Amazing service from staff. Sorted a problem out straight away. More than helpful, kind and respectful. I would highly recommend this shop.

whole thing was barely cooked, 1 sausage in the baguettes and bacon all stringy and pale.

I specifically asked for fresh bacon in the notes and all I got was bacon that had been lying for a while. Ended up in the bin.

has a few issues in the past with things being left out on the order so put a note on asking to check everything, to the member who wrote the note back, THANK YOU! I really appreciate it.

greggs staff are apparently unable to read, this is the third time they've messed the order up and sent the order without all the items paid for. avoid.

Absolute joke. What is the point in sending someone on a bicycle on a 20 minute bike ride to my house with HOT food. Clue is in the name. HOT FOOD.

I’m diabetic ordered sugar free juice got full sugar. I understand if it’s not in stock they subsidise it with another drink but if the ordered drink is sugar free plz in future subsidise with another sugar free drink or just refund the money.

a lovely member of yr staff called Meg, went above and beyond and sent some extra caramel sauce with a lovely note , as my wee daughter is autistic and has a meltdown if the caramel sauce is accidentally forgotten so meg gave us a couple extra and completely made my wee girls day! she has lovingly saved your little note. thankyou so so much, your act of kindness, has made my wee girl feel very special. and i cannot thank you enough, your a shining light and you totally rock! much love 💜💋 xx

There was a missing item of walkers prawn cocktail crisps which I paid for but did not receive which is a bit of a let down

yet again it seems the greggs staff can't read or they can't manage to organise the items ordered.

the delivery driver at me to tip him. and also ask for me to pay for his parking at East kilbride Town center. km sorry but hour delivery driver should not be ask the people they deliver to for tip or packing money , I felt very uneasy he was ag my door for 5 mins and kept ask me

all the hot food was cold and the roll bread was stale

I got a completely wrong order, I got a hot chocolate and some sausage rolls with brown sauce, nothing even remotely similar to my order. This is just ridiculous

Third time in a row items are missing from the order, do greggs staff know how to count / pick items out?

Ordered was quite close to closing time and they where able to accommodate our request even with some of the menu being out of stock. Great customer service

I have to say the team within this branch are outstanding! Never had an issue with missing items from them, the food is always nice and hot and they leave a lovely message on the bag ( super cute ). Greggs is Greggs but it helps that the items are piping hot! Delivery is always super speedy as well which is nice! Thanks guys!

Ordered 3 meal deals cakes pizza and sausage rolls. The pizza was delivered fresh hot and extremely tasty! Sausage rolls were scrumptious! Meal deals excellent value for money and fresh tasty ingredients, I need to ask something before I ordered and phoned the shop where the manager couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable on products I wanted. My order came packaged nice and correct, driver was lovely. Would definitely order from this Greggs again. Top marks! A+++

Estimated time kept changing and ended up 50 minutes later than originally stated. Phoned and was told it’s just eat who are responsible for drivers. Food was freezing and had obviously been made and waiting.

Food didn't even turn up absolute disgrace

Bacon baguette delicious & hot, toastie ham & cheese mouth watering tasted brilliant, steak bakes roasting and delicious, best breakfast I’ve had in ages and 6 x steak bake deal well worth the money. Big thanks to servers at Town centre Greggs, great job and deliver driver thanks food early, hot and undamaged cheers.

Chargrilled chicken sandwich had a poor filling. Not worth the money.

Didn’t receive my Latté and the sausages were cold. Never ordering again.

Cappuccino no chocolate again. Everything else fine, always disappointed when I open the lid and no chocolate, usually OK but happened before. Always order a large and always look forward to it ☹️

I’ve order Scottish Pie but they give me steak pie which I don’t like it. No refund 😥 very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend this Greggs again.

Did not show up at all. Have contacted just eat for a refund as this is ridiculous. Waited an hour to be told it had been delivered, nothing was delivered though. Want my money back ASAP

Chicken Bake was cold. Delivery driver was impatient, did not observe notice that I am disabled and take time to get to door. He left order on doorstep, where I couldn’t reach it. He, reluctantly, came back and relocated order inside porch.

Fab food as always! Was expecting 4 cold sausage rolls but they were lovely and warm. Always good quality food and 3 very happy kiddos. Driver was funny, brilliant and super nice too!

cold food, wrong order. i ordered hot cookies and hot yumyums but i received two boxes of hot yumyums

I am disabled and take time to get to door. There is a clear sign to this effect. That said, I got to door in reasonable time. Food etc was left on doorstep making it difficult for me to lift. I ordered 4 large bottles of ORANGE juice. I received 4 bottles of APPLE juice.

They gave me the wrong order. Im missing a bottle of irn bru and a custurd dohnut

By the time order showed up food was cold phoned the resteraunt says the order was picked up at quarter past 7 and the guy shows it at my house just after 9

Chicken salad only had 1 tiny bit of chicken in it. Very disappointed.

I ordered an omelette roll with bacon because the Gregg’s in question had omelettes. The roll came without the omelette! Disappointing

Placed an order for 2x onion bakes, a hot baguette and cold baguette and only received cold baguette - very unpleasant experience left most people without their food.
