Another great welcome for City of Belfast Advanced Motorcyclists. Very well looked after by staff. Excellent breakfasts with loads of fresh tea and filter coffee. Looking forward to our next visit. One if our favourite Saturday morning destinations.

10 of us had a fantastic meal here , service was friendly and efficient and the food was fresh, well cooked and delicious. Would definitely recommend

Before going to stay at The Aul Shop, Cabra I had checked out places to eat. Greenans was literally across the road. We booked for dinner on the Friday night. They have an excellent selection of food. My husband and I decided, as it was a steakhouse to go for an Open steak sandwich and our daughter had the southern fried chicken burger. Our daughter and I asked for no salad/dressing. Our food came exactly as requested. The large steak was on garlic bread and covered in cheese. The food was delicious and came at a reasonable price. I don't normally have dessert but the Apple Crumble was also excellent. As we were so delighted we went back on Saturday morning at 10am for breakfast. Again it was very tasty and well priced. All the staff were helpful and very friendly. Even locals made us feel welcome.

Fantastic day yesterday at Greenans Steakhouse. We were there to celebrate Holy Communion. The place was fully booked. The food was fantastic as were the staff. Nothing was a problem. A disco was put on for the kids (and some parents) which they really enjoyed. Thank you so much for a wonderful day. Highly recommended Greenans for any occasion!

We Recently held our Sons First Holy Communion and no better Venue to Celebrate it!! From Start to Finish we can never fault this fabulous Bar & Restaurant!! Beautiful and Reasonable food and can never be faulted. Friendly Staff and Child friendly with a fantastic Play Area for all ages. You won't be disappointed!!

We held our daughters 18th birthday party here over the weekend and it was PERFECT 🤩 the staff couldn’t do enough from guidance on room decorations, Noel’s Balloon Arch, party food and the amazing fun bar staff who enjoyed the fun ! Great night had by all - Thank You

Came here over the weekend with a group of friends for something to eat after an issue with our air b&b property owner. We had been left stranded after travelling up from Dublin and had nowhere to stay last minute. After eating in Greenans and searching online for last minute places to stay for the night, one of the owners, i believe her name is Caroline, approached us and asked if we were okay. We explained the situation and she kindly sorted us out with incredible accommodation for the weekend! Such a lovely family restaurant and the food was amazing. Will definitely come back to visit if we’re in Newry again!

Went for a Sunday lunch as a group of 6 adults and 2 children. We had a lovely meal and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is very child friendly with a play area. My only complaint is that the staff were not wearing any face coverings which I found very surprising due to Covid19. This is the reason I didn’t give 5 stars.

My husband and I called in to Greenans on Friday evening for the 2 burger and 2 pints deal for £20. It was delicious well worth the money. The service was excellent and we were made feel very welcome and will definitely be back.

We called in to Greenans one lunchtime, from the minute we walked through the door we were met with excellent service. Nothing was a problem to them and the food was excellent.

My very 1st visit here and certainly won't be my last. Here with 25 ladies on 7april Saturday evening . Standard of food was fantastic could not fault anything and so much of it . The service was fantastic also the ladies where wondèful and nothing was to much trouble for them. A special mention to Seamy Rooney who was a great host and looked after us all . If you visit try the chowder it's worth it.

Along with my family we went to greenans last week and again this week. Different chef on both visits. The food was lovely and kids enjoyed theirs also. Clean plates all round. Friendly helpful staff. Keep up the good work.

Had a meal out of here last weekend. Was a poor dinner, looked thrown together. The carvery is dried out everything seems to have been steamed to the brink, with cling film over the top causing condensation ruining the food. Had been here before years...

Didn't actually see any reviews before eating here - but they're all correct. Fantastic food and even better service - I think they need to check their scales, because the 8oz steak was huge!

Just had carvery lunch here with my family , great value for money and beautiful food. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were great. They cater to all needs and welcome all the family especially small kids.

Después de pasar un día decidimos llamar en nuestro camino a casa, ya que habíamos pasado por muchas veces y siempre nos dijo que lo haría. Como era domingo por la tarde había unas cuantas familias comiendo. Nos llevaron a la zona del bar y nos dieron nuestros menús. Elegimos el pescado y las patatas fritas y el curry de pollo que la camarera muy agradable recomendado. La comida era abundante y deliciosa. Mi pareja me dieron un shock cuando iba a pagar, puesto que la primera cantidad acusó fue £49,50!! Después nos indicó que no podría ser que mucho que él me dijo que era £31 dicho algo nuevo que este no podría ser justo. Finalmente la cantidad correcta de 24 libras algo cobraron - tenían accidentalmente nos cobraron por nuestra comida dos veces. ¿Volveríamos? No estoy seguro - la confusión con la factura ha puesto un poco pero quizás a intentarlo en el futuro.

Basado en el Tripadvisor comentarios nos decidimos a bajar en aquí después de viajar a Dublín para una caminata en las Mourne Mountains y no nos decepcionó.

