This was a lovely cooked dinner on a Sunday. Tasted amazing

Superb Sunday roast . Beef was gorgeous and plenty of it. Gluten free not a problem at all . Once you visit you will return for sure. We'll done the Glamorgan and all your staff.

Just come back from my granddaughter 17th birthday meal, 24 meals all boiling hot, served within 15 mins together, amazing girls serving couldn’t do enough, and the food well wow absolutely stunning. Proper pub grub everyone couldn’t compliment it enough thank you to all at The Glamorgan

Lovely friendly pub with warm welcoming atmosphere. Staff were more than hospitable, greated with a friendly welcome and looked after us so well. And the food is absolutely beautiful ❤️ Lovely selection of food to choose from, all of which are stunning and well priced. Myself and my family have made it our new favourite local to visit for a cheeky evening meal. I'm off there tonight infact with the husband 😁

First time in the Glamorgan must say well impressed 👏 four of us ate all the food came out together piping hot and excellent portions for the money. Definitely be going back.

Booked here last minute on Saturday 3rd February, while visiting my daughter. Staff were welcoming and friendly, food was delicious 😋

Pri served us and made the experience a great one. We had two mains, two desserts, and four cocktails - the bill came to less than £50. Astounding value for the quality and variety on offer! The food came out quickly, fresh and searing hot. I'll be taking my family and friends out to dinner here when they visit. Although Pri was mostly on her own behind the bar with the pub half-full, she brought out the drinks at lightning speeds; I was very impressed. Throughout the night the service came with a genuine smile and we felt very welcome.

Busy on a Friday night so worth booking in advance. Had the tacos 🌮 to start then the Haggis neaps and tatties with whiskey sauce special for mains (£12) Really good food

Food was very late , one in our group didn't get what was ordered , and a few didn't get they're starters or desert, staff were friendly but rushed maybe we went at the wrong time of year, but maybe they shouldn't have taken the booking ,

We order here every Saturday for Sunday lunch takeaway and believe me when I say it's absolutely stunning. The only ever so slightly thing that lets them down and I have to say that this is very rare but now and again the gravy can be very salty but that's only about 5% of the time. But overall gorgeous Sunday lunches 😁

Great little pub, staff friendly and helpful, food is more than acceptable and not too pricey. Nice little outdoor play area for the kids but there are some steep steps for them to contend with to access the play area. Adults need to be on the look out. Will definitely go to this pub again. 👍🏻 (Book a table in advance if you intend to eat cos it gets busy.)

Myself and family decided to go for Sunday lunch 9/7/23 for 2.30 when we arrived I ordered drink then ordered our dinner we all wanted beef but they had run out so we decided to have chicken instead .when our food arrived at the table we could not believe what we received the chicken looked as though it add been puréed and full of water some of the vegetables were frozen and full of water the potatoes were hard so went to buy mashed potato and payed £3 pounds for it.we all left our dinner and complained to a waitress she said she was going to speak to the manager which she give us complimentary deserts but still charged us £ 8.50 for the dinners really disappointing as we shouldn’t have paid for them at all will never go back there

We had Sunday lunch here for the first time today, after a recommendation from a regular customer. We were served generous portions of delicious beef and chicken with a jug each of seriously excellent gravy, all piping hot on hot plates, just as they should be! Absolutely excellent and an easy five stars, thank you! This excellent meal was rather sadly let down by unloved and lacklustre vegetables, soggy roast potatoes and the tiniest squidge of stuffing that I've seen for a while. So to be brief: absolutely excellent with room for improvement. Lovely staff deserve a special mention too... seemingly working like a well-oiled machine, well done guys.

Chips were dry and over cooked. Hunters chicken was way to salty and dry to eat.

Visited for the first time on Sunday 26/2/23. Opted for the large roast beef dinner. Beautiful. Melt in the mouth beef, plenty of veg and gravy to die for. Good value for money. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Will definitely book again. Thank-you.

I'm improving my last rating from 3 - 4 stars as the dinner has improved as of late, sadly I can't give a full 5 stars as the meat I received on my takeaway dinner seems to have been left in the fridge for a few days before serving this Sunday I'm quite disappointed with this as the beef is usually cooked fresh, will this be the way forward or just a one off?

Fantastic pub, great food but there really needs to be some rules enforced about children. Friday/Saturday nights are more like Charlie chalks than a local pub. Staff should be mindful of asking parents not to let children disrupt other customers by running rampant climbing the walls and furniture, especially when parents treat the entry way as a play pen for kids.

Food is good, not a huge menu but something for everyone. Drinks on the pricy side.

The food wasn't very hot, the chicken was so dry I couldn't swallow it and the peas were supposed to garden peas that were overcooked and mushy.

Went to the Glamorgan Hotel last night for a family party. The atmosphere and food was fantastic. The steak melted in my mouth. Our kids really enjoyed there meals and my wifes curry was really enjoyable. Kids park was a nice surprise and very safe. Many thanks for a great night, best wishes Reardon family

Started to get takeaway Sunday dinners here during covid. At first was amazing, we always ask for extra’s like roasties, stuffing etc and they always delivered. Ordered again today and specifically said on the phone that we would like extras and at the time I felt that the lady wasn’t actually listening to what I was ordering but gave her the benefit of the doubt. Arrived home which is 25 minutes drive and we have completely no extras at all although it was written on their receipt and even that was wrong. Charged full price for something we didn’t receive. I feel like the staff have become lazy and uninterested in customer satisfaction and honestly couldn’t wait to get off the phone to me. Such a shame, will not be returning again.

Stopped at Glamorgan hotel on 07/09/22 for food I had a steak which was the best I’ve had for a long while and She had meatless southern fried chicken which she enjoyed, staff were friendly and helpful

Great food and service, lovely pub with good atmosphere and nice friendly welcome. Tried various food on the menu beef madras, steak, fish, and steak and ale pie all top notch. Staff always helpful and quick service.

Sunday roast was quite good. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the poor choice of wines and there were no ales . .A very loud and scruffy male member of staff (who I think had finished his shift) was entertaining a couple of guys at the bar and continually laughing extremely loudly at his own jokes. At times we and others present couldn’t have polite conversation. We weren’t offered any more drinks and not asked if we wanted desserts so we paid our bill and left. Never again.
