Greggs in Northumberland

Staff very pleasant and well mannered ,very quick to serve customers. The staff seem to have a good relationship with the regular customers.

Went sunday mid day and stood in a rediculous queue as usual takes ages to get served as its no longer a bakery its a cafe that sells a few bakery products all i wanted was a pack of stotties but it was my choice to wait so fair enough. Sadly on monday morning i opened them to enjoy a nice bacon stottie but alas stotties were covered in mould and strangley i couldnt read the best before date anyway was less than impressed so in future il buy my stotties elsewhere

Absolutely grim. Intention was to visit toilet before buying lunch. The gents toilet had excrement smeared on toilet seat and because of poor standards I did not take risk of buying food.

Staff need customer service skills the member of staff rude couldn't be bothered, terrible rude needs to find herself another job if she's really not happy

In pouring rain whilst visiting Alnwick my wife & I went to Greggs for some lunch. We were warmly welcomed by the lady serving & placed our order. My wife had a pasty & americano & I had a sausage roll & lattee. The food was warm & very tasty & the coffees were good. The shop was quite clean, spacious & bright.

We're not regular Greggs customers and were pleased to find staff friendly and helpful. Great prices tio. What's not to like.

Hats off to the young man who was working here yesterday & went out of his way to give a terrific customer experience. In all my years of ordering a hot chocolate,NOBODY has ever asked if I would like cream on it, but he did & it made a run of the mill drink so special!

As always at a Greggs outlet, courteous, professional, efficient and friedly. Consistent high standard of baking and drinks. Full marks

It is a very big Greggs compared to the average sized Greggs. It is also right next to a WHSmith which is an ultimate bonus. I could've stayed there for hours and admire the infrastructure of the building.