Visitamos Greenan es el viernes por la noche. El servicio fue muy amable y experto. Esperando mientras de comida en frente de chimenea fue un placer. La comida era excelente, filetes perfectamente preparada, lados muy sabroso y muchos de ellos! salsas eran realmente bueno, yo tenía salsa Diane, otras tenían salsa de pimienta. called in for lunch today on way home from a weekend in dublin , sunday carvery on offer turkey ham sirloin beef southern fried chicken peppered steak and the list goes on , have to say i usually am not a fan of carvery but i have to say it was lovely and hot which sometimes can be difficult to get at carvery , had the soup to start hearty tomato and roasted red pepper homemade breads which have to say was beautiful if a little sweet which mighten be to everyones taste , and crumbles for desert again fresh and not too heavy would defo be back as it was our first time and message for the chef WE WILL TELL OUR FRIENDS ABOUT HOW GOOD YOUR COOKING IS he will know what we mean lol

we had a little chuckle at previous review as this was the polar opposite of our experience in greenans on saturday night , have been before and it was as good as the last time too. ordered the ribeye and sirloin , sirloin was mouthwatering her words but the winner for me was the ribeye simply superb cooked perfectly moist juicy and pink cooked meduim very rarely when out do chefs get it right but greenans i have to say get it perfect, staff all very welcoming and friendly and not in your face like some places . keep up the good work guys and ignore the negative review as people like that should stay at home see ya s all soon regards thomas

Nos recibieron con una cálida chimenea y sus constantes sonrisas. Estaba sentado en el bar y menús. Nos daba orden y a pocos minutos nuestras bebidas estaban a nuestra mesa y nos presentó con nuestros aperitivos. Las raciones eran lo suficientemente. Nuevamente nuestro camarero era increíble feliz y sonriente y sabía su menú. Los platos estaba despejado y otra vez ningún momento ha tomado hasta platos principales salió. Otra vez nos recibieron con sonrisas y raciones perfecto y nos preguntó si necesitábamos algo más. nuevo platos llevaron rápidamente y postre a tiempo.

Nos dieron una cálida bienvenida y nos sentaron en una chimenea crepitante en una noche fría. Teníamos un impecable servicio durante toda la noche.

Me compré una oferta de Grabone filetes para 2 + 2 + verduras de lados y no me decepcionó en lo que me dieron. Fue estupendo y bien vale la pena el precio de compra. Lo servían rápidamente y estaba caliente. El grupo I fue con elegir diferentes lados (mexicana, patatas, ajo patatas, etc). Compartimos los lados entre nosotros, ya que en sus propios platos individuales y esto significaba que nos dieron una variedad de sabores. También nos dieron un gran plato de verduras que compartimos. 6 platos habla volúmenes.

Mi marido y yo estuvimos aquí por un capricho mientras viaja desde Belfast a Dublín mientras visitaba de Newfoundland, Canadá. El servicio y la comida eran increíbles. La carne se derretía en boca, tanto cocinado a la perfección. Todavía estoy babear sobre el whisky y hongos salsa que vino con la comida. Mi novia y yo cenamos aquí con un vale Grabone un sábado por la noche y fue fantástico. El entorno es estupendo, acogedor y una decoración moderna y un "lounge" elegante zona. El camarero fue muy amable y nos atendió con prontitud. Las bebidas llegó rápidamente y pudimos relajarnos antes de nuestra comida.

Habíamos pasado este restaurante varias veces y nos gustó su aspecto y siempre quise llamar. Pero finalmente Cal en el domingo pasado y estaban muy contentos de hacerlo. Nos recibieron con un personal muy amable y el restaurante estaba impecablemente limpia y había algunas disposiciones diferentes a lo que tenía un montón de opciones para sentarse. Habíamos planeado tener un bocado ligero - sopa y un bocadillo - pero el buffet parecía bueno, así que lo probamos. Fue excelente.

Travelling with a group of adults and teenagers, rang to enquire if restaurant was still open, informed that the chef would remain untill our arrival, what a welcome, open fire, friendly owner, lovely food, only pity was we weren't staying the night

Nos quedamos encantados con el menú personalizado que recibimos antes de nuestra visita, para que nos mueva a nuestras especificaciones, y en el día la verdad es que la comida no me decepcionó; todo era mejorable, de excelente calidad y sabor delicioso. Nuestros clientes, algunos de los cuales eran bastante lejos, elogiaron la comida y el servicio y juré que volveremos. El personal era muy atento y cortés y se desvivieron para hacer que la ocasión sea muy especial. Otra ventaja es que a pesar de la calidad de la comida y el servicio al estar tan alto, Greenan es también una gran relación calidad-precio, la factura de la comida era muy razonable, ya que los precios del bar, algo tiene que tener en mente cuando pidiendo a la gente a hacer. no dudaremos en recomendar Greenan es a cualquiera para una ocasión especial.

Fuimos aquí anoche con un bono groupon de oferta. esperábamos porciones pequeñas como el precio era muy razonable, pero demostraron que los tamaños de las porciones eran enormes. La comida era todo muy recién preparados y no nos podemos quejar ... absolutamente delicioso. El servicio era muy acogedor también espera con una relajante junto a la chimenea hasta nuestra comida ya preparada. Sin duda volveremos ya que había muchos en el menú para elegir para todos los gustos. Los Greenan es bien hecho ... sigan el buen trabajo!
