Golden Sea in Glasgow City

Terrible service food avarage trays not completely full. Rude and disrespectful staff on phone and face to face would for no stars but not an option

When i ordered was told 30mins for my food to be delivered. One hour & 20 mins still no food. When it finally arrived it was a the wrong order. Tried to call twice to complain and no answer. Do not order from here. If i could put no stars i would. Shambolic.

Just got a delivery they forgot my juice said they were going to get it then patched the phone

The lady receiving calls today hardly understands any English and was very rude with her answers. They also don't take card payments on phone.

Excellent food delivered right on time. Would highly recommend

Worst service ever!!! Waited 50 minutes to receive the ring order to then phone and get nothing but cheek then Tel me I have to pay felivede charge to get it fixed and what another extra 50 minutes for it not to appear and I phone back for another amount of cheek and to be hung up on and told to go to them if I wanted it 😡😡 absolute shambles of a shop!!! Avoid at all times!!

After waiting nearly 2 hours. I Found two long black hairs in our main meals . Phoned to complain and the lady was very rude, insisting it was my own hair.. have made a complaint as all takeaway workers must wear a hair net (it’s the law). Avoid this place ..

The WORST I have ever had. I can not believe what I seen when I bit into this chicken wing I had to make myself physically sick. It looks like a maggot infested wing. I have never seen such a disgrace in my life and I am already wary about Chinese food as a person. I also got a Mixed Satay and the chicken was orange and no taste to it at all. I usually eat from here but it was on and off however they have lost good customers as we always take reviews with a pinch of salt but not this time.

Rude service!! My friends have just came down from Dundee and ordered sweet and sour chicken (which in Dundee is chicken balls) when they got back I called golden sea to explain that it was our mistake and they ordered the wrong this. Could they change it. I was met with an attitude and told no basically it wasn’t their fault. When I explained again that it was our fault could I come down and exchange, he just said no. That was it. I eat here all the time and honestly. I’ll reconsider now based on service

The delivery times are shocking tried this place twice and waited and waited over 90 mins both times

Fantastic food and the happy meal is a great deal.

Shocking service won't be using them again

Clearly stated vegetarian meals on two occasions, both times came with meat. Most recently, the food took over two hours to arrive and was cold and musty tasting. Called twice and was told both times that it was on the way, which was untrue as I live less than a mile away. Avoid.

Waited hour haf...food cold and chips freezing never again...💩

Twice ive waited over an hour although i stay 5 mins away, got told it had left 3 times one one occasion and tried to phone at 10.30pm n no one anwsers phone so no delivery at all. Staff very rude and cheeky. DO NOT USE!!!!!

Three hours after ordering, no food after being told THREE TIMES it was out for delivery and we were ''first on the list''. Live less than 10 minute drive away. Absolutely deplorable if you can't fulfil an order don't take it. Will not be back.

Poor, I live 1.5 miles away and it still took an hour and a half for a delivery............
