New to golden dragon nice whst we ordered and hot

I ordered sweet and sour chicken and no sauce with order

Every time I have ever ordered from here the food has been great.

it's been delivered apparently but no sight of it yet. update 21.56. delivered, barely warm with juice from one dish leaked into the bottom of the bag.

Very nice food. Exactly as ordered.

Been having meals of you for years

Food tasted nice but was a little bit cooler than i would prefer. The delivery time was terrible. I understand it was a busy night but 45mins late is unacceptable

ordered and paid 3hrs in advance, order still delivered 1hr late and cold. save yourself time, order from somewhere else

Food wasn’t great and expensive

A meal for 2 selected but we were missing the prawn crackers. delivery time is unsure as error made our end missing house number.

I'd ordered and paid for the food 2 hours in advance. and they were still late. food was good, but they need to work on the service.

We ordered on New Year’s Eve so sort of expected it to be late but tracking showed it had been delivered on time so phoned up and they said it was on the way and and it was another ten minutes before it arrived.

My food has not even arrived... i have not been contacted and my money has been taken... resterant is now closed no way of contacting. It says delivered but it has not been. This is pathetic now i cant order because no where is open now. Im hungry

Very good food fast delivery to a difficult holiday address

Food showed up over an hour late & stone cold and then was refused some sort of refund. I understand it’s Christmas Eve and it was busier, but you shouldn’t be telling people it’s on its way for a certain time if it isn’t and then deliver cold food.

Order was overcooked and not as hot as it should be. delivery drivers just banged on the door and left the food on the cold wet floor and drove off. I understand it might be a busy night hence why it was late. But it also seems to have affected the quality of the food. Very disappointed.

all dishes were watery. The crispy beef was swimming in watery bbq sauce with pineapple so think the order was wrong. Chicken sweet and sour Cantonese style was watery and veg hadn't touched a pan. Chicken curry was watery, chicken balls were nice. Disappointed £55 spent.

This is the best Chinese takeaway I've had in years.

Food really dry and overcooked.

£100 of order and one packet of prawn crackers chucked in for free. food was luke warm on arrival am curry was like water. Rude delivery driver too. for such an order I'd have expected my food to be piping hot an a couple more freebies but nope.

The satay sauce just isn’t very nice. No peanut flavour at all. No spice. Just a sweet pile of mush drowned in msg. All the meat is way too chewy. Credit where it’s due…Prawn toast was fire

food was bland and very over priced for frozen as nothing cooked fresh,prawn toast never seen a prawn in its life, chop suey I've always known it to be beansprouts as main ingredient not water chestnuts and they ain't prawns in the dish but shrimps won't be using this chinese again total rip-off.

Fairly decent spare ribs, although £8.60 for four, thin ribs is a bit of a rip off. The Pancake Roll had one single tiny prawn and a few miniscule pieces of char sui. The prawn crackers were super soft and just stuck to your teeth. No evidence of any prawn in the toast. We won’t order from here again. Just shy of £36 wasted.

pleased with delivery but this was the first time I've ordered from this Chinese and it will be the last. The food was awful.

You could tell it had been reheated. Rice was one big lump. Veg rolls so tiny . Too many onions in main meal.

Normally my go to Chinese but after tonight not again, beef curry went in the bin meat was just fat and grizzle the sauce had no flavour total waste of money.

I ordered chicken foo young, egg fried rice and house special fried rice, i order from here regularly and they gave me my regular order of 2 foo youngs and fried rice and a house special rice, these guys are 10/10 the best around

This used to be a fantastic Chinese food always used to be cooked with pride and taste fresh an hot lately its been Luke warm bland curry sauce watery an not thick like it used to be. If you complain they say next time ... sorry golden dragon no next time food is awful..

This is our go to chinese. We have tried a few around Swad but this is by far the best we've tried. Our order consists of duck pancakes, salt and chilli chicken wings, beef in black bean sauce. Everything is always super tasty.

Much of the meal was lovely, just a couple of items a bit of a let down, namely, the batter on the sweet and sour chicken was very thick and not crispy. The other slight disappointment was the very dry chips.

Chewy prawn crackers, pancakes for the duck we're stuck together and the sauce for the chicken and cashew was gloopy.

I’ve never had a chicken curry that colour before. Luminous yellow. Strange. Prawn crackers missing.

Wrong dish delivered, sheedded deep fried chicken we got sweet and sour crispy chicken. Some food was luke warm, prawn crackers were like paper and stale. Only good thing was the service.

Beef in black bean was ok but lacked flavour. Beef chow mein was the best meal. The chicken balls were nice too. However, the three curries were not good. There was no flavour in the curry sauce what so ever. Just tasted like water. Added salt but that didn’t do much unfortunately. Sadly, this was the worst curry sauce we have ever had. Sorry.

The egg fried rice was bland, the crispy chilli beef sauce was watery, the bag of prawn crackers was smaller than normal & it was barely warm. I know food costs have gone up, but having increased prices & decreased quality/quantity is a bit rubbish.

it was ok... was out for delivery over half an hour before being delivered. so food was alright but not great.

Worst Chinese I’ve ever tasted the sauce was like water and didn’t taste of anything couldn’t even eat it ended up throwing it away it was that bad and the chicken was dry aswell!

Ordered set meal for 2 people, turned up cold and an hour late for how much we paid I’d expect the food to at least be fresh - chicken balls tasted like they had been hot held, noodles cold, rice cold and prawn crackers stale.

Drinks were warm ….waited another hour for replacement Very disappointed to say the least very poor service and quality , will not use this takeaway again and am in two minds as to using Just Eat again after being charged £5 for delivery when spending over £20 for sub standard food

This has to be the best Chinese food my partner and I have ever had. The food was on time, lovely and hot, and tasted gorgeous. Plenty of meat in the rice and noodle dishes, sauces nice and thick, couldn't complain about anything at all.

Food was really tasty. Loved the salt and pepper chips in the sauce. All hot and fresh. Really really nice!

Chips were dry and cold prawn crackers were stale soggy. The prawn toast was over cooked, bbq ribs were dry and no meat just fat and drenched in sauce. And rice was cold.

Says it’s been delivered but hasn’t. A driver said it was for number 8 but as you can clearly see it’s for number 6. Very poor, already waited over an hour, now having to spend more money on food.

Food was amazing as it usually is, took a bit longer than advertised and the order wasn't everything I asked for but still tasted great.
