Pedido a través de Uber Eats: hamburguesa con queso, patatas fritas con queso y aros de cebolla. Entrega hamburguesa (sin queso) y aros de cebolla pero sin patatas fritas. Cualquiera puede cometer un error, la clave, por supuesto, es lo que hacen para corregirlo. Llamaron al restaurante y dijeron que se olvidaron de las patatas fritas pero que las enviarían cuando el conductor regresara. Pedí que volvieran a enviar todo el pedido, ya que el resto estaría frío cuando llegaran, lo que se negaron a hacer, sugiriendo que comiera primero lo que me enviaron y que luego me comiera las patatas fritas cuando llegaran. No entiendo de qué manera posible esto se considera aceptable. La mujer con la que hablé fue extremadamente grosera, no estaba preparada para reenviar todo el pedido y dijo "¿Quieres las papas fritas o no?" ¡y dispuesto a no hacer otra cosa que reembolsar el precio de las fichas! ¡Esa es la última vez que ordeno a cualquiera!

I've been to ginos before in the bar and had an amazing time, decided to have food this time and was not impressed, 4 different dishes and all lack in flavour! Deffo will not be eating in the restaurant again!

Acabo de tener el pescado masala, que era una pieza muy bien sazonada de bacalao de calidad cubierto de especias champiñones pimientos maíz dulce cebolla jalepenos (quiero decir, ¿alguna vez has comido eso?) Cocido en el horno servido con papas fritas Nunca he comido algo tan bueno como esto en una tienda de chips sin exagerar, solo vale la pena una visita a Loveley. !

Very good food good value delivery not expensive lovely staff give it a try you won't be disappointed

My fiancè normally orders pizza from Gino’s but tonight we decided to have something else and I have to say the food was absolutely beautiful. My other half had a burger which he said was made from scratch and the best burger he had ever had from a takeaway. He also had mixed meat and chips and said the meat was soft and beautiful when eating. I had a sausage and chips and curry sauce and it was lovely I could’ve ate two portions it was that nice. Delivery was fast and efficent and food arrived piping hot. Will be using again

Ordered from here as they have a huge menu and fancied something different. Had the chilli cheese pasta and it was lovely, a real shame my husband wasn't at home to try it as he would've loved it too. Daughter had pepperoni pizza and said it was the nicest one she had tasted from a takeaway. Delivery was quick and everything was really hot when it arrived. Can't wait for our next treat night as will definitely order from here again.

Open from 3pm until 10.45 pm 7 days a week, I ordered the California pizza, #19. The toppings were chicken, mushrooms, and double cream. I have eaten a lot of pizzas, but this was the best one I have ever had. My partner ordered the Meat Feast choice, #6 which was spicy Beef, Ham, Pepperoni & Salami. He really enjoyed his choice too. His was free as they offer buy 1, get one free. This is just a small take out shop, but they do have 3 stools if needed to sit at the bar counter there. I highly recommend this shop. You won't be disappointed. They also offer scampi: £3.35, burgers, chips, Piri Piri chicken, desserts, etc. See their website for more. Free delivery on orders of £10.00 within a 3 mile radius, and credit cards accepted on delivery. The card must be seen by delivery driver.

Chips a bit dry. I asked for salad on kebab and it came without. Waited half hour past stated delivery time

Food really nice, delivery quick... but delivered wrong item, small curry sauce instead of mushy peas

Pre- Ordered food for delivery at 18.30 arrived at 16.20, delivery guy rang shop manager who said he would re deliver at 18.30 but not worth the risk of reheating it so accepted order. Food was nice though

Fish and chips, 40 minutes late (75 minutes estimated delivery time) phone call 10 mins after delivery, clearly hadn't started cooking. On arrival reasonable portions of mediocre food. Will never use again.

I waited 1hr 45 mins to be told my order was being sent out in 5, 15 mins later it still hadn't been sent out. Don't order from these guys if your hungry 😡

Georgeous food piping hot when it arrived only negative was the long wait (down to driver shortages and being very busy) won't stop me using them again though !😋

Food was okay, had a bit of a sickly/greasy smell to it. Main issue was the delivery was 10 minutes late, and the delivery receipts were mixed up and I was given the wrong order initially, luckily I told the delivery driver it was wrong and eventually (after 5 minutes of him running back and forth to his car) I got the right order!

