Order was late. Beyond agreed time which was already long. call the restaurant but answer was that the food was on its way and left 30 minutes ago. hence 49 hour late to arrive

Absolute waste of £25. Crispy noodles were drowned in sauce and not at all crispy. The chips and rice with curry sauce was soggy and congealed in the tub it got served in and the salt and chilli shredded pork was an entire box of greasy deep fried batter with no meat inside at all. Probably the worst meal I've had and a real disappointment after a late delivery too!

Sweet and sour Cantonese style was too garlicky couldn’t eat it at all, chicken balls were way overcooked and full of Grease , curry sauce was also too spicy than it normally is

I ordered a salt and pepper box, however upon arrival the box was soaked through, also it was stated in the description 4 chicken balls, however there was only two when opening. Unfortunately I won’t be ordering again.

We had to go and collect in the end as they were so busy, they didnt didnt know when they'd be able to deliver. They did refund the delivery charge and had the food ready as soon as we arrived. The food was really good. Very tasty.

after spending £40 on order Christmas eve opened my noodles which i paid nearly £5 for to see that i was given super hard noodles from the packet tried ringing a few times dont recommend

Website said delivery time 35-50 minutes, I ordered an hour before I wanted it delivered but was still an hour late. Food tasted nice but not particularly hot. Had to microwave before eating.

Highly recommend this Chinese, flavours and sauces are just spot on! Honestly the best Chinese I’ve ever had. I drive over 30minutes for this Chinese, had friends over to try it and all agree on being Absolutely lovely. Best chinese in South Wales in my opinion. For delivery food does get delayed sometimes on weekends. But if you collect, it’s always tasty and piping hot. Big ups for the chef. Restaurant taste at a takeaway price. Huge portions of meal as well.

Ordered at 19:20, delivery window was 20:10-20:30. Food arrived a 21:00 with no updates from the restaurant. Food was fine, though some items were soggy by the time they got here.

Food generally ok apart from the spring/veg rolls, which were inedible. There were two big ones and four small ones. The batter was really undercooked, not crispy, and very different to what I’ve had before. Disappointing and won’t order that again.

Most of the food was good. However we ordered 2 tray meals and there was barely any sauce so the food was quite dry. And the noodles were extremely bland. Salt and pepper chips were amazing though!

I had chicken balls I found them very soggy and we didn’t receive our curry sauce and bbq sauce but we only received a red hot curry and the chips were cold and soggy and the rice was solid and the red hot curry tasted off and the prawn crackers were soggy so I was not happy

Delivery driver app showing him up closed road, that's been closed for years. Rather than trying to look at the app and clearly see to other roads to lead up to the property. He continues to say road closed. So i had to go in the car and get the food myself. Why pay a delivery fee for me to get it myslef. Cause the driver couldnt be bothered to try another route.

Usually really rate the food but tonight was terrible. Chips were hard, curry sauce was too spicy, duck and cashews were bland and the onion and cucumber weren’t fresh. Delivery was late and to be honest it really wasn’t worth waiting for.
