I don't leave reviews often, but took a chance with this place as we fancied a change. Honestly was the best food we've ordered in a long time. The food was nice and hot, and was the best tasting chicken and pork gyros we've ever had. The meat was nice and flavourful, wasn't overcooked or anything, just perfection. Would recommend Mama's Gyros, will be ordering again ourselves

Such a nice little spot!!! We got the gyros, Greek salad with some lovely Greek wine followed by the Nutella cheesecake. Everything was fresh and tasted lovely! Such a nice place to stop for a bite and a little wine. Staff are really friendly too😊

Food cold. Small portion for the money. Ive eaten moussaka all over the greek islands. Even cook it It was basically half a moussaka. Very little clear layers.which a moussaka should have. Short of aubergine and shorter on potato. Oily too. Salad was a garnish and not really that fresh or crisp. The entire thing fitted on a side plate. Its a main. The custard desert tasted strongly of coconut and syrup. I wont be buying here again. Not value for money there are better greek restaurants.

Delicious, tastes like pure authentic greek gyros

Firstly, the food was cold. Secondly, 6 small mushrooms with no sauce on scraps of lettuce and cold, not even warm as they say on the order. Also the gyros was terrible, ended up throwing most of it away. The chicken was fatty, sauce was mayo and not special sauce and again it was stone cold! Really not happy with the quality or quantity of the food we received. Will not order from here again! What a waste of money!

Seriously what is going on! Everytime I try and order a delivery through uber I receive a message after they've accepted the order cancelling it as they're too busy. It doesn't matter what day or time it is. This is ridiculous. I think this is the 4th time so unfortunately I won't be trying again! In response to your response I didn't try and order to leave a bad review it was because I liked your food ( when we tried it the first and only time when it was 2.5 hours late!) but you can never get through to receive it! Don't worry I won't be giving you the benefit of the doubt again.

Omg. We came over from E.port to eat a gyros as it is very rare to find a restaurant who does it in the Northwest. Proper blown away... can't recommend their food enough!!!

As a Greek person, I can honestly say that the Greek Gyros Grill is making the best pork souvlaki (skewer) pitta I have had in my 22 years in the UK (having lived in 8 big cities during these years). Love their tzatziki (it can make or break a deal for me, I used to order for food deliveries from another local Greek restaurant business, however, since the start of the summer or at around that time, they suddenly started serving ready made tzatziki, like the one you buy in the stores, which, believe me, has nothing to do with the real stuff). I would also recommend their fries with feta cheese (I found them super tasty) and the tyropitakia (fried fillo parcels filled with feta cheese). Since they started doing deliveries through UberEats, they have been the go-to place on my list of delivery options when I don't want to bother cooking something. Well done everyone at the Greek Gyros Grill!

Cheapest, freshest and best pitas/gyros in town. If you're looking for a quick bite this gyros grill is the place to go! Less than 10 pounds for two yummy gyros, (that makes it 5 pounds each) you really can't ask more...

We ordered our food to be collected, we were told it would be an hours wait, on going to collect our order it wasn’t ready, we then waited a further 30 minutes to be told they were two staff down, am sorry but this service was very poor you don’t have new customers waiting that long for food cause you don’t have staff, on receiving our food it was cold and not what we ordered, why would you cut up the bread into four triangle pieces when it’s supposed to be a wrap, chips were not homemade they were pale and cold like frozen fries, we spent over £40 for three meals which is well over priced and over the top, am sorry we won’t be coming again.

Lovely, I have the halloumi wraps with corn pitta when I go here. The portions are massive, and the staff are friendly. Spot on.

Αν κ δεν του φαίνεται απέξω, μέσα είναι ένα πολύ ζεστό μαγαζί από άποψη ατμόσφαιρας, σε παρασέρνει να ρωτήσεις αν έχει χύμα κρασί κ μεζεδάκια. Το σουβλάκι του πολύ ωραίο, το έχει στις £7 τα 2. Ναι δεν παίρνεις 1. Δέχεται κάρτα αλλά τις 2 τελευταίες φορές που πήγα δεν λειτουργούσε Edit : εν μέσω lockdown ανέβασε τα σουβλάκια στις 9 λίρες

Lovely staff and mouthwatering food 10/10

Food was late arriving and quality was terrible. Garlic bread was dry and little garlic taste. Pizza was totally bland and no flavours stood out. It was way too salty too. It was cheap but that is no excuse for such poor taste. Not a chance I would use them again. Delivery not contactless either.
