wrong order,u ordered cheese and chips wrap with no salad but it came with salad,before I ordered cheese and chip wrap with mayonnaise but it came with tomato sauce I ordered a coke aswell but no can came

Food was lovely and delivery was on time, did have an argument over the phone over a can of pop as iam diabetic and cannot drink normal coke, there was no options to select drink on meal deal section but with the service charge we pay can be changed and improved, overall a negative experience, I will stick to my regular take away in future

the fudge cake is inedible and think they got a little confused on my pizza order, but friendly delivery driver and didn't take that long to arrive

Pepperoni Pizza tasted really weird and not much toppings. The kebab is probably the worst I’ve ever had. You get tiny pieces of lumpy lamb doner, instead of cut strips and the chicken is really fatty. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza which had no pepperoni on. Cheese was vile. Ordered a cheeseburger it was all burnt and beef was like rubber, my kebab was vile. Only thing that was ok was the garlic bread but even that was inedible due to the grease. All food went in the bin. £31 I spent and not 1 bit of food was edible. Don’t order from here

Not happy, apart from food not being great, chips are old, staff is rude and the clean rating is 2/5 stars, they also pour oil down the outside drains and when confronted, they pretend not to speak English, so I’m not happy about them!

Everything was great & food was excellent.

It was a little late and when it arrived they forgot the drink for child’s meal but the restaurant made a special effort and delivered the drink shortly after calling them.

Paid £7.50 for xl doner kebab over priced for the amount of food i got, i had a cold pitta bread that had been warmed up previously, half the tray had doner meat and the other half had a little bit of salad, i had the left overs of colslaw i thought he was going to get fresh but he didnt tiny bit of lettuce and the same as onions, i asked for chilli sauce and i got chilli sauce think there was more sauce then meat, very disappointing never going there again

Had a chicken shish and doner mix kebab and found a bit of a metal brillow pad in it all went in the bin. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Food outstanding howver the chocolate fudge cake as u so call it is a chocolate gateaux thats a massive difference between chocolate fudge cake and a gateaux 😭 quite dissapointed with my dessert as it is not what i wanted nor what i thought i was ordering.... Shame really

Ordered online from just eat, ordered a 14 inch and got charged for the 14 inch, but when it came, I was a ten inch, I even asked the delivery driver what went wrong and if it was maybe a mis-click on my behalf, but the receipt also said I ordered a 14 inch, I called them up , he sounded like he didn’t understand and said I can get my next 14inch for free, but who knows if there’s any truth in that, I’ll continue to order from here because the pizzas are amazing, it’s just being run by a bunch of donuts who don’t know how to work an app, pizza is nice though

Horrible chips, soggy and bland pizza

Not great. The order was roughly a hour late. I also ordered the Mama Mia pizza with Doner crust but received a spicy pizza with a chilli base, pepperoni, spicy beef and Jalapeño peppers and cheese crust. I also ordered chilli cheese bites but all it was was mozzarella sticks with chilli sauce caked over it (I know this is technically a chilli cheese bite). I was thinking that it would be similar to the ones in burger king and other takeaways, if this is how they do them then I apologise and know for next time. Also because my order was late the wedges had gotten soggy and I requested a pot of mint sauce but instead it was put over the wedges, by the time I received it the mint sauce was absorbed by the wedges. I did phone up to see where my order was and the person that answered was very helpful. It is the first time I ordered here and due to it being Friday I can only assume that they were very busy. Although I write this negative review, this is the first time I've ordered with them and I'm a willing to order from them again as I believe in giving someone a second chance and if it's better next time I will write a positive review. But for this occasion I was disappointed.

Delivery is always late, the staff are rude and my experience tonight.... Ordered food at 17.30 while I was at work, order confirmed for 18.55, got home from work at 18.05, no arrived so rang at 19.10. Apparently tried to deliver after 6 TWICE, no one at home, I was and now refused to come out, will never order from them again.

I have family living away we all came together this weekend for a family meal. In the interest of supporting local business we unfortunately chose this take away. Big mistake. Food arrived late, order incomplete rang to source missing dishes to be told it was our error. Thank you for Air fryer to warm and crisp soggy cold food ah and by the way calzone pizzas do not resemble what you sell. Stay clear thanks Carol Preece Menna’s mum. Oh and don’t try and get missed orders they are not interested

Pizzas were tasteless and the dough wasnt cooked enough, mixed large kebab and chips consisted of 70% lamb donner 10% chicken donner 15% sloppy wet salad 5% chips, 100% disappointed, WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN, Avoid.....

Spot on donner mixed kebab with all trimmings, lot better than hot flames lot nicer meat & sauce. Plus they £2 cheaper. Nice one. Scott 1a
