GRILLER in Barking and Dagenham

Chicken was tasteless and soggy. Potato wedges were cold. Part of my order didn’t turn up I called them and they said they are really busy could they call me back in 5 minutes. Never got the phone call. Tried calling them to resolve the problem and was going straight to answer phone. I would not recommend them.

Food was made to order and fresh, chips were abit hard but overall good food

Rice were very soggy, looks like someone put water to moist them and didn’t looked fresh

Tremendous quality, enjoyed by the whole family. The Peri chicken was delivered fresh, well cooked and seasoned, although I would have preferred less lemon flavour. The portion size was excellent, the platter containing a great variety, good value for money.

Really like their chicken. Always still hot when it arrives.

i specifically wrote a note for lemon n herb dip but didnt get one and i received my order 45 mins late from expected time and it was cold. Chicken was also overcooked and feels too dry.

I don’t know why I order from this place. My memory span must be short. They are always always late. Not by few mins but 20-30 mins. It’s never been any other way. Hopefully I remember not to order from here again

I’m very disappointed by flavour of the chicken it smelled bad and the lemon and herb flavour was awful so sour it was hard to eat !!! Very very disappointing no issue with the delivery or the delivery time. But upset about the food!

just eat app said food was on its way and we waited and waited and it was 30 minutes later that it finally arrived the chips were cold. this happens time and time again food takes more than an hour to arrive

My friend recommended me, surprisingly amazed that their fried chicken is without frying but tastes same as fried chicken

Chips were over cooked and cold. Chicken was tepid at best. Filet in burger was dry. Overall most of it went in the bin. Very disappointed.

Amazingly surprised of their fried chicken without frying. It’s steam & baked not fried that’s what they explained to us, very healthy option that is as cheat meal.

Ordered 4 grilled wings and a chicken wrap. The chicken wings were old, reheated with sauce, dry and not nice. The chicken wrap wasn't even wrapped up properly, what's going on Griller. Bring back your old grill chef!

Fresh & hot fried chicken without frying as always. They were very very busy as always but still got my order in time.

Ordered at 1730 hoping to eat at 1830 . I am still waiting after 5 calls to the restaurant.

Very, very salty. Too much salt. Having to remove the skin to eat. Corn overcooked but nice. Onion rings lovely. Shame about the chicken. Will not be ordering again.

Why even bother! The restaurant calls you 20 mins before your order to check if you want drink a or b and then get to you an hour later!

Not all items in our peri peri bucket arrived and what did was absolutely horrendous! The chips tasted like they’d been cooked days prior and re-heated. The chicken was so over cooked that I struggled to cut it with a steak knife!! After a couple of mouthfuls, I threw it in the bin. Biggest waste of twenty quid!! I will never be ordering from here again!! And to top it off, the food arrived late and cold!

food was good. there was an accident so they were late, but also they forgot the rice. The manager sent the rice immediately & we had two free cans of drink as compensation.

NOT IMPRESSED!!! Food was cold and wraps were very poorly prepared one was so loose and running with liquid which leaked all over me staining my T-shirt. Delivery driver was indifferent when I told him he was late, too busy talking on his phone.

Peri-peri chicken is supposed to be cooked on the grill marinated in sauce. They delivered ‘fried style’ chicken which had a coating on it and then appeared to have poured peri-peri over it!