After around 1 hour which was around 10 minutes after the delivery time contacted the take away and was told it would be 15 minutes, after 25 minutes contacted them again and was told it should be with us but took another 15 minutes to arrive, taking a total of an hour and 40 minutes. The food was ok on arrival though no longer hot but just warm.

I'm usually really impressed with Gino's but last night my food was sat in a pool of grease and the chips were overly greasey too. If I had been a first time customer, I definitely wouldn't be going back. However, I know the quality is usually better.

Driver was nice, even though our road was closed he waited for me to walk up. Food lovely, although kebabs were a little shy on the sauce. Would order again though.

Ususally order from Gino's and 5 star service. But today food arrived an hour and a forty minutes after ordering and it was just warm. Also missing a Saveloy, replaced with a bag of chips.

Waited 1 hour 50 minutes for cold food which was ok but the chips and sausage was dried up. I rang and was told they had only had the business since Monday and a driver had to leave due to his wife going into labour. This we understand but would have liked a phone call. Not sure if we will try this place again

Food is amazing from here I'm addicted to their fish A* we order it at least once a week and always a speedy delivery

Cod very nice. Kebab meat very nice. Naan bread a bit thin like a 'roti'. Chips were bit overdone (brown) but ok. Curry sauce nice. All in all a good filling meal and good value for money

Excellent service, excellent quality. I have been concerned about how badly some takeaways on Just Eat have been acting. Ginos really does understand that keeping their customers happy will mean more custom in the future. Keep up the good work!

Appalling service - food arrived an hour late, wrong pizzas and wrong garlic bread. Promised our next order would be free, when we placed it we were told that's not possible but we could have Diet Pepsi. Avoid at all cost!

Really disappointed. Large portion was very, very small. Kids meals were packed with drinks, which made the burgers cold on delivery. We had to microwave the kids meals to make them warm. Chicken donner meat was very bland in flavour.

Disgraceful scenes from Ginos management. An error from Just Eat led to a repeated order error, and the manager basically forced me to pay twice. Avoid at all costs.

I wish to cancel this order because I have 3 Grand - daughters and myself waiting for food and as I've only just got online again, received the message that shop is closed tonight for delivery...😠😠😠😠

Food was terrible, not a single part of the customiseable order was correct, the sauces on every kebab were wrong, none of the added instructions were followed, food poorly cooked and of very low quality. Salt and vinegar added without being requested made food inedible for some people. Overall terrible food from what used to be a very reliable and our regular takeaway.

Need to stock up on pickled eggs! Usually food is brilliant but the chips tonight let you down. My favourite takeaway place 👍

We ordered a chicken burger chips and savoloy, the chicken burger was hard and the savoloy was also the same which was a disappointment, the savoloy looked like it had probably been sitting in the shop all day. you shouldn't pay money for not good quality food. Won't be eating here again very disappointed.

Large cod was disappointingly small for £4. Waited a long time but was an okay meal, tasted good.

Didn't get what I ordered, wasn't even called to be offered an alternative or to request a refund, just told by the driver I had to take it

Food took nearly hour and half to arrive and live less than a mile away. Onion rings not nice. Baguette missing salad and Mayo. On a plus chips were nice but would not order from here again.

Couldn't get what we ordered, offered a partial refund, which has not been received, had to wait an hour and a half for fish and chips and the staff couldn't be bothered to keep us updated on what was going on. Definitely moving on.

Fast delivery, reasonable pizza but I noticed the olives had been left off one of the pizzas which had been described as having olives on

I class this as my number 1 place but they bring a food and forgot a chips and we never got a can of pop .and food was nice .

Food was outstanding as usual however took nearly two hours to arrive. Driver turned up at the wrong house and called to say he was outside. When I went out he was not there. He had gone into wrong grove. He apologised for being in wrong grove but no apologies for the lateness of food.

Shocking delivery time (1hr 30mins) for a weekday afternoon and barely warm mediocre food. Wouldn't recommend.

Cracking food! Fish and chips with curry sauce myself and chicken fillet burger for the lady she didn't say much soaps was on mine was super fish was fresh and flakey chips was nice curry sauce was like the curry sauce from back in the days with the lumps in will defo order again.....
