Walked in full of hope and expectation, we spend a great deal in establishments like this. Glared at as soon as we entered. Awkward. Did a circuit, observed the afterthought tatty tables in the “cafe”, glared at again through the plastic screens. Left. Glared at again through the window. A smile is free, go on a training course and learn it.

Really interesting range of products. Good quality organic veg and plenty to keep vegetarians and vegans happy in terms of variety. A shop I found it easy to spend plenty of money in and I was so pleased with what I came away with. The locally produced apple juice was really outstanding. Good and helpful service.

I inadvertently seemed to have approved of the sole one star review, which I can't seem to undo. That review wasn't even really about the shop or its food. This place is an excellent go-to shop for organic, and/or veggie or vegan food, with some really hard to find ingredients. Always helpful and polite staff.

With my wife & one of my grandchildren being gluten intolerant, I've started to use this shop recently. Very impressive choice of 'alternative' foods, & organic herbs & spices at fair prices, friendly & helpful staff.

Greenlink are pioneers of organic food and drink retail. I remember going there in the 90s the first time. Despite all the competition from the big supermarkets they have managed to keep going. This is a wonderful family run shop with excellent products and a fab cafe. It is a superb cafe to chat and meet locals. So brilliant to see a local business surviving so long and sticking to their ethical tradiing principles. Mike the owner is a top guy! Highly recommend this place. Whenever I am in the UK, I try and pop in.

Not only is this a lovely shop with a wide range of vegan, veggie, gluten free produce and freshly grown salads, fruit and veg - they also have the world's greatest brownies. The only problem is that everyone knows that they're amazing so they sell out fast. You have to be prepared to barge through the crowds to get your hands on these brownies but it's soooo worth it!

Absolute disgrace of a person works here. We made a mistake when clearing our dog poo up and put it in the wrong bin. Not being from the area we didn't know there was another bin nearby. She bought this to our attention in a rude manner, we initially apologised and said we would put it in the other bin and didn't realise. She then got VERY abusive for no reason, it was an honest mistake. Yes we did say some nasty things in return but only because this nasty woman started the abuse after we had apologised . Wouldn't waste your time giving this place any of your money when such a nasty woman works here. Disgusted.

This is my favourite organic shop in Malvern - the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a small café which serves soup, coffee and cake. I have been several times with my baby and we both enjoy the calming atmosphere. Every soup I've tried has been very filling and tasty, and the coffee is very good.

We always stop off here when we go to Malvern. They do great soup and the homemade chocolate brownies are the best we have ever tasted anywhere! Also a great selection of eco friendly food, cleaning products, drinks and fresh bread and veg. A must place to visit in the heart of Malvern.

This shop, with little cafe, is amazing and a godsend for vegans and vegetarians. We much prefer Greenlink to the Bran Tub as the owner and staff are so much more helpful and friendly. The cakes and quiches are delicious.

This cosy little cafe/shop is perfect for a tea or coffee with a friend. Or maybe a sit down with a soup and a roll whilst you're out and about up town? The shop has a really great selection of organic products to choose from, and if you don't see what you're looking for the staff are friendly and go to lengths to help out a customer. Also, the organic walnut brownies are to die for!

I shop here for veg and other organic produce regularly, often more than once weekly. I know all the staff. Mike, the owner is a fountain of knowledge on all things organic. He has his own plot of land which produces some of the organic produce. That is far superior to Waitrose or any other organic sellers in the area. The soups are deliciously prepared by Lesley, from the organic produce they sell. As an Acupuncturist with 30 years experience,I highly recommend my patients to choose organic food, because your body has less toxin to deal with. A supermarket apple for example can have 48 different pesticides (Forbes) sprayed on it. To me that is criminal! Go organic-take care of your body-mind. Greenlink has the widest range of organic food, drink and products in Worcestershire.

Visited Greenlink today with a couple of friends for coffee rolling into a light lunch. Greenlink is primarily a health food shop, so not somewhere I would immediately think of for coffee/lunch, but in view of today's experience, will certainly make it a regular! Coffees and hot chocolate all delicious; and the homemade soup was especially good; light and tasty. Clearly a popular cafe with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Look forward to returning.

Lugar encantador para una sopa rápida, té y flapjack. Los flapjacks siempre están frescas y vienen en una variedad de sabores. Me encanta blackcurrent y cerezos y almendros. La sopa Butternut squash es muy nutritivo. Sencillo, orgánicos tarifa es un lugar estupendo. Ambiente bajo llave en una tienda de alimentos naturales. Me gusta tomar té después de ir de compras a veces.

This is one of the few remaining independent Organic grocery shops, and is now the only one in Malvern. Mike who runs the shop is very knowledgeable in the food business generally, and Organic specifically. Always lends a ear and can usually get you what need as regards organic range of foods, drinks etc. This is not a full blown restaurant, with 3 types of knives etc.! The food is good for your health and doesn't have the rubbish (chemicals/additives) added to most cuisine these days. The cafe provides organic soups, food, pasties based on what is locally available and it is reasonably priced. Highly recommended if you care about your health and the environment.

I called in for lunch while shopping in Malvern. The soup was lovely, coconut and sweet potato with a seeded roll, I also bought some scones for later. Lovely home made food, generous portions and really good value. There is an organic health food shop alongside the small cafe area, where the owner Mike is on hand to give advice and is very knowledgeable. The place is spotless and certainly would recommend everyone trying this place, even if you normally eat meat you will love it.

After living in the area for years we finally visited the Den. Tea and a panini was ordered by both of use. We were warned of a wait, but it didn't take too long. Good quality ingredients and tasty. Well worth a visit

Great local pub a short drive from the Malvern Showground. Full of regulars. Great home cooked food and the freshest of peas. Shame we couldn't stay longer to have another from Jeremy Clarksons brewery. Lovely beer garden with plenty to keep the kids entertained

Searching for nice pub in the area and wow did we find it. Very busy on a Saturday night which was a good sign. All the staff were extremely attentive and what seemed like a family run business made for a lovely evening. Food was well priced and plentiful all served with a smile. Menu was obviously thought through and catered for all pallets. Well done, we will definitely be back.
