Food was out for delivery for a long time and arrived cold

Tiny store, inadequate for the location. Attracts shop lifters like magnets, see scum grab and run all the time, helping themselves to sandwiches, cookies, doughnuts, drinks and leaving without paying. The tables are filthy and the customers are aggressive, swearing all the time and no respect for society. Beggars usually patrolling outside the entrance. 😡

My order has not been delivered but is showing it has.

Absolutely ridiculous more than half of my order is missing, total joke. Delivery driver said that’s all he was given.

The order wasn't correct. Some items were missing or not correct :( tasty food though! :)

half the pizzas were substituted with no communication and the toppings had slid off the pizzas

Delivery rider was brilliant and delivered with care.

Only issue is i hate coffee and my hot chocolate smelt and taste like mint and coffee extremely upset

food was good, delivery driver was rude, he couldn't find my house but had pressed delivered 30 mins before he delivered it and didn't call and was very rude when he fount the house

The delivery guy was lost 3 streets away from my property, then rode past my home then continued in wrong direction. No communication. With us , everything was cold the hot drinks were half empty and cold x

Wasn’t riders fault because I live in a flat the map takes him round the corner and he’s new to the job so no harm no foul

The order was received over 2 hours after placing the order and once received the order came incorrect , ordered 6 slice pizza and received only 4 slices. Extremely unhappy.

Contactless and card machines haven’t been working for weeks. You can’t even use a gift card. No sign to warn you this you only find out once you have chosen your food and go up to pay. Drinks fridge isn’t even cold and is actually hotter than the outside temperature.

Gregg’s should consider the way the food will be delivered to the customer and accommodate accordingly. Making sure the items are secured enough before travel. Happy with the delivery he did a good job thank you.

We got told we was going to have our money back but nothings came through

pizza box came crushed cheese was stuck all over the box the wedges was spilt all inside the bag and the food came cold. not very happy as the app won't let me submit any pictures of my order after answering the reason to why I am complaining the screen goes blank but will let me get £6 credit for saying the food was just cold the service needs to be looked at and I need a refund and a way to send the evidence..

Driver dropped off somewhere else first after it had already taken him 30 mins to get to greggs

The pizzas come all slapped up and messy as if the delivery man was not careful when bringing them

I added extras to one of the sandwiches for my partner the sandwich was made poorly and missing all the ingredients I paid extra for.

Extremely rude manager, talking about customers as though they are not there

Very unwelcoming staff, take long to make simple orders, one staff member I'll and not wearing any protective equipment around food and drinks.

Staff friendly and very quick at serving Always seems busy , but food always fresh. Only wish they could do something about the groups of chavy scum bags that walk in. Push in the line then steal food out the fridges/hot unti an walk off. Seen it happen 3 or 4 times now. Not the staff fault as I wouldn't challenge, but maybe a guard

Food took an age to be delivered, driver went to the wrong address and food was stone cold when it arrived. And the tamper seal in the food bad was also broken... I am so unhappy

The bacon came over cooked like that hard we couldn’t even bite in to it

Cannot fault the service, they called to advise no cucumber for one of the rolls, gave the option to change order or have with no cucumber, gave some free donuts to apologise, which was a nice touch Would highly recommend

I ordered white choc cookies and they gave me choc chip without telling me. If I wanted choc chip I would’ve ordered choc chip.

I Ordered 4 jam doughnuts and 2 caramel only received 2 jam doughnuts and just the 2 caramel ones so not happy at all

Drink had been spilled everywhere and food was stone cold

Sent 2 coffees rather than a tea and a coffee and both cups had lost half the coffee during delivery due to Not being sealed properly

Tea spilled all over the hot cobs so was not edible

When food arrived it was cold. Food bag was covered in chocolate milkshake for some unknown reason when I’ve not ordered any milkshake. Not to mention the fact that the cold drinks and food were put in the same bag. Furthermore on the tracking the delivery driver stopped to talk to a friend for a solid 10 minutes. Poor service

I was served by a lovely man. Very nice and helpful. I don't remember his name all I remember is he had a unique tattoo on his face 😊

Every time I receive my coffee half of it has been spilled during delivery

Fresh stuff, cheap and tasty. The sweet chill fried chicken stuff(can't remember the name cause I just dive in straight) very tasty and as a lover of chilli I'm happy to get a place that says chilli chicken and it's spicy ( though not hot hot but you get my drift😅)

No where does it say on the description that the particular baguette I ordered had Chipotle sauce. Although it does say it on the label it's not helpful not being on the description on the website. Couldn't eat the baguette which is disappointing.
