chef sent options to choose from for all courses. My food not only looked beautiful but tasted delicious. We will definitely be back thank you very much for being accommodating where a lot of restaurants don’t even get back to you.

We always love our evenings here but have to mark down on this occasion. The atmosphere was perfect. Beautiful surroundings. Warm welcome. Great table. We were very disappointed with how so few options were on offer on the new spring menu as opposed to the previous menu. There were 4 people in our party and 3 struggled to pick something as a starter and main course. 4 starters not enough. Other than steak options there were just 5 mains which included 2 fish options. No chicken, no duck. Not sure why 2 fish. An imbalance in our family opinion. And burgers are now off the menu. When the meals came they were beautifully presented and very tasty but small portions. The chef definitely has a flair for cooking, very talented, but we felt it was more nouveau cuisine and not what we were looking for for a night at the casino. Of the 4 desserts on offer only 3 were available and our table was booked for 7pm so quite an early booking. Our opinion for what it's worth - bring back the old menu and we will be back. Sadly won't be back until this menu is changed.

From start to finish, it was an evening to remember, I mentioned it was our 35th Wedding anniversary on booking but didn't expect anything. However the moment we arrived all the staff wished us a Happy Anniversary, I was overwhelmed when we got to our table to find it decorated with balloons and a bottle of prosecco. The new spring menu was outstanding, we took the recommendations from the host who was so knowledgeable about the food, as are all the team, so glad we did, it didnt dissapoint ( sorry I didn't get any names)The food is high-end quality food and so many different ingredients and flavours that work so well together, like the artichoke in the Sticky toffee pudding dessert, it was so subtle but absolutely amazing. Every course we had was cooked to perfection and outstanding. The service and staff were second to none. We cannot thank you all enough for making our anniversary so special, it will be one to remember always. We have visited many Michelin star restaurants, but the Upper deck is honestly on a par with them. You have a brilliant team and the best chef. We cannot wait to return. Thank you for a wonderful, memorable evening.

A lovely warm welcome always awaits when visiting The Upper Deck in Blackpool ( 4th visit ) All the front of house staff always have a smile ready for their customers arrival. Natalia when you first walk up the stairs,Rebecca on the floor and our server for the evening Jo were all 1st class. Food wise I opted for the steak whilst my colleague had the pork dish. My colleague has a few allergy issues which were all dealt with in the manner you would expect a quality establishment to do so. The food was beautifully cooked and presented,and we were both super impressed at the value for money. Thanks again to The Upper Deck team for looking after us so well.

Fabulous evening, relaxed and informal surroundings but high end quality food and service. The menu provided plenty of options without being overwhelming. Would definitely recommend and will come again.

We particularly liked the informal surroundings where you can eat and drink in comfort but also take in whatever game of chance/skill you fancied. The service was very good, informative details about individual dishes but not overwhelming. It was a great evening.

Great job with the refurbishment. Menu is excellent. Went for the monkfish which was cooked to perfection and ribeye steak which was done just as I'd requested and tasted great. All our party enjoyed their food. Decent wine list and very attentive service. We'll be back.

Had a suprise Birthday here for 60 odd guests the staff was amazing food fantastic and whole experience was night to remember. Cant thank you all enough and friends enjoyed the casino too . The service in the resteraunt was 2nd to none Everyone loved the 3 course meal Thanks again so much

Eaten many times in the restaurant over the years, so when we came across a Wowcher for 2 courses, a glass of prosecco each & a £25 roulette spin for 2 we jumped at the opportunity. The restaurant is beautiful & staff are amazing so friendly & professional. The prosecco were actually mini individual bottles which was great. We had the trout & beetroot starters both were tasty but the main courses were outstanding lamb rump & hake. We were advised that the mains didn't come with any sides so we ordered triple cooked chips which really weren't required & not something we would order again being honest. From start to finish it was lovely. The bill without any extras would have been around £75 but with the voucher, it cost £29. Would not hesitate to recommend it.

This was our first meal at Upper Deck and it won’t be our last. The staff were welcoming and attentive and provided a great service. The food was absolutely outstanding, everything was cooked to perfection and presented most beautifully.

Food was awesome . Staff Frankie was so polite & looked after us . We will defitently return . Made our Easter thankyou
