Greggs in Manchester

This Greggs is quite big and close to AL! Like it very much! The service attitude is very friendly! The food is delicious! Students who live in Affinity living can come here! Btw, TGTG blind box is a great value!

Missing an item, and the only cold and only hot items were put into the same bag which made the hot items soggy. More attention to detail needed when selecting and bagging items.

Absolutely appalling, missing 2 donuts, a sausage cheese and bean melt and a mocha.

Met this amazing Lad Dean Power who works there. Amazing service by him and amazing food.

As much as I love Greggs, this location missed the mark. I was looking forward to getting a sausage roll before heading over to the People’s History Museum. This particular Greggs location seemed like a great choice, but the lack of seating really killed it. The food was delicious (as always) and if you’re on-the-go or looking for a quick bite, this is a great option. But, eating your food standing up or somewhere else isn’t ideal.

Order wasn’t delivered, showing on app it was but nothing came

Everything was ice cold, along with a sticker saying “sorry we had to swap something” I was disappointed and eager to complain, but after eating one of the cold sausage rolls I was sent, instead of what I ordered, my hanger has dissipated somewhat but I still wanna express my disappointment at receiving cold food which I didn’t orderx

Not the best Greggs out there. The range on offer is standard Greggs and a usual Greggs hit or miss for how hot the bakes are. It is swamped in the morning by commuters, often resulting in long waits. However outside of the morning or lunch period, its quite quiet, however the staff seem to work at a glacial pace no matter the time of day, except for one or two notable normal speed workers whom look fast in comparison.

cold drink with warm pastry caused the food to be cold

Sent wrong food and it was Cold - total rubbish will never order from this specific Greggs again

Bags were ripped and wet and full of dirt.

Ordered around 1pm didn't receive till 2.46. Delivery driver at fault. Greggs gave us extra to make up for the inconvenience so thank you for that.

Just fantastic. Possibly one of my favourite greggs in Manchester. Quick service, good prices and best of all great food. Greggs is my favourite bakery of all time and the Vegan sausage rolls are delightful i have never had a bad experience here. This particular greggs is great to take the kids after a long day at the science and industry museum which is very close by along with the transport museum.

I think the packaging needs to be better for pick ups. The coffees were all bundled up so you couldn't tell which packages were coffee and which were food or which way up they were meant to be. This resulted in the coffee being put in the bag sideways and going all over the food.

Great food. I love the vegan options. I'm a Regular customer and even have the app.

First time using Just Eat. Ordered some Donuts for my colleagues as a treat and asked for them to be delivered to the workplace with instructing at 11am. Delivery person called me 10:55 when I was unable to answer the call. Call him back 5 minutes later. Impossible to communicate since he doesn't speak English. Clearly hadn't read the instructions (which are straightforward). Now isn't answering my calls or texts (no I haven't been rude, didn't even get that far). Apparently the order has been "delivered" yet the donuts are no-where to be seen. Can't talk to anyone, Just-Eat customer service is just an automated message. Just-Eat has stolen £15 off me, never again.

2nd attempt, much better this time. Now if Just-Eat will refund me for the 1st train wreck of a delivery we're all square.

Driver was over 40 minutes late. Said he was at the restaurant for more than 30 minutes till I called the restaurant and they told me he had only just turned up. All food has arrived completely cold.

Chicken bake was really sweet. Sweeter than what I’ve had at other stores. Hot chocolate was perfect. Wish the bakes were slightly warm at least. Delivery was quick!

Order was 20 minutes early, and driver was very rude when I explained I wasnt there to collect it. Managed to arrange somebody else to go down and get it.

I ordered two Rolls and Sausage and got sausage rolls.

Food arrived ice cold, missing ketchup in the bacon roll when selected. Also missing item which was an Omelette roll. First time using and not impressed

I enjoy a Greggs. I visited Greggs Spinningfields for some lunch while at work. I wanted a Steak Bake and a sausage roll. Both of which weren't available as they were still being cooked so I had to settle with a slice of pizza.

Items were missing from my order, I called greggs directly and they said just call just eat and they will sort it out. Contact just eat and I have to wait 7 days for it to be looked into and possibly a refund. Disgusting

My coffee was half spilt and improperly packaged so it went everywhere and we got a drink that we specifically didn’t ask for

The driver never collected the food from the store and never delivered it to me, he came with a order from a different store when I refused it he told me he will go get the right order and never returned

Excellent choice in this Greggs with warm options a plenty. Always a queue but efficient staff and service means you never wait too long

Someone at Greggs decided it would be a good idea to put an ice cold drink in the same bag and touching hot food so now all the foods cold and the drink is close to warm? Surely there’s a better way to do it?

Visited Greggs in Spinningfields today after popping into the office since working from home for the last 18 months or so. The staff are still pleasant and are also still lovely as ever and the place is always clean. You can’t beat Greggs and definitely will be visiting again next time I’m back in the office.

Before I paid it came up £3.15 then after I paid for the meal it came up £5.19

Forgot half my order and you can't speak to anyone on the phone. Delivery man couldn't find the office - won't be using again!

Requested them to put 2 doughnuts in a box they put all the biscuit and choc muffin in with them everything looked unappealing and doughnuts hardly any icing left on them won't be ordering from here again considering I phoned then with specific requests they didn't meet my standards
