We came to Gladys with what seemed like an impossibly difficult task but thankfully she was willing to do everything she could to help. She is super fast at responding very polite patient and on the ball. Our cakes were delivered as was discussed tasted amazing and presentation was top notch. If I could give six stars I would I highly recommend her services and will definitely be a returning customer. One last thing to mention is she is super affordable so don't be turned away thinking that it may be too expensive.

From the initial consultation to the moment I picked up the cake, Gladys demonstrated a high level of professionalism. She listened to every detail and crafted a cake that exceeded our expectations. The cake was amazing in every aspect, from the flavor and the French cream cheese frosting to the ganache and the design, being nothing short of perfect. It was truly delicious. I could not recommend Gladys Cakes any more highly. We hired Gladys to be our wedding cake maker and it was hands down the best decision we could have made. Throughout the process she really worked hard to understand exactly what we wanted and us as a couple. Gladys is so passionate about everything cake and we learned so much. At the trial we could not believe the effort she had gone to and her attention to detail was outstanding. And that cakes were delicious of course! When I then saw the wedding cake on the day it took my breath away, it was so much more beautiful than I could ever have imagined. It also tasted amazing too.Gladys was also very accommodating to dietary requirements and made Gluten free cupcakes and vegan cupcakes that our guests loved and appreciated. The cake was very last minute and could not fault it in any way. The process of my Children’s Christening cakes was brilliant from start to finish. Gladys has been an Angel - she answered my questions and was accommodating with my wishes for each cake during the consultation. Both cakes were absolutely stunning and perfect! On top of that, they both tasted divine. Everyone at the Christening paid so many compliments and it’s all thanks to this lady. I was introduced to Glady’s by my friend who knows her. I ordered my wedding cake a week before my wedding and finalised everything 3 days before my wedding, Glady’s is a very lovely person she even suggested certain things regarding the cake, when it finally came, the cake was so pretty that I did not want to cut it, it tasted nice as well and all my guest enjoyed it. I’ve had her cakes a few times and they’ve been great.She has a signature I’ve detected with most of her cakes without knowing she made it.My last cake was for my birthday in October and it was beautiful,not just to look at but the TASTE.It was sooo soft and nice and well flavoured.Can’t go wrong with vanilla and banana.Definitely getting more cakes from her.Loved it❤️😍😍😍

Glady's Gourmet Cakes has been doing my cakes for 5years now for all my family special occasions and she has never let me down. Her cakes are so soft and creamy, Gladys caters for all types of needs my father has diabetes and yet she made him some lovely cupcakes with small amount of sugar. I ordered my cake last minute, but Gladys was so helpful and understanding she took my order we chose a cake and flavour we agreed upon and she is reasonably priced. Two days later my cake was done (despite putting her under pressure) my cake was delivered. Not only did it look amazing but it tasted great too!
