Food arrived late and cold. I wouldn’t even feed my dog the quality that arrived from this place. Crispy chilli beef? More like soggy chewy chemicals, absolutely vile. Very very expensive for the awful quality and will never be ordering from here again.

Amazing food as always but please tell the delivery driver that I fell inlove with him he was beautiful he had sunglasses on , my sister went to the door but I seen him threw the window and gutted I didn’t get his number 🥵 I’ll order more often if he delivers my food 🤷🏻‍♀️

My First steak in years the gravy tasted like pure soya sauce and the chips were to dry and hard to eat.

Really lovely food. Arrived about 10 minutes after the expected time which wasn’t a problem but the food wasn’t very hot which was a shame. It still tasted lovely though!

Food arrived an hour and a half after ordering they said it would be delivered by 855. It came at 9:25. All the food was cold. It was not a good quality. The crispy beef was in a slimy sauce with a bit of pineapple very chewy definitely not crispy. All in all very disappointing wouldn’t order again.

First time ordering and had a set meal for two. It was nice and delivery was quick. Not many Chinese takeaways to choose from these days and enjoyed our meal. Will order again in the future.

Food was really poor, chicken was rock hard and curryy not well cooked very poor food.

The worst Chinese I’ve ever had, not a single thing was warm or cooked properly, for saying they was early it wasn’t remotely warm. The chips were terrible. Asif they had been sat for hours before coming. The can of coke was warmer than the food… even the prawn crackers are below par. Wont be ordering again

We ordered on New Year’s Eve so sort of expected it to be late but tracking showed it had been delivered on time so phoned up and they said it was on the way and and it was another ten minutes before it arrived.

My food has not even arrived... i have not been contacted and my money has been taken... resterant is now closed no way of contacting. It says delivered but it has not been. This is pathetic now i cant order because no where is open now. Im hungry

Food showed up over an hour late & stone cold and then was refused some sort of refund. I understand it’s Christmas Eve and it was busier, but you shouldn’t be telling people it’s on its way for a certain time if it isn’t and then deliver cold food.

Order was overcooked and not as hot as it should be. delivery drivers just banged on the door and left the food on the cold wet floor and drove off. I understand it might be a busy night hence why it was late. But it also seems to have affected the quality of the food. Very disappointed.

all dishes were watery. The crispy beef was swimming in watery bbq sauce with pineapple so think the order was wrong. Chicken sweet and sour Cantonese style was watery and veg hadn't touched a pan. Chicken curry was watery, chicken balls were nice. Disappointed £55 spent.

£100 of order and one packet of prawn crackers chucked in for free. food was luke warm on arrival am curry was like water. Rude delivery driver too. for such an order I'd have expected my food to be piping hot an a couple more freebies but nope.

The satay sauce just isn’t very nice. No peanut flavour at all. No spice. Just a sweet pile of mush drowned in msg. All the meat is way too chewy. Credit where it’s due…Prawn toast was fire

food was bland and very over priced for frozen as nothing cooked fresh,prawn toast never seen a prawn in its life, chop suey I've always known it to be beansprouts as main ingredient not water chestnuts and they ain't prawns in the dish but shrimps won't be using this chinese again total rip-off.

Fairly decent spare ribs, although £8.60 for four, thin ribs is a bit of a rip off. The Pancake Roll had one single tiny prawn and a few miniscule pieces of char sui. The prawn crackers were super soft and just stuck to your teeth. No evidence of any prawn in the toast. We won’t order from here again. Just shy of £36 wasted.
