Driver lied about food being delivered. Restaurant stated they would refund and provide replacement meal when I had provided CCTV proof. But even after providing proof they did not do either. Ridiculous customer service.

Cant believe i spent 36 pound and didnt evan hive a free bag of prawn crackers or a bottle of pop.. wont be ordering again from here

Who ever came to my door was high on drugs. Don’t want to eat my food now as I don’t trust it was handled correctly during delivery. Would not recommend in the future. The large set blonde lady with glasses was clearly high on something, staggering when walking, eyes wide, jaw to the side and doing strange movements with her hands. Establishment need to vet who delivers their food better to ensure customers feel safe eating the food these people are handling. Won’t be ordering again

My order was late,an the food was ok,I think it would have been nicer if it was on time.It tasted like it had been sweating in the box for awhile.

Food isn’t bad, but don’t fancy waiting just under 2 hours for a chow mein and curry sauce again. Ordered just before 7, for delivered around 8.40pm.

The food was horrible, half a tub of chop suey which was really greasy. The cost is not worth it and will not be ordering again.

The food that arrives is great! But don’t rely on everything you order being there. Especially prawn crackers. And don’t expect them to do anything about the missing items Won’t be ordering again.

Food was delivered on time which was happy about l. When I opened the bag I noticed that the cans that I ordered were incorrect. As for food the lamb in satay sauce was shocking was all onion and peppers and 3 slivers or fat from the lamb. The bbq sauce was also tasteless. Wouldn't recommend this Chinese to anyone.

asked for NO ONIONS, there's more onions than curry!! asked for and paid for extra mushrooms. found 3 mushrooms in my curry. chips are hard, I live in the same street as the takeaway and by the time I got home, 5mins, half the food was cold. possibly because they put an ice cold can in the bag with the food. the reason I asked for no onions is because I'm allergic. inedible and could have had terrible consequences!! not impressed

I had to ring them up in the end they could not find my order. I spent £74 on food that was stone cold and a bag of chips was short in the order aswell. my order should of been here at 7 30pm it arrived at 8 40pm this is not good enough.refund.

The owner of this place was so rude over the phone the food I ordered showed as paid on the app but he said it was not paid told the delivery driver get the money or the food back or he will take the money out of the pay I heard this myself as he was talking to the driver on the phone just kept saying it’s not his problem he is so rude I and my entire family and friends will no longer use this shop ever again I am also going to report this to just eat as there was no need for the rude behaviour

As I am writing this review I am still waiting for food. Told the restaurant will not be accepting it as had an ETA of over two hours ago. Going to bank for a charge back tomorrow morning first thing as the guy on the phone did not understand my order did not turn up and did not understand. I wanted a refund.

Order was delivered late, was due to be delivered at 21:15, actually delivered at 10:02. I called the restaurant to chase and 9:30 the driver just got back and order would be delivered within 10 minutes. Nothing still after 15 minutes, so issue raised through Just Eat, and there was an update of delivery at 10pm.

Delivered by very nice driver hot and in good time. Food was great tonight , really well cooked

Took 2 hours to get our food after spending over £50 on our order. No free prawn crackers which most places would give you. Clicked option to ask for money back when food is really late, the restaurant refused. Won’t be ordering again

I have been waiting for one and a half hours for a very simple order. The shop is only 1 mile from my house. I have just got off the phone for the second time and been fobbed off with the driver is having problems with the car. The food isn't even out for delivery yet. Do not use this place, customer service is non existent. Wouldnt even put one star for service. Awful awful awful.

Hope they don't get your order wrong because they are rude and unhelpful. always order here and was surprised how bad the service was! Order crispy chicken in orange sauce and got chicken with pineapples, told me impossible as they don't have pineapples but change their mind to that's how it comes after I sent a photo. They wouldn't resolve for me so had to claim from just eat.

I have ordered from here for as long as I can remember. The food is always good. The other week they forgot a food item and I didn’t complain. I ordered Sunday and they forgot chicken balls and a bottle of coke. I phoned to explain and the man on the phone told me the chicken balls were in the bag (which they weren’t) He said they had done them and I said well they’re not here. After some back and forth, he said “we’ll do it this once, but don’t order from here again!” I showed the delivery driver when she returned (as we hadn’t opened any of the food). The man really thought I was trying to pull a fast one, when in fact, it was their mistake. I won’t be ordering from here again after such terrible treatment.

Ordered 20:45 (app said 35 minute delivery) but arrived at 22:20. No explanation.

Very dry hardly any sauce fir the amount of food ribs very dry no juicy or fresh tasting

Food was lovely and hot but is way more expensive than it used to be and portions are tiny compared to before. It was nice but not worth the money anymore.

Ordered through just eat but forgot to ask for 2 curry sauce instead of the sweet n sour sauce u get with the chicken balls so I rang them straight away and explained but was still sent 2 sweet n sour and 2 curry sauce instead of 4 curry sauce in total !

Sweet n sour chicken balls are so crispy and tasty, best I’ve ever had.

The best Chinese in the area. I've been ordering all year and the food is a great balance of price and quality, service is fast, and always top notch (even when ordering close to closing time, which feels bad!). Excellent take-away and many fast/early/piping hot deliveries. 5/5.

Ordered food..Crispy shredded beef in honey sauce(not on menu ;-) ), sweet and sour chicken balls, house rice, house chow mein, house curry with portion of chips. £39.90 with delivery. Delivery was good and fast, however chips was missing so phoned to only be asked if we can come to restaurant to pick up the chips after 5 mins, arguing they were defo there??!! 1. The point of having delivery is I didn't have to go anywhere and I had already paid the delivery charge. So going to restaurant was pointless. 2. We would have had to wait a further 45 mins for the chips to be delivered as they were "very busy" so no chance! 3. It was only a bag of chips but it was the principle with very rude customer service (the phone was put down). 4. We could have ordered from JUST EAT, however the prices are more expensive, with most items being £1 - £1.50 more expensive per item than their own menu. 5. We wish them well for the future, however we will NOT order from Go Go Wok again!

Two dishes missing from the order. What did turn up the Portion sizes are absolutely scandalous. Tried the Thai rice, absolutely awful! Should make people aware there’s pineapple in it! Singapore chow mein absolutely bland. Can’t fault delivery driver, very polite. Avoid this place like the plague.

Order was delivered to the wrong address it was delivered to 103 instead of 101 and by the time we’d got it it was only warm and the chips had gone hard … according to the App it hadn’t even left the shop because it hadn’t been updated

Beef with mixed veg was a decent amount of beef but with basically bean sprouts. 2 (count em) tiny pieces of carrot and 2 small pieces of unidentifiable green stuff with loads and loads of bloomin bean sprouts. I’m sure it’s a total coincidence that bean sprouts are very very cheap. But seriously, carrots are to be used sparingly now? The special chow mein had gross sickly sweet sauce poured over the top (I didn’t know to ask for that to be left off as 1st time ordering). No way worth the money
