Greggs contacted me as food had been sat waiting for 30 minutes to be picked up so asked me to find out where your delivery person was. Eventually arrived 35 minutes late but thankfully Greggs made sure the food ordered was fresh and hot.

Always slow service receipt not working fault of the organisation not the people on site

Great hot food. but fruit pot melon and grapes was dated 25 June. now 26th june

The cakes were squashed and melted as they were placed on top of hot items and not delivered separately

I wouldn't mind the delivery time being an hour, if they said an hour up front rather than saying 25-35 minutes then pushing the time back by ten minutes three times. So annoying. If it had been possible to cancel, I would have.

Driver messed up with my order and still waiting. Have a horrible feeling I’ve been scammed. Not happy with the driver at all!

all the food was piping hot, tasted amazing and a very speedy delivery

The driver told me that he got stuck in traffic and the food was cold when received it was not even in an insulated bag really unhappy

Greggs forgot to add ketchup and garlic sauce pots for the hot food.

Can't go wrong with a Greggz, superb value and decent product.

Ordered a hot sandwich meal deal and a chicken bake. Took ages to get to me and on the map the driver was parked at a street behind me for a while. Finally got my food and the bag was stuck back down a second time it looked like and my ham and cheese hot baguette was missing. Very angry as the main part of my meal was missing.

The food is pretty good and the service is fast ,staff are polite, gets pretty busy towards mid day so sometimes easier to go to the greggs on the other side of town to avoid the lines

I visit this site daily before work. All of the staff are always happy, helpful and polite. It's nice to be greeted every morning by them.

Bit slow at times but you know what your getting and it's always good

I would like a full refund and this is horrendous I’ve had two young kids waiting over 2 hours for there food I ordered at 8:30am and didn’t get my food for hours it’s shocking I would like a full refund please my food was cold aswel I couldn’t give it to the kids

The coffees were spilt everywhere only had half a cup by the time it got here and my kids cakes were not in the bag either.

Gregg runs cause of its brand name. They provide good options for breakfast and coffee.

This took almost 2 hours to arrive and then arrived freezing!

Ordered 2 chicken baked and received cheese and beans melt, my friend doesn’t like them so very inconvenient and also forgot tomato sauce in both the roll and baguette

60 mins late for 2 doughnuts. Jam doughnut tasted stale

Asked for a topping to be removed from my pizza, and they did exactly that. Nothing more I needed, great food, fresh and hot, great delivery aswell

Great service from greggs however poor service from just eat. Contacted by greggs an hour after placing order saying food was ready but driver assigned hadn’t arrived, was unable to cancel order on app/website

Driver collected my paid for food and didn't deliver it to me. Happens all the time the drivers are absolutely ridiculous. Woman from Greggs was so lovely and helpful, i'll go in to get food from there from now on.

Drinks were completely wrecked on delivery, has spilled all in the bag and teabag has broken so tea was just covered in bits.

It's a Greggs right? Can't really go THAT wrong... Visited at around 1pm - very few sandwiches/rolls left on the shelf, many options completely gone. Lots of doughnuts not available either - as the store had boxed them up into packs of 12... Yeah great, thanks. Very helpful, not. Otherwise - standard Greggs

The delivery arrived at the time we had booked it for which was great. First of all the food was packed badly. Cold drinks were packed with hot food, which is a definite no to myself and most people. Secondly, one of the Cappuccino lids was not pushed down properly and as a result half of the liquid inside leaked out. Thirdly, one of the rashers of bacon was overdone and fourth the hash browns were flavourless. Overall it was alright, but not enjoyable.

Was all nice and hot today and no spillages so happy about this as normally is not very hot and spills but today it never and all piping hot aswell worth it day thank you

All came and no spillage this time steak bake a bit cold but everything else was fine

They put my hot drink in with the food and tipped every were and all all no good now now happy about this at all as they should of put the hot drink separate

Received a call from Greggs that the delivery driver Rudely and abruptly entered the shop and took one bag without even checking or confirming the order, leaving two bags containing 90% of the order in the shop, the driver was notified about this when he arrived to deliver the food. He then proceeded to argue with myself and my 15 year old child that if we didn’t pay he wasn’t going back to get the rest of the order because it wasn’t his fault. This is absolutely disgusting & I am not happy about this at all. We’ve been left with nothing but sauce and a bottle of coke and a bottle of oasis after. £20 order!!?

Excellent service, great breakfast & great delivery

A very busy shop. Lovely staff, food hot and so was the tea. Unfortunately no sugar or sweeteners (I always have sweeteners in my bag) we sat outside watching the trams. And enjoying our food and drink, because no seating in this one.

Who puts hot drinks in with the food? My pizza is soaked in coffee so it’s going in the bin now, nice one

Everything we ordered was in the delivery. It was well packed, with hot food seperate from hot drinks. Also the cold drinks and food were in a separate bag from the hot items which, unfortunately, is not always the case with other eateries. Most, if not all, of the items in the breakfast rolls were fresh meaning that they tasted great, not least because they were well prepared. The chocolate sprinkles are put in an single use espresso cup so that you can add them when you're ready to. This was our first time ordering breakfast from Greggs and it was excellent. If you want good quality, affordable breakfast on the go I would recommend Greggs.

i ordered 2 ploughmans rolls,wich was put in bag with warm msausage rolls also only had 3 donuts with icing on wich also was in bag with warm sausage rolls

Drinks had spilled so one of the teas had less than half in 😔 probably delivery fault as opposed to restaurant bit still reflects poorly

My order was missing a bottle of orange juice

Everything we ordered was accurate, except for the pizza boxes included in the sharing meal deal. We were meant to get 2 pizza boxes and 12 donuts, we received received full amount of donuts. When it came to the pizza we received less than what we ordered, the 2 pizza boxes should've came to having 12 pieces of pizza and we received only 4, with a big family to feed on a special day (daughters bday) we are very upset with how our order has turned up.

i was wondering if u could possibly help today my mum and sister was in newport town and about 1:40pm popped into ur shop in friars walk and ordered 2 pepperoni pizza slices wen they got home i had them for my dinner. The one slice i really enjoyed as i always do but the other slice i had to throw away as i took a bite and it had a strange taste of washing up liquid so i dont know if u have a problem with ur washing facilities but wa can b done plz

Didn't have anything for me, they stopped the veg pasties that all my family liked then made a new 1 that's not worth a penny

The sausage rolls are delicious. The prices are pretty low and good value for money. If you want a decent cup of coffee then you visit Greggs.
