Had a lovely girl serving us. Service with a smile! Food was lovely and a great price. Good selection of lunch items to choose from. Fudge donut is my favourite!!

Went to sit in for a snack. Fixed bench’s, so unless your stick thin, it useless. All the single tables were filthy. One girl on counter and I saw 3 round the back. Only cleanish table was beside the automatic door. It was a cold dreich day, we were frozen. Capaccino wasn’t very hot. The place was empty, but a few people came in for a takeaway. There’s loud fans above the counter area and I had to get the girl to repeat everything she asked me. Don’t waste your time, go to Starbucks next door.

Specific to the drive thru - what's the point of this place? You wait forever at the order point and pretty much need to call hello to get the staff to notice you. No welcome, just a sullen "what can I get you?" Everything you ask for, they have to go and check if it's available. "Ham salad baguette", they toddle off to see if they've got one. "Tuna crunch baguette" they toddle off again to see if they've got one. And if they don't, asking "what have you got" means another toddle off to look. Order eventually completed, a sullen "next window". Yes, it's Aberdeen where service, courtesy and manners are generally pretty poor, but surely Greggs must have some standards for their franchisees to follow? Two chicken bakes ordered, and at the next window to collect, they were cold. "Greggs doesn't serve hot food" they tell me. Well, if I wanted two cold chicken bakes to take home to heat up, I'd get them from Tesco at £1.50 instead of Greggs at £4.60. Saving us customers from the pasty tax they say - rubbish, saving Greggs from the costs of hot-holding and of training their staff. Payment, another sullen "£15.60", no "That'll be" or "please". Payment taken in silence and unacknowledged. Overall, a terrible experience that I've repeated once too often now. Greggs Drive Thru at Westhill - never again!
